I want curry but no one will have it with me. Bastards.

Millie2013 · 16/01/2015 19:51

I looooove curry!! We definitely live in the right place for it.

SnowyMouse · 16/01/2015 20:22

I love curry too, especially lamb.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 16/01/2015 20:26

I've had muller rice and raspberry gin. It seemed futile to go for a proper meal, given yesterday's debacle.

Millie2013 · 16/01/2015 20:29

I still want curry. Korma with chilli (because I'm odd)

CaulkheadUpNorth · 16/01/2015 20:30

Yes, I still want curry too. Maybe tomorrow!

Enpoid · 16/01/2015 20:34

Ooh, curry goat with rice and peas...

Ivytheterrible · 16/01/2015 20:37

Curry was eaten here tonight but with quorn not proper meat as DH made it and he's a veggie.

Enpoid · 16/01/2015 20:38

Lamb jalfrezi with a keema naan.

Tadka daal and a roti.

Chicken dopiaza and rice.

Lamb tikka and a chapatti.

Oh god yes.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 16/01/2015 20:39

Chicken shashlik is the best. Or any form of sag paneer.

Enpoid · 16/01/2015 20:40

King

Prawn

Biryani

CaulkheadUpNorth · 16/01/2015 20:41

No, sorry. Biryani is ok but it be down the list. I like rice separately.

I'm in trouble with the housemates due to having fed the cat crackers. In my defence he liked them and now likes me, which was my plan.

Enpoid · 16/01/2015 20:44

I don't eat rice any more so I miss biryani. I'd just discovered a gorgeous range of mega-hot biryani spice mixes in my local grocer's then stopped eating rice Sad

If the cat gets diarrhoea, YABU.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 16/01/2015 20:45

He won't. I hope he won't anyway. I'm sure I've fed him crackers before.

I love rice, but only have it with a take away.

Millie2013 · 16/01/2015 20:50

Saag paneer
Someone once told me I couldn't eat curry, because I was breastfeeding and it would put DD in hospital. Or similar
I doubted this, tested the theory and DD was unscathed, but now hates anything that resembles curry
There's a nice curry place in harborne

Enpoid · 16/01/2015 20:50

I thought cats were obligate carnivores?

Or did nobody tell them that?

CaulkheadUpNorth · 16/01/2015 20:53

They probably are, but this one is like a poor child who has been deprived or normality and so eats everything.

Millie- bangla lounge? Cardamon?

Millie2013 · 16/01/2015 21:06

Bangla lounge! I've never been to cardamon

CaulkheadUpNorth · 16/01/2015 21:08

I love bangla lounge. I always go there. Cardamon do let's eat deliveries or something like that we use them on lazy days.

Millie2013 · 16/01/2015 21:17

Bangla lounge do an amazing mixed vegetable starter. I'm not sure what they put in it, but it's addictive
They also indulge my chilli in korma quirk and I love those little liquorice and sugar things they bring round with your bill
I want to go there, right now, but I'm in bed, eating crisps from France and drinking red wine I pinched from my parents' stash

CaulkheadUpNorth · 16/01/2015 21:20

Maybe there should be a Mentally Normal meetup where we can all indulge in curry.

Millie2013 · 16/01/2015 21:24

Hell, yeah!

CaulkheadUpNorth · 16/01/2015 21:57

So, today's question is: how many Jacobs crackers are too many?

Millie2013 · 16/01/2015 22:07

One, without butter. With butter and cheese, there is no upper limit
Now I want cheese and crackers and not stupid French crisps

CaulkheadUpNorth · 16/01/2015 22:08

No cheese, so only had 12 a few with butter.
