I can handle normal depressive unwashedness, sluice yourself off a couple of tines a month and wear some clean clothes every few days and I'm happy, but this poor woman essentially never washes or changes her clothes, just adds another layer. I went in the loo five mins after her (so some clothes had been removed) and actually retched Sad

I would like, in no particular order

  • to be killed (won't happen so it's fine)
  • a real life hug
  • the cat to come and keep my company
  • millions of pounds
  • a cup of tea
-my knitting from upstairs
  • the motivation to do something
  • the heating to come on

That's not too much to ask is it? Sorry for mopiness, I'm totally fine just currently v sad.

That's true. I did shower yesterday though in a fit ode energy, so I'm not too bad. And I'm continent and most clothes were washed recently. I still have the smelly coat though

Good lick getting more drugs out of Freud. My appt with new psych is in a month so need to somehow persuade gp to give ++ phenelzine as my current dose is too low

I'm not sure I want to see CPN tomorrow, I suppose I can always stop the appointment.

I'm feeling v low and wanting to do something about not wanting to be here, which may be what CPN wants to talk about.

How does "I want to do a degree because I'm the only person in my family who hasn't been to university and I'm fed up of being the thick one, and I want to do humanities because there's no way I can compete science-wise with a brother who's a cosmologist with a PhD and works at one of the world's top research universities kthxbye" sound? Hugs Snowy. It's worth giving the CPN a chance tomorrow.
DS2 sent home from school in tears at lunchtime after a playground bust up. He is struggling with his brother's illness. Then childminder rang to tell me DD had weed all over the floor (v out of character, she is nearly 4 and well past potty training) and thrown a massive wobbly. CM was very stressed but I was thinking well at least she didn't try to throw herself in front of a train like her brother. So we are all crumbling. I have prescribed a therapeutic takeaway Chinese.

Wow I've certainly missed a trick in blankets for animals. They might eat it though? I don't want to be responsible for that. Especially because Mitchy has a lamb and I want it and so I need to show responsible. Wink

Chinese solves all problems. I highly recommend not saying re the train. When one of my housemates cut her finger and made a big deal about it, I did a "you think that's a cut? That's not a cut! Look at my arms". It didn't go well, and so I am big on making other people not make the same mistakes as me. Grin

Have ds and dd since their brother?

enpo I have a social sciences/humanities background and I love it. However other people who have similar have said how hard it is to get a job unless you go into teaching. that's why I went into teaching
