I've just turned down lunch, and eaten sweets and cake instead. Weight come on easily when you do that too.

Mitchy1nge · 23/01/2015 13:52

how much do you want to lose mp?

Re. Therapy, I have often wanted to leave, but haven't ever actually left, came close last Saturday tho when she was being non-fluffy

NiamhNext · 23/01/2015 14:09

Which bits of the Cotswolds do people like particularly?

CaulkheadUpNorth · 23/01/2015 14:10

The pretty bits.

NiamhNext · 23/01/2015 14:13

It's probably all muddy and icy this time of year. I prefer peaty earth underfoot to Cotswold sludge.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 23/01/2015 14:15

The only places I know work peat are some of the Scottish isles.

Under the pavement here is just liquid chocolate.

SnowyMouse · 23/01/2015 15:34

I'm feeling very low. I really need to get back to the maths, but can't concentrate.

Millie2013 · 23/01/2015 15:48

Snowy, be kind to yourself, maths has been around for squillions of years, it will be there when you are ready to pick it up
Do you do any crafty type things? I find them quite good when I can't face doing other things
How many times a day do you have carers coming in? (I'm a relative newbie, so not sure of your story)
Thinking of you Flowers

Millie2013 · 23/01/2015 15:55

The Cotswolds are lovely, we often pop to Broadway for lunch, as it's not too far away, but I love all of the villages

SnowyMouse · 23/01/2015 15:56

3-4 times a day. I don't have anything crafty at the moment, not sure what to knit.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 23/01/2015 16:02

Can you do one of the wooly hugs blanket, made up of squares? It won't matter about your tension if you just do lots of squares. Or a corner blanket, where you start with three stitches and increase the first of every row.

Millie have you been to Snowshill Manor? I go to Broadway after there sometimes.

SnowyMouse · 23/01/2015 16:13

I can't seem to get the effort to get out of my chair... Hmm only 3-4 days til I see CPN.

SnowyMouse · 23/01/2015 16:13

Snowshill Manor is nice, used to know someone who worked there.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 23/01/2015 16:16

What will the CPN do? I don't have one, so never really know how they support people. I saw one today, but in the same way I saw the receptionist and other people at the cmht place.

SnowyMouse · 23/01/2015 16:20

I don't know if there's anything she can do, maybe she can ask about increasing my meds, or touch base with me more often (I'm not psychotic, just low now, but psychosis can come hand in hand with the depression, and I avoid professionals when I'm psychotic).

Millie2013 · 23/01/2015 17:07

I've not been to snowshill yet, but it's on out to do list!
Snowy, do you have any other support from people in real life?

SnowyMouse · 23/01/2015 17:50

I don't have anyone close by, I live alone.

SnowyMouse · 23/01/2015 18:11

So what's everyone having for tea/dinner?

NiamhNext · 23/01/2015 18:14

Just had a peek at the website...'Snowshill Manor currently closed, reopens 28th March'.

Hope you are ok Snowy.

Millie2013 · 23/01/2015 18:25

I'm not sure what I'm having for dinner, probably a(nother) jacket potato (I've been buying the frozen ones, as I can't be arsed at the moment)
Just waiting for OH to get home, it's been a long week

Millie2013 · 23/01/2015 18:26

Is snowshill national trust?

Mitchy1nge · 23/01/2015 18:28

we've had our ritual Friday post-CAMHS McPukes - veggie deli wrap thing (430 cals) and medium fries (350? cals)

today has come to almost 1400, not running tomorrow so that's ok

I'm having plain fish and a range of veggies. I was planning on cooking a beef casserole but missed the window for the slow cooker and this didn't involve chopping up meat.

Had pate on toast and an apple for lunch, washed down with builder's tea.

Millie2013 · 23/01/2015 18:47

I love my slow cooker, there's a slow cooker group on Facebook and they cook some amazing stuff :)
