I know, I'm one of your lurkers. Grin

CaulkheadUpNorth · 17/01/2015 20:09

Because it's hidden I forget I have lurkers so obviously say far too much.

Anyway, moving on from my attempts at being MNs neediest poster, who wants a tea? Or blackcurrant gin?

Millie2013 · 17/01/2015 20:11

I stopped taking my AD before I was mentally normal, because I had no control over eating and put on 3 stone. This wasn't a very sensible move, retrospectively, in fact, I think I'm going to have to go back on them

Millie2013 · 17/01/2015 20:12

Both please, Caulk!

SnowyMouse · 17/01/2015 20:18

Tea please, I've got hot choc and summer fruits squash already (greedy Wink ).

CaulkheadUpNorth · 17/01/2015 20:19

The gin is lumpy, just so you know.

Enpoid · 17/01/2015 20:21

Would love a coffee I'm only being different to be awkward Grin

Yes, I wish I'd had the sense to go somewhere else rather than the permanently archived MH Grin

Millie2013 · 17/01/2015 20:23

I keep lurking in the giving birth thread, God knows why, as DD's birth was hellish and I ain't doing it again

CaulkheadUpNorth · 17/01/2015 20:24

Fresh or instant?

Enpoid · 17/01/2015 20:26

Don't care as long as it's hot and wet Grin

CaulkheadUpNorth · 17/01/2015 20:28

You can have instant then if you don't care either way!

Mentalpsychiatrist · 17/01/2015 20:31

Going back a few pages it was rare fillet Enpo. With garlic potatoes and purple sprouting broccoli.

Enpoid · 17/01/2015 20:36

Oh god rare fillet Grin I haven't had fillet steak for so long.

At home I drink filter coffee - the stuff in the grinder at the moment is Java Sumatra - black, one sweetener. How about you Caulk?

CaulkheadUpNorth · 17/01/2015 20:39

Just black, in an aeropress if it's just me or cafitiere if others as well. It's a Monmouth one currently, I swap between that and a caravan one. At work I have pact blue mountain and a v60.

I worked in coffee for years so am a self confessed snob.

Mentalpsychiatrist · 17/01/2015 20:41

I have nespresso machines at home and at work. I know coffee snobs will berate me for it.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 17/01/2015 20:41
SnowyMouse · 17/01/2015 20:41

Are the nespresso machines good?

CaulkheadUpNorth · 17/01/2015 20:43

NOOOOOOO!

They're fine Snowy, I was tempted when I saw them reduced in currys today.

Enpoid · 17/01/2015 20:43

My mum remembers all of everybody's drinks preferences. She knows I like semi or full with one sweetener in the coffee from my dad's espresso machine, cappuccino with one sweetener when at a cafe, black with one sweetener for filter, double strength with semi or full and two sweeteners for instant coffee, and skimmed milk with one sweetener in tea. Except Earl Grey which I drink unsweetened with no milk. Even DP doesn't remember; I don't know how she does it.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 17/01/2015 20:44

Did you know earl grey is the only tea grown/made/whatever specifically for being drunk with milk?

Mentalpsychiatrist · 17/01/2015 20:46

Thanks caulk!

I think nespresso machines are great, decent coffee with no mess. No coffee after 3pm for me though. Plays havoc with my sleep. Coffee is drunk black while tea (always Assam) is strong with a splash of skimmed milk.

Enpoid · 17/01/2015 20:46

All births are hellish Millie. Podding off a being that has parasitized you for the last 9 months, either by horrendous genital expulsion or by even more horrendous traumatic surgical removal?

Aaaaaargh

Enpoid · 17/01/2015 20:47

I think the bergamot makes the milk taste weird Blush

I've eaten three candles whilst chatting so really, what do I know?! Wink
