Snowy- me too! Was a little wet of eye following the email. Have you been able to log on to the form?

Mentalpsychiatrist · 30/10/2014 14:20

Congratulations on the secret Santa nomination snowy, it's very much deserved.

I having an actual lunch hour today, first one this week Smile

SnowyMouse · 30/10/2014 14:25

Congratulations caulkhead, so was I. Yes, I got onto the form, did you?

I'm glad you get a lunch hour today mp, so many HCPs skip it because of the pressure of work.

SnowyMouse · 30/10/2014 14:25

Oh, and thanks mp

EnpoTree · 30/10/2014 14:50

The odd thing about the zopiclone pennies taste is that it's not there all the time. At least for me. I only taste it when I'm eating something the next day. I once spent two days refusing to eat or drink anything as I thought the metallic taste was from poorly disguised poison that had been hidden in my food Grin

Pulledapart · 30/10/2014 15:27

snowy and caulk congrats on the nominations Flowers

MP hope your enjoy your lunch hour Smile

enpotree Grin I don't blame you for thinking the food was poisoned, the metallic taste is really awful.

I'm having a fruit day today after my binge chocolate eating yesterday Blush dinner is likely to an apple Hmm unless I'm tempted by others!

TheOrchardKeeper · 30/10/2014 17:08

Was also nominated Shock

Set me right off when I got the email this morning. All I ever do is whinge on here Grin And tell lots of people to ltb in Relationship threads.

The kindness of strangers is a powerfull thing feeling soppy

Hope everyone's having an ok day Thanks

CaulkheadUpNorth · 30/10/2014 17:25

Aw Orchard, you have been super supportive to me, and I bet other people feel the same.

I had a great morning and now just cannot do anything. Back in bed and watching rubbish with the plan of definitely not going to sleep before 7pm.

SnowyMouse · 30/10/2014 17:31

You are a good help to people, orchard Smile

I'm lazing and watching top gear

TheOrchardKeeper · 30/10/2014 17:35

Thank you. Glad my rambling isn't totally useless Caulk Grin

I love Top Gear. I should hate it considering I'm me but they're just so stupid and it's so lighthearted. Quite good for taking your mind off things Smile

Victrix · 30/10/2014 17:50

Congratulations on your nominations ladies Grin

Me and the cat have watched lots of TV today:

The Apprentice
The Apprentice- You're Fired
The Spider House (I hate hate hate spiders but this was fascinating)
Autumnwatch- both episodes
Autumnwatch Unsprung - both episodes.

A weird thing happened when I was watching. I was interested. I was capable of paying attention. I remembered what I had watched.

I think I've turned a corner. Smile

TheOrchardKeeper · 30/10/2014 17:54

That's good to hear Victrix Smile

I remember suddenly realizing I could pay more attention etc a few months after getting ill last year and it was such a relief. Hope you're feeling ok physically.

SnowyMouse · 30/10/2014 17:54

Hooray victrix Grin

Victrix · 30/10/2014 17:58

I'm still a bit achy but better than yesterday Smile

Plus the biggest thing about suddenly realising I have an attention span is that I've developed it through a haze of tramadol and dihydrocodeine Grin

Pulledapart · 30/10/2014 18:28

Yay orchard Grin I'm sure u deserve it.

victrix that sounds great. It definitely means you have turned a corner Grin

I've just woken up from a mini nap Shock I never do that but I feel completely drained. Just about to eat some curry with naan bread.

SnowyMouse · 30/10/2014 18:37

I hope you continue to feel better, victrix Smile

Enjoy the curry, pulled

Mentalpsychiatrist · 30/10/2014 18:57

Isn't it horrible coming home in the dark?

That was quite a day of TV victrix but i glad to hear you're feeling better.

Curry with naan sounds lovely pulled.

Hi snowy.

We're having roast pheasant for dinner. Sounds posh but a friend runs a shoot so we get loads of the damn things.

SnowyMouse · 30/10/2014 19:57

Sounds nice. I used to beat for pocket money when I was a teenager.

CaulkheadUpNorth · 30/10/2014 20:03

Can someone hold my hand for a little bit? Best friend (and housemate) is due home any moment now and she is Very Angry And Disappointed with me for taking overdose etc. I'm just a bit scared about seeing her and how she will react.

Pulledapart · 30/10/2014 20:06

Thanks snowy and MP curry was good Grin

MP I don't like winter nights either actually I hate the dark. It makes me want to stay indoors all the time. Roast pheasant Hmm someone does sound rather posh Grin enjoy it.

I think it'll be a long night thanks to the nap I had at the wrong time so I've just started watching first of the many movies for tonight - Thor on sky movies Smile

Pulledapart · 30/10/2014 20:14

Awww caulk Flowers I'm sure she will be ok once you explain.

Mentalpsychiatrist · 30/10/2014 20:15

I'll hold your hand caulk

CaulkheadUpNorth · 30/10/2014 20:16

Don't think she will. It's been ten days and all I've had are angry texts and her telling other friends she will "never forgive me and it's all for attention".

CaulkheadUpNorth · 30/10/2014 20:16

Thanks :)

Victrix · 30/10/2014 20:17

((Caulk)) hope it goes OK. I bet she was mostly worried x

Watching Autumnwatch with the cat. Typing one handed as my right arm is currently her chinrest
