and die of being cold

The daft cow, Caulk. She seems self-absorbed, to put it as politely as I possibly can.

WAs it something I said Mitchy? Sorry if so.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 20/01/2015 21:35

She is.
I walked into the kitchen and apparently she was thinking about it, so me walking in made it ok for her to be overly angry about it. Ffs. Oh well. The academic one is lovely and fun and has watched youtube with me so it's all fine.

Can you follow the omelette of Joy with some form of chocolate milk or some medicine of that sort?

Enpoid · 20/01/2015 21:38

She seems to sort to be narky at people because they wronged her in a dream she had. How odd to pitch a wobbly at someone because you were thinking something about them Hmm

Millie2013 · 20/01/2015 21:39

Gawd, Caulk, she sounds like hard work. Is she the one on the sub-therapeutic dose of Prozac? (can you spike her tea with an extra 15mg/day) (joke!!!)

Enpoid · 20/01/2015 21:43

Am I going to hell if I say this Eichmann thing is boring?

CaulkheadUpNorth · 20/01/2015 21:45

She's the one who complained a few days ago that she is unhappy being my carer. When asked, that involved making me a cup of tea one day and sharing dinner with me a few times Hmm

We used to be best friends but she will "never forgive me" etc so we aren't as close anymore.

Mentalpsychiatrist · 20/01/2015 21:45

It is boring Enpo, we switched off about 15 mins ago.

Contemplating going to bed even though it's early. Zolpidem should ease me off to sleep.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 20/01/2015 21:45

Yes. You'll be turned into a pillar of salt.

Millie2013 · 20/01/2015 21:47

She sounds like a right cow!!! I hope the next time she needs a bit of support, people are a bit more understanding than she is

Mitchy1nge · 20/01/2015 21:48

(was just the thought of doing too many different drugs at once that made me feel sick enpo, not your fault!)

well in total, thanks to the 3 toasted on the fire mega marshmallows I had for my afternoon snack (307 cals!) plus 35g prunes (60 cals) I've had 1310 calories (-450 for running just over 5 miles so 890 net, if you believe in net calories)

will probably have quite a lot tomorrow because 9.5 miles at a fast pace for me on Thursday over an undulating course - cupboards and fridge all very bare otherwise could make hot chocolate with milk and sugar

Sorry. Will attempt to avoid in future.

Have apparently had 1765kcal minus however many calories it takes to do week 7 run 2 of Zombies, Run! 5k training.

Mentalpsychiatrist · 20/01/2015 21:56

I have no idea how many calories I've had but I'm bloody starving. Why oh why did I eat so much over Christmas?

CaulkheadUpNorth · 20/01/2015 21:57

Do not fear, I've easily has 2345556 calories, and have not run aware. I did nearly think about it but the snow is too thick (it's really not) and I wanted to knit instead.

But it's nearly been 22 hours of today done, without Mentally Abnormal Behaviours so really it's all fine.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 20/01/2015 21:57

Lots of the words are wrong in that first paragraph. I am becoming thicker I think.

Enpoid · 20/01/2015 21:58

Because it's psychologically important to observe cultural traditions such as a midwinter feast, and especially beneficial if it's also a social bonding activity like eating special food with your family and friends.

Any good as an excuse? Grin

CaulkheadUpNorth · 20/01/2015 21:59

Plus when it's cold we eat more to keep us warm.

Enpoid · 20/01/2015 21:59

Nice one Caulk. Can't have been an easy day.

Enpoid · 20/01/2015 22:03

Of course my reasoning is unhelpful if you just spent Christmas furtively elbow-deep in a tube of Pringles, but never mind.

Mitchy1nge · 20/01/2015 22:05

enpo if you know how far you went and how long it took: running calorie calculator

it's not as generous as my Garmin has been since I lost my HRM but might be more accurate than MFP?

OP posts:
Enpoid · 20/01/2015 22:07

Ooh thanks, will have a look after bath.

Mitchy1nge · 20/01/2015 22:08

have just got into bed and spaniel has unleashed the eggiest dog fart have ever ever met - the air is thick with it, green and poisonous

OP posts:
Mentalpsychiatrist · 20/01/2015 22:11

Am in bed with my recently downloaded MFP app. I can totally see what the attraction is now. This could become seriously addictive.

Mitchy1nge · 20/01/2015 22:40

are we all going to be MFP friends?

my old MitchyInge account is probably still there somewhere but I have a newish one now with only mad cancerous Jewish friend, man in my life and an old manic depressive (I think borderline) friend to spread pro-ana type germs to

OP posts:
CaulkheadUpNorth · 20/01/2015 22:44

I have a pro-Ana one, which obviously it isn't if anyone asked, it's very normal and only has other self destructive people on there so I can help and encourage them....

Mitchy1nge · 20/01/2015 22:45

nobody needs to be my MFP friend anyway because I faithfully and thoughtfully report every morsel and sip here as well as there

I am the most mentally normal person on this thread and my chat is the most fascinating
