What's lunch for you Mitch? I had almond butter, lettuce and cucumber, and a horrible apple afterwards.

He's actually adorable in this.

Enpoid · 13/12/2014 13:56

Though he has just served up cauliflower foam with cocoa jelly.

Mitchy1nge · 13/12/2014 14:02

I don't know. Last thing I ate was a bean burger on Thursday which came straight back up. The coffee paste is the first thing I've drunk/eaten (am never sure with gloop whether it's food or drink). Have been thinking about toast but the bread is very mouldy, it does have a handwritten 'best before 7th November' label on it so can't be too dismayed.

actually I had a cocoa powder and icing sugar gloop/drink last night

Enpoid · 13/12/2014 14:10

Fair enough.

Mitchy1nge · 13/12/2014 14:21

I keep thinking about things I would like to eat if I had them! Not sure whether to ask someone to bring me some groceries or go completely fucking mental and attempt to get into bath, clean clothes and Go Out.

Range of movement is so restricted though and I just don't feel well :(

in meantime binge watching The Bridge, have made it to episode 4 of season 2 where they are annoyingly overdoing Saga Is Autistic but otherwise is perfect

was born to be an invalid I think, taken to it far too well

Do you neeeed the bath and clean clothes part?

I'm out attempting to run but have given up. My trousers keep falling down, I'm wearing a completely ineffectual bra, and my right shoe feels Wrong. This is not working. Will walk to Sainsbury's and buy booze, and run tomorrow instead. It's annoying because I NEED to run but it all just doesn't feel right Confused

Sorry you're feeling so poorly Sad

Mitchy1nge · 13/12/2014 14:35

shame about today's run, is pointless if you are not really feeling it though

am still dressed for my early morning ten miler yesterday which obviously didn't happen - new shoes arrived today so that makes me feel a bit better, looking forward to wearing them eventually

am in the cross country championships at the start of next month so I really hope I am better soon Confused how long can being ill last, realistically?

SnowyMouse · 13/12/2014 14:46

I hope you get better soon, Mitch Sad

Can you change into something that'll fit better, enpo?

Mitchy1nge · 13/12/2014 14:59

thanks snowy Flowers what are you up to today?

Enpoid · 13/12/2014 15:01

Just got IDd in Sainsbury's and didn't have any on me. That's my weekend plans down the toilet. Will have to attempt to get pissed on curacao and bitters.

Enpoid · 13/12/2014 15:02

Enpoid · 13/12/2014 15:20

Will have to get a proper grownup to go for me.

Enpoid · 13/12/2014 15:22

I would, *Snowy, but it's my turn to stay in and wait for parcels. I'll just switch my rest day to today :-) have done a couple of miles brisk walking at least so don't have total cabin fever.

Enpoid · 13/12/2014 15:23

What shoes have you got Mitch?

Enpoid · 13/12/2014 15:25

(Photo was to send to DP with gleeful/admonitory message)

Enpoid · 13/12/2014 15:25

Would vomiting a lot screw up your lithium levels?

Mentalpsychiatrist · 13/12/2014 15:29

I'd love to get ID'd to buy booze. Hasn't happened in a long time.

I have a Christmas tree and it's not gigantic. There is a little whining about pine needles in the car but we haven't fallen out yet. Now it's time to get decorating.

Mitchy I hope you start feeling better soon. Being ill is miserable.

Enpoid · 13/12/2014 15:30

I'm clearly not under 25 Confused

I could've sworn I had my driving licence in my wallet, but I'd left it at home in my handbag.

Mitchy1nge · 13/12/2014 15:31

same as I always get for road running, saucony, although they are slightly different (should really buy multiple pairs once settled on a shoe because they are always changing things) am a bit superstitious about shoes ever since I tried a pair of mizunos (so comfortable!) and strained my soleus - KNOW it was from running on roads/overuse and not shoe related but Just In Case

I expect to get at least 500 miles from shoes, am not an enormous man type person despite what I say about myself, but have worn through the fabric at barely 270 miles on latest pair Hmm that's not even three months use

OP posts:
Enpoid · 13/12/2014 15:31

Ooh ooh ooh what have you got to go on your tree?

Mentalpsychiatrist · 13/12/2014 15:33

We have loads of tiny lights and millions of white and silver decorations. I insist on a theme for the tree that matches the house, which is mainly white.

Enpoid · 13/12/2014 15:34

I have Mizunos and they are VERY comfortable. Sauconys look a funny shape to me. I wish I knew how to wash the mud off though. I only go on pavements really but somehow my feet get caked and I trod in a three inch deep mudpuddle yesterday [fuckwit]

Mitchy1nge · 13/12/2014 15:35

thanks mp, decorating will be fun, have yet to get a tree

haven't touched li for a day or two enpo, don't want to add to troubles

excited about 200g of oven chips and FOUR battered fish fingers from depths of freezer currently 'cooking' in the oven
