Of course they are.

I've been wearing my Mentally Disordered badge with pride just now. I went to m and s because once five years ago they sold some love white chocolate covered strawberries and just wndered around poking things, then started crying because I knew I wasn't buying anything but I didn't know what I would buy even if I was and then worried that I had been in the shop too long to not buy anything and therefore had to buy something and it was so stressful. And now I have to drive home when it will be all busy and I'm still crying a bit.

So I get all the points for both writing the longest mopey post and for generally being unable to be Normal.

And now dominos have emailed and text. Do they not know that food does not happen at this level of abnormality?

Mitchy1nge · 03/02/2015 17:21

oh you poor thing

this is why am not leaving the house, although I will have to try to Do Running before Sunday (maybe Friday?) it is too scary and demanding out there

in meantime am subscribing to sufferfest and fixing the spin bike, it makes a horrible noise

oh dear caulk Sad

I have to go out tomorrow, dentist.

SnowyMouse · 03/02/2015 17:44

Don't you get very cold running in these temperatures?

Mitchy1nge · 03/02/2015 17:47

wear lots of layers and gloves and earwarmers etc but I do yeah, if I worked a bit harder I'd warm up - on club nights people are still wearing shorts. they are faster though and can break a sweat! on longer runs (10 miles ish) my middle bit gets warmer but ears, hands and face still freezing so I don't know how long I'd have to run to get those warm?

Supermarkets often make me cry Caulk, something about all that stuff and all the choices that have to be made. I solve it by using Ocado or sending DP.

SnowyMouse · 03/02/2015 17:54

I do ocado, much easier.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 03/02/2015 17:58

Thank you for lots of kindness. I should do an online shop really, but in my mind I don't really buy enough to make it worthwhile. And I wasn't even buying anything today Confused

Mp-how has today been, were you leaving early because that's more fun or through general sadness?

Mitchy1nge · 03/02/2015 17:59

I have been a bit addicted to supermarkets lately, they are a such an easy and alluring trap to walk into - they alter my consciousness somehow, make it strangely pleasurable to drift around staring at things

It was more a general sadness and disinclination to be around people unfortunately.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 03/02/2015 18:01

Boo :( that's not fun.

Mentalpsychiatrist · 03/02/2015 18:04

No fun but it's lovely to be home. Have just lit the fire so it should be toasty in here soon.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 03/02/2015 18:05

I'm so jealous of all of you with your fires.

Hugs, Chaps
Caulk, I do that in supermarkets, it all feels a bit Too Much and I lose the plot. I'm better when I'm shopping for DD and OH, if it's just for me...bleugh

There are some people that I can't help worrying about Chapuys but over the years you become very good at detachment.

Mentalpsychiatrist · 03/02/2015 18:40

Meatballs for dinner. Cooked all by myself. Served with greens for me and mashed potato for DP.

SnowyMouse · 03/02/2015 18:41

Sounds lovely.
