Millie2013 · 19/01/2015 19:09

Hugs from me too, Snowy, you are welcome to talk to us, or just to sit quietly with us, if it helps

SnowyMouse · 19/01/2015 19:10

Sitting quietly is good, thanks.

Millie2013 · 19/01/2015 19:14

You're in my thoughts

Mentalpsychiatrist · 19/01/2015 19:27

Hope you're ok snowy, sorry you're feeling so low.

I cold to my very marrow. Heat's on and fire's lit but I just can't get warm. Might sit in the fireplace.

SnowyMouse · 19/01/2015 19:29

I hope you warm up mental

Everything seems so pointless, including the maths. What is the point of me doing it, it makes work for people.

Millie2013 · 19/01/2015 19:55

What maths, Snowy?

SnowyMouse · 19/01/2015 19:57

The OU course I'm doing.

Millie2013 · 19/01/2015 20:08

Oh I see :) I abandoned maths after gcse. Are you enjoying it (on the whole)?

Mentalpsychiatrist · 19/01/2015 20:09

Don't give up on the maths snowy, you've been doing so well. Maybe leave it be for a few days and then go back to it fresh.

Enpoid · 19/01/2015 20:14

Sorry you're feeling low this evening, Snowy.

I always get really cold when I'm in a calorie deficit Mental. Head, hands, and feet - most important to keep warm.

Have just got back from the gym; wasn't able to do my new abs exercises as there was some guy on the mat headbutting himself in the knees a few hundred times. Enjoyed the rest of it tho - burnt off some excess energy. Pretty good day for me - group was good, bought a few pairs of trousers in town, chatted/danced/sang my way round Tesco and didn't buy anything except fruit, bad me on my Reverse Shopping List, ran to gym, and now I have a curry for dinner. Woop.

The care plan seems to have been written at my hospital discharge meeting and doesn't seem to be about me, but instead about an excessively anxious, depressed woman who is prone to becoming overexcited and irrational Hmm The plan for when I'm depressed is apparently to "got to bed" [sic] Confused

SnowyMouse · 19/01/2015 20:20

I can't seem to enjoy anything at the moment, millie. I'll give it a rest for a couple of days.

I'm glad group and shopping were good, enpo Smile Care plan sounds a bit lacking.

Enpoid · 19/01/2015 20:27

My SW asked me to fill bits in and modify anything I wanted to and send it back to them to discuss further, so it should become about me soon enough Grin

A couple of days' rest sounds like a good idea. Sometimes a couple of days off really helps learning anyway.

Mitchy1nge · 19/01/2015 20:28

you were quite ahead of schedule anyway snowy? the rest will bring your mojo back, it's human nature to want to achieve or produce stuff, to challenge yourself - that's enough of a point in itself

is that really the contingency plan for a low mood, go to bed? Sorry, got to bed

Millie2013 · 19/01/2015 20:28

A rest from it seems like a good idea, Snowy, it will be there waiting for you when you are ready :)

Mitchy1nge · 19/01/2015 20:31

documentary is dragging on, he still has 9 miles to go (of the 135 in total in temperatures up to 55c) feel exhausted just watching and thinking about it

To stay up for silent witness, or catch up on sleep with my human mini hot water bottle?

CaulkheadUpNorth · 19/01/2015 20:41

Silent witness.

Enpoid · 19/01/2015 20:43

Yep, under Crisis Plan:

  • To contact CMHT Duty Mon-Fri 9-5 (tel. no.)
  • To contact crisis line out of hours (tel.no.)
  • To contact GP services
  • To access (local charity)
  • At times when Enpoid is low in mood she will got to bed
  • To make contact with care coordinator
  • to arrange outpatient appointment
Hmm
Enpoid · 19/01/2015 20:44

I also vote for Silent Witness.

Mentalpsychiatrist · 19/01/2015 20:45

I'm another one for Silent Witness.
