Mitchy1nge · 11/11/2014 20:11

will that clumsiness wear off?

OP posts:
EnpoTree · 11/11/2014 20:16

I dunno. I was clumsy as fuck for many years on a lot of the psych drugs I've been on, though, so maybe not. Psychiatrists never seem to care about non-fatal physical side effects though - usually they seem to consider a little clumsiness or memory loss or drowsiness or diabetes a reasonable price to pay for amelioration of mental symptoms. So I don't expect to get taken too seriously tomorrow. There's also probably not much else I can take if they're stretching the budget to pregabalin Grin

EnpoTree · 11/11/2014 20:17

The annoying thing is that it does seem to be helping me mentally; I'm just not sure if it's worth the mental and physical side effects.

Mitchy1nge · 11/11/2014 20:19

vets are the same when it comes to giving animals nasty steroids 'better pred than dead' they always say Confused

Less pain but haven't tried walking on it for a bit Grin Still compressing/elevating and have got DP to defrost me an emergency muffin (flaxseed and almond flour; low net carb but highly calorific).

Mitchy1nge · 11/11/2014 20:39

OP posts:
EnpoTree · 11/11/2014 20:50

I aim for carbs/protein/fat of 15/15/70, but am usually closer to an average of 20/25/55.

Mitchy1nge · 11/11/2014 20:50

so running lore has it anyway

OP posts:
EnpoTree · 11/11/2014 20:53

Mine is for blood glucose and blood lipid control. I also avoid processed meat and saturated fats, as far as is possible on a high fat diet, and try to limit protein to protect my kidneys. I also avoid eating carbs alone - so I don't eat fruit without something fatty with it (and even then only a little bit).

Mitchy1nge · 11/11/2014 20:53

good old mfp

last 7 days: carbs 39% fat 42% protein 19%

average net daily cals are a fucking disgrace
