Err, we need a new thread guys - I know this is Vicar's job so i hope you like the name.

This thread is a support group for those with mental health issues and generally feeling crap, some of us are on medication, some of us have help.

So come on in, grab a stool at the pub, the fires warm and the welcome is warmer - stay a while or move right on in!

All welcome

Ha! im not very good at this!

Sorry for being AWOL folks - really busy week, did another volunteering session on Wednesday, then my usual meeting on Thursday morning, then job centre Friday. I get to go to the hockey tomorrow night, then start the cycle again on Monday Grin

Can't get work in the area of my course unfortunately, as most places want you to have your Level 3 (the expensive one!) before they'll hire you. I'm doing childcare and it's totally understandable really with recent stories in the news - they want qualified people.

I went to drop a CV in to a place in the next town, as asked to by my adviser person on the work programme - job was filled weeks ago Angry Also rang up about one I saw in the job centre - that one had gone too Angry

But, both places did say I could leave/send my CV and they'd get in touch if other positions came up. So that's sort of good.

Hi folks ta for the welcomes! Good day today ds is 6 today so we took the kids to the farm for his treat then dined in pizza and cake before settling down to the voice then turned over to watch Darcey Bussells ballerina thing, just caughtba bit of the news shit seems to be hitting the fan with Ukraine and Russia. Hope everyone is ok - at least being able to settle to watch a bit of telly or a film is positive I think? Ciq I've heard of side effects but not watched it. Not taken any meds yet I find its a fine line, take them too early and I can't read for any length of time or watch any decent telly - there's no pleasing some people! Hope everyone passes a reasonable night

Don't have time or energy to dredge up anything sensible to say. Balancing angry DH, parents and IL's for DD's birthday weekend... But I hope you're all having a decent weekend and hope you found something to take place of what you had originally planned snowy.

Hello everyone - having some lovely time to myself as DP has had to take DD to the playground on her new scooter. I earnt it though as i did do the epic task that was the kitchen, so much washing up that it woldnt all fit in the dishwasher Blush

The end of the week got busy, which was good and have a busy week next week. DP actually thanked me for "organising" his time, which was nice, he was so stressed but he needed pushing and he realised it. I do better under pressure than he does, which is funny becaue im the one with anxiety, my anxiety tends to focus on the "what ifs"

I like the [dafodil]
