no, fuck that shit, I don't go to my own appointments - they might be on the verge of leaving me to fend for myself in the wild actually Shock

have had a lot of helpful stuff from them though, it is making a difference, by this time tomorrow you will have been and got through the most difficult bit

it is better with some help x

Yep. Despite various attempts am still too fat to go. Obviously I know this isn't true, and would tell anyone else they are being ridiculous but it's just what it feels like in the current state of Mental Disorder.

Millie2013 · 19/01/2015 13:59

As I think I said before, there are people there with a range of BMI, so please try not to worry (too much)

weegiemum · 19/01/2015 14:00

Is hiding under a blanket knowing that everything within is fine ok?

Hard to move outside though I must by 4pm dc arrival!

Mitchy1nge · 19/01/2015 14:01

it is a horrible feeling

you could still feel that way if your bmi dropped into a category so low it was technically incompatible with life (possibly)

will try to think of more comforting line of chat

weegie sounds fine to me (the ultimate arbiter of what it means to be Mentally Normal)

Yes. Which is the messed up baatard of mental abnormality.

So. Why is my hair so much lighter than it was before? Why? Why?

SnowyMouse · 19/01/2015 14:56

Just had yummy liver and bacon again, just watching Call the midwife as a distraction.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 19/01/2015 15:00

I'm watching old Educating Yorkshire and it's the one where Musharaf speaks fluently for the first time. Smile

Enpoid · 19/01/2015 15:00

I will be fat for the rest of my life no matter what I weigh.

Love,

The 11 stone woman in the 20 stone skin.

Enpoid · 19/01/2015 15:01

Ah. The thread moved on while I was out of wifi range Blush Sorry.

Millie2013 · 19/01/2015 15:02

Love call the midwife, have lots to catch up on (but DD isn't too keen on sleep and by the time I get her down, I'm knackered

Enpoid · 19/01/2015 15:05

Hi weegie Smile

I love hiding under blankets.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 19/01/2015 15:29

In sitting under a blanket, but I'm telling myself it's until the heating comes on.

SnowyMouse · 19/01/2015 15:48

I'm sitting in my sleeping bag, means I don't need to turn the heating so high.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 19/01/2015 15:53

One of my housemates has come in, so I can put the heating on in a bit - we try and have it on only when a few people are in. Due to this, we have a lot of blankets!

CaulkheadUpNorth · 19/01/2015 16:26

millie I hope it goes well at the doctors

Millie2013 · 19/01/2015 16:46

Thanks, still waiting, not helping my anxiety...

CaulkheadUpNorth · 19/01/2015 16:47

Ah they're all like that. Do some breathing exercises, count in 7s, name animals for every alphabet letter, that sort of thing.

SnowyMouse · 19/01/2015 16:48

Thinking of you millie

Millie2013 · 19/01/2015 17:40

Signed off for another month, got to see occ health about how to leave, after a heart to heart with OH

CaulkheadUpNorth · 19/01/2015 17:42

How are you feeling about that?

Millie2013 · 19/01/2015 17:47

Anxious, but I want some sort of closure now

Enpoid · 19/01/2015 18:08

Got a copy of my care plan in the post. It's… kinda sparse.

Millie2013 · 19/01/2015 18:10

Maybe we can help you to pad it out a bit :)
