That's good mitchy

Fish and veggies sounds nice, and I love pate.

Mitchy1nge · 23/01/2015 19:08

enpo hasn't come out to play today? Hmm

(330 cals in medium fries McDonalds UK in case anyone was wondering)

SnowyMouse · 23/01/2015 19:12

Hmm. I wonder where she is, hope she's ok.

Enpoid · 23/01/2015 19:33

Sorry - everything fine here, didn't mean to disappear!

NiamhNext · 23/01/2015 19:34

There you are! FlowersBrew

SnowyMouse · 23/01/2015 19:34

Smile Glad you're ok.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 23/01/2015 19:36

We have people round for dinner tonight. Hmm

NiamhNext · 23/01/2015 19:38

Did you invite them, Caulk? Were you expecting visitors?

SnowyMouse · 23/01/2015 19:38

Good luck caulk

CaulkheadUpNorth · 23/01/2015 19:39

No, I houseshare. The friend has invited people round.
The ditzy one is out, not sure where the academic is, I wanted to force her to eat chips with me so I didn't need to have whatever is in the oven.

Enpoid · 23/01/2015 19:49

Thanks Snowy

Hooray, tea from Niamh. LOVE my caffeine Grin

CaulkheadUpNorth · 23/01/2015 20:26

I've had dinner with them, which is obviously what you do when you're Mentally Normal, yes?

SnowyMouse · 23/01/2015 20:27

Sounds like it

Millie2013 · 23/01/2015 20:38

What did you have, Caulk?
I had jacket potato and salad..again...
And was therapy ok?

CaulkheadUpNorth · 23/01/2015 21:09

It was fine. She is good at thinking creatively so we did lots of sitting on the floor drawing stuff.

She isn't happy about the surname change but apart from that it was all fine.

Mitchy1nge · 23/01/2015 21:16

why? does the name signify something harmful?

I am really fucking hungry, like someone with a mental disorder who also has something physically wrong with them - I've had a sachet of brown rice with a tsp of red pesto and some Parmesan, today is around 1900 cals so far, yet I feel hungrier than when I was restricting

there is nothing else to eat anyway but I didn't feel like going through it alone so thought I would tell everyone

NiamhNext · 23/01/2015 21:19

It could be normal to eat with them yes. Was the food ok? Were/are they good company?

CaulkheadUpNorth · 23/01/2015 21:19

No, but it's a big decision and she would have liked me to talk about it.

Were you in starvation mode beforehand, and so eating more now is causing you to lose weight and be more hungry because your body has got used to having food?

That's a thing, isn't it? Go and find something. Even if just some veg

Mitchy1nge · 23/01/2015 21:21

I wish there was a 24hr fat free cottage cheese with cracked black pepper in 150g cartons delivery service but life is always so cruel and withholding

CaulkheadUpNorth · 23/01/2015 21:22

Now I'm in the lounge being super sociable despite being very very tearful, it seems much simpler to be here and ignoring them whilst knitting than being upstairs alone. Even the talk is slightly dull and is mainly about the stuff my work is in yet I can't be bothered to join in.

NiamhNext · 23/01/2015 21:22

Xpost...I felt like that last night, Mitchy...weighed myself this morning and I'd lost 2 pounds (which is a good thing, could happily lose another stone and a half.)

Mitchy1nge · 23/01/2015 21:26

yeah I've lost about 1.5kg since I started eating normally stuffing my face, depending on how I view it

it will reappear without warning though

Millie2013 · 23/01/2015 21:27

I want therapy with drawing!! Mine is far too dull, I. Might take crayons and stickers tomorrow (if I go, still feeling arsey)
Mitchy, I eat unusual stuff too

Mitchy1nge · 23/01/2015 21:29

well done Niamh, does The Omelette get the credit?

I think I might have a look for some sleeping pills or something

CaulkheadUpNorth · 23/01/2015 21:33

I've given up eating meals, I may as well just move the food from the fridge to the toilet.
