Just cold here

SnowyMouse · 20/01/2015 18:59

It's local formularies that are the problem as mental says - my psych used to get in trouble for prescribing the extended release version of quetapine.
In my local prescribing document agomelatine is black, so I'm not sure how my friend got it on the NHS.

Enpoid · 20/01/2015 19:06

Agomelatine is green in my local formulary Confused

Enpoid · 20/01/2015 19:12

As is extended release quetiapine.

The only black things on the list are clomethiazole, oral paliperidone, and the infamous reboxetine.

Mentalpsychiatrist · 20/01/2015 19:12

Formularies differ. If you want to try agomelatine you should ask. It's mechanism of action suggests it could be beneficial for sleep.

Enpoid · 20/01/2015 19:14

Clomethiazole being black is baffling; it's a useful drug, isn't it?

Enpoid · 20/01/2015 19:15

Ooh bullet tuna and salsa

Mentalpsychiatrist · 20/01/2015 19:18

I've stopped worrying about what is and isn't included in the formulary because at times there's no rhyme or reason to it.

Enpoid · 20/01/2015 19:32

This is the boniest animal that has ever existed.

SnowyMouse · 20/01/2015 19:33

What is, enpo ?

Enpoid · 20/01/2015 19:38

This bullet tuna I'm attempting to eat.

SnowyMouse · 20/01/2015 19:40

That's a shame - are they big enough to pick out easily?

Enpoid · 20/01/2015 19:47

Not so easily.

Never mind.

All good fun Grin

Mentalpsychiatrist · 20/01/2015 19:49

Run out of cigarettes!! How did that happen? Do I go to the shop with my PJ bottoms on?

Enpoid · 20/01/2015 19:51

What kind of PJ bottoms? Full-length flannel plaid? Frilly pink hotpants?

Also, are you planning to wear anything else with the bottoms, or just swing wild and free? The latter may be a tad chilly.

SnowyMouse · 20/01/2015 19:53
Grin
Enpoid · 20/01/2015 19:53

How are you feeling now Snowy?

CaulkheadUpNorth · 20/01/2015 19:54

No don't. Here you can get thrown out.

Mentalpsychiatrist · 20/01/2015 19:55

Flannel plaid. Am also wearing a tshirt and hoodie. Couldn't be arsed changing to go 200 yards down the road. Back in a minute.

Enpoid · 20/01/2015 19:55

It's only cultural appropriation and bastardisation that causes us to categorise the pyjama as nightwear anyway. Fight the power.

SnowyMouse · 20/01/2015 19:57

I'm feeling quite horrible, but being on here helps.

Mentalpsychiatrist · 20/01/2015 20:09

Back, saw nobody.

Is there anything we can so to help snowy?

SnowyMouse · 20/01/2015 20:15

Thanks for asking. I'm not sure there is anything, I feel so empty and sad. At least I don't feel hungry.

Mitchy1nge · 20/01/2015 20:20

ooh so much chat to catch up on

but first let me decompensate all over the kitchen because there's no fucking spinach

this NEVER happens

I do slightly want to kill myself a bit but instead I will use 200g of frozen 'stir fry mix', the only veg I can find (52 cals) which is cooking in a tsp of olio (40 cals) and will soon unite with two beaten eggs (174 cals) and maybe 5g of grated Parmesan but I need to recompensate first
