Boxes have v little calories and prob make pooing tricky too.

Enpoid · 21/01/2015 22:31

Corrugated cardboard of the cheap brown type tastes nasty. Sour, dusty, and fibrous (in a bad way).

Mitchy1nge · 21/01/2015 22:32

oooh mention of poo reminded me to take lithium

good job caulky!

CaulkheadUpNorth · 21/01/2015 22:36

Which reminds me to take it. Excellent.

Enpoid · 21/01/2015 22:48

My meds alarm went off in the middle of the mental health lecture Hmm

(bloody silent mode doesn't include bloody alarms)

Was very good actually, interesting to listen to and very matter-of-fact, educating about the major mental illnesses.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 21/01/2015 22:50

Did they make you pray?

Enpoid · 21/01/2015 22:52

No, quick sacrifice of a goat to Ba'al and straight on with the talk.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 21/01/2015 22:54

It's still christmastime. Obv no sacrifices to anyone except Herod. Obviously.

Enpoid · 21/01/2015 22:55

Does the naked widdershins fire dancing count as prayer?

CaulkheadUpNorth · 21/01/2015 22:56

Depends if you were looking upwards to heaven whilst dancing.

Enpoid · 21/01/2015 22:59

Upwards to the church hall ceiling, maybe. Better that than at the gyrating bodies of the local parish.

Enpoid · 21/01/2015 23:00

Not sure if it was the church hall, actually. Just in the church building, but not the main room with all the church accoutrements; another room next to it with a serving hatch for ritual teas and coffees.

Enpoid · 21/01/2015 23:01

Everyone was lovely actually.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 21/01/2015 23:03

They didn't mind you dancing found the fire nekkid? That's good then. I'm glad they were nice.

Enpoid · 21/01/2015 23:08
Grin
Enpoid · 21/01/2015 23:27

O god, I am averaging over 2000kcal a day.

Why

Am

I

Eating

So

Much?

Mitchy1nge · 22/01/2015 08:34

maybe you are hungry? You're exercising most days?

could you try a smaller, more sustainable deficit for a few weeks (tdee minus 5%?) - you will still lose weight and it might be easier to stick to?

I have overslept and am glad I ate the pizza as no time for breakfast, don't really like running for more than an hour without my porridge

OP posts:
Mitchy1nge · 22/01/2015 08:47

what is your net cal thing?

OP posts:
Enpoid · 22/01/2015 09:04

Depending what site I use I get TDEE anywhere from 1700 to 2200.

Do you have a long run planned today Mitch?

CaulkheadUpNorth · 22/01/2015 11:32

I've just changed my surname! eeeek! This is the least mentally normal thing I've done in some time.

Enpoid · 22/01/2015 11:43

Congrats Caulk.

Millie2013 · 22/01/2015 11:44

How does it feel, Caulk?

Mitchy1nge · 22/01/2015 11:52

oooh nice surname! I think of changing mine often, but this actually feels like it belongs to me because I chose it

have returned from an unusually arduous 10 and a bit miles, want Garmin to cooperate and show me the route so I can check the elevation gain, felt much harder than it should (but had abdominal crisis of the tummy area and back from 4 miles on - it said I used almost 90 cals a mile which is unheard of so I reckon it was hilly, it felt it

can't be bothered to load dishwasher/wash up and make real porridge so am having one of #3's instant porridge things - oat so simple, golden syrup (212 cals, how the fuck do they make porridge taste so bad and have sooo many calories!) plus berry and almond shot (97)
