Fab ur back in ten holly! U done a good job staying there this year.

after my huge eatathon the other day I was hardly hungry yest which was good! I prob had 1000 cals. Planning on sticking to plan all weekend no socials and no alcohol. Not weighed but will weigh Monday most likely .

Weighed in this morning slightly down again. I started fasting and watching my food a month ago and I have lost just over 8lbs. Tbh a lot of that was beer weight I’d piled on on holiday but even so it would have stuck around without me doing something about it.

working today for 6 hours then 13 tomorrow then I have a few days off. Exercise is going to have to be my next priority because I don’t anticipate continuing to lose at this rate.

Btw if anyone is interested I log my weight every time into an app called Happy Scale. I’ve put my goal weight in and it breaks it down into smaller segments and tracks trends rather than ups and downs if that makes sense. I use the free version. Might be worth looking at it makes me see weights as data rather than something to worry about.

Well I’m going to have to call in sick today with a tummy bug 😢 really painful stomach and keep having to run to the loo. Trying to find the positive… at least I won’t be eating much this weekend 😭😭

Sorry ur ill @WorthySloth ! Hope ur ok now? Bet the scales will have dropped though. Ur totally right about the marathon! I’ve been on this thread for about 2 years!!!! Chipping away v v v slowly!

so this weekend went very wrong! DH suggested we opened a bottle yest which led to icecream and pizza. Today I was feeling bleugh and eaten carbs all day. And some chocolate and more carbs. And didn’t work out!

anyways tmrw is reset ! I was doing well dunno why I lost the plot! I last weighed on sat am was 9.12.5

plan is to do 1400 and not weigh for 12 days! Check in here every evening with how days gone. Workout and just go back to basics!

yup my scales have had a lovely drop 🤣🤣 not sure if it will last but tbh my appetite is still off so maybe it won’t all pile back on at once. Fasting is still going ok but now I need to think about adding some exercise.

Same here @Smartmove was back having a good few days and gone bad today. Definitely a massive link with weighing and self sabotage.

I think I'm moving towards accepting my weight at 9.13. BMI is 20 at this weight and it's fine. I can stick to routine in week and have some treats at the weekend. So fed up with my current mind set of thinking I can of stay on plan 100% of the time that then leads into a massive fail a few days in and the guilt I have. So I will have a good week, long fasts and lots of exercise and will work a nice treat into next weekend!

@Bubbles44 thats very slim indeed. U must be very tall! I’m sure u look fab and ur body clear likes being this weight and u managed to get it there easily. Are u looking at maintence now?

im doing my 12 day no weight thing. Starts today! Have a cold but really need to gym!

Sounds like you did great with your running last week @hollyblueivy well done. Rubbish the weather is changing and darker mornings. Are you still getting to the gym too?

Yeah think I just want to work on not having such strict rules at the weekend. Enjoy, it only takes a couple of days to get rid of weekend bloat if on it all week. Thinking of weigh days Wednesday and Fridays. Hope to be anywhere in 9's. Let's see how it goes.

@Bubbles44I haven’t been going to the gym whilst running, but hope to get back there for October when the autumn really sets in.

Will try for a Monday and Friday weigh. I crept back into the 11’s yesterday but only very slightly so hopefully back in the 10’s Friday.

Not weighed in today as I did a sleep in at work and got dressed there. Currently 20 hours into a fast as my daughter took me out for lunch yesterday and I didn’t want to eat afterwards. Will probably get to 24 hours before I eat which is very unusual for me but I definitely think my appetite isn’t back since my tummy bug.

will aim for sensible choices today 😊

Anyone got any non scale targets? Mine are that I have 3 pairs of skinny Levi’s bought pre Covid from the charity shop I used to work in. Currently I can get them on but I can’t sit down in them 🤣🤣 so my nst is to fit in them comfortably.

btw I am aware that skinny jeans aren’t currently in fashion but they might be by the time I can wear them again 🤣🤣

Felt a bit like today wasn’t best day so I’m going for 30 min jog! Should burn 100-200 and good for me!

NSV is that when I try my clothes on for a bit night next week I don’t have to say no to them all due to my belly! But just because I don’t fancy it!

also wondering if I should do clean fasts? I put 50 cals of milk in my morning coffee - should I have it black? Feel like it will bring me much less joy though!

I need to do something but I am always like this when I fall off the wagon. It takes me ages to get my routine back. At the moment I feel a slight pang of hunger and go get food immediately. I ate pasta at 10am this morning!

Some fasts may be the answer for me too as a reset.

Friday weigh is 11:0:5 so that’s up slightly on last Friday.

if I can just get a pound off by next Friday so I know I’m going in the right direction and back in the 10’s, that will be enough for me. Baby steps!

Ahh I'm with you @hollyblueivy finding it hard at the moment!
I'm Having a good run of days and then eating really bad for a couple of days. Need to break this ridiculous cycle I'm in!
Hope you guys are having a better weekend than I am!!
