Lovely Friday off work. Heading off to see friends in the Cotswolds after lunch.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 23/01/2015 10:57

Ooh that sounds lovely. Although in my mind you live in Cumbria (don't know why) so the Cotswolds is really really far.

Mentalpsychiatrist · 23/01/2015 11:16

Live in the Home Counties, not Cumbria.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 23/01/2015 11:52

Sorry. No. Cumbria.

Mitchy1nge · 23/01/2015 12:17

I think, insofar as am capable of thought and have applied any to this matter, that I pictured you living in the cotswolds or thereabouts mp

You'll probably go past me Smile Enjoy!

I'm glad you survived, mitchy!

Mitchy1nge · 23/01/2015 12:41

thanks snowy :) how's your Friday so far?

I missed my group 10k (had to run #3 to school) but got out for a shorter run. Black coffee (lavazza, brewed on stove) and banana for breakfast (112 cals) then another banana for snack after run (110) and some sugary lemon tea (let's say 40 cals but no real idea)

feel very much like lying down until CAMHS Confused maybe I will?

In an attempt to stop thinking about all the things I'm avoiding doing (speaking to occ health, emailing colleague, speaking to therapist, writing "thank you" card on behalf of DD), I have become Very Productive and have been cleaning, catching up with other house stuff and cooking
Anxiety either turns me into a dithering mess, or makes me very productive. Today, it's the latter

SnowyMouse · 23/01/2015 12:47

Lying down sounds a plan! I've got some miso soup sachets which are nice (30 kcal).

My Friday is okish, went to the corner shop to get milk earlier, and smarties.

Millie2013 · 23/01/2015 12:52

Save me the Orange ones, snowy? :D

CaulkheadUpNorth · 23/01/2015 12:54

Does anyone else have the thing of being absolutely fine one moment, then a tearful mess literally minutes later for no reason? Or is it a special caulk thing that only I do?Confused

I have done a food shop though and had all the blood taken so just a count down till lovely therapist now.

Mitchy1nge · 23/01/2015 13:02

there's always a reason (I think)

when is therapy?

Mentalpsychiatrist · 23/01/2015 13:03

I'd love to live in the Cotswolds but no such luck. I live somewhere much less exciting.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 23/01/2015 13:06

Id 6:30, so ages away.

The friend and a mutual friend are cooking lunch and I stopped being able to speak when I was down there. Just couldn't say anything. Sigh.
And the mutual friend is allergic to cats so I had to put him out.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 23/01/2015 13:06

It's, rather than Id.

Cotswolds is lovely, could you move there?

I've said " I want to leave now " and then we talk about why I want to leave. That's it though!

Mentalpsychiatrist · 23/01/2015 13:15

I supposes we could in theory move but we both have jobs here so it would be moving into penury. I'll have to be happy with a weekend every now and then. Currently preoccupied with how to manage The Diet while away.

Sorry therapy is so tough Chapuys bit sometimes the most challenging sessions are the most helpful long term.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 23/01/2015 13:16

Are you both on the diet, or just you?

CaulkheadUpNorth · 23/01/2015 13:17

Tbh I would rather you moved to Cumbria as that is where I imagine you live, but it's acceptable if you stay where you are now I suppose.

SnowyMouse · 23/01/2015 13:22

carer was early, I've just had some nice fish pie (426 kcal).

Just me on the diet. Weight sneaks on easily when you eat whatever is in front of you.

SnowyMouse · 23/01/2015 13:40

I must say that living by myself makes dieting so much easier. It must be a challenge mental, particularly when visiting people.
