Weighed myself this morning… down again. Started 12 days ago and have lost 6lb. I weigh then log my weight into happy scale which gives me a trend ignoring fluctuations which means I can ignore the numbers on the scale to an extent.

Broke my fast early today. Walked home last night and husband tried to stop himself falling over by grabbing me with the result of us both falling over and I slammed my head on the road 😭😭 so today I’m sore all over and a bit shaky so I got to 14 hours and had a pain au chocolate so I could take some more painkillers and hopefully give myself a bit of a sugar rush.

Why 10 stone is a good weight, lose to much and if you are ill you have nothing to fight with .

How did everyone get on with BH. Looks like I’m 9.12 so the same so far a few days into trip. Would be wonderful if I stay around here so don’t have lots to loose in return
ive been walking so much and trying to gym so hopefully that’s helped! I def don’t think I’ve restricted my food! I’ve also not drunk much (huge help !!!)
I am on a big tasting menu tonight so aware will shoot up. But then can try be more mindful for a few days before next meal!

Hello everyone!!

How are you all doing? Back from holiday. Tired, full and bloated! Wasn't a total disaster but I did eat a lot. Must days I got to at least 16 hours fasted but have eaten a lot. Soo ready for a reset! Long run tomorrow and gym. Try and fast for as long as possible! Not sure if to hold off weighing or have the shock of it!

How did your break end up @Smartmove sounds like it started so well. Massive well done for keeping to plan when away, I bet you felt so much better for it. Hope your week ended as well as it stared!

@WorthySloth how's it going? Are you still consistently losing? Hope it's bee. A good weekend.

@hollyblueivy how is gym going! How is ur mum?

as for me I did well Sunday till wed and then it’s been pretty downhill since! Lots of walking and gym visits but it won’t have counteracted the wine drunk the dinners out and the large amounts of icecream consumed

today I’m being good but not calorie counting or fasting. Just settling back into not have wine and sugar!
then tmrw I reset fully. I’m fully expecting to weigh over 10

sept goal - to get to 9.11 by end if it! I left my week away last week at 9.12.2 or something close

Hello ladies!

It feels good to go into September the 1st on a Monday. The perfect day to reset and hopefully chip away the next few months before Christmas swings back around!

11:0:5 Today - Shouldn’t be too long before back in the 10’s. Aim is to lose 3-4lb by the end of September, so that will make me around 10:11 I think?!

Mum is doing well, hoping treatment may be completed by the end of October.

Lost 7lb since I started this so happy with that. Still rather a lot over what I would like to be but happy to be chipping away at it.

10.1 for me today. After a good couple of days so I'm guessing I was quite high. Anyways, it's September. My aim
Is to stay in the 9's and break my weekend habit if eating rubbish and spending the working week dropping weekend pounds.

@Smartmove most of that's bloat so you'll be down in no time. Definitely a win being good for half of your holiday. Hope today isn't too painful!

@WorthySloth that's great well done. Are you finding it hard to stick to? Are you allowing many treats?

@Bubbles44 I’m finding it fairly easy tbh. I work 3 (12 hour) days a week so those days I’m only eating once. The other 4 days I’m trying to steer clear of crisps chocolate and biscuits.

I’ve lost an inch off my waist and hips too so clothes are starting to feel a bit better 😊

Good day today too . Feeling bloated still but only 2 days back. Will weigh on Friday too. No plans this weekend so can totally stay on plan. I’m actually very excited to be boring and doing nothing :) . I’ll then weigh again on Monday would like to be back at 9.13 at least. With an aim to get a pound off every 7-10 days and back to 9.10 end of month!

@Bubbles44 fingers crossed for ur weigh in!

@WorthySloth well done. That’s fab ur not struggling . I always go off plan at weekends but none this one so hopeful

Beer will be my downfall this weekend 🤣🤣 going out to see a band and see friends. I think as long as I try to keep the food sensible I’ll be ok.

10.11 so want to shift about a stone. Decided this week to go back to calorie counting. Doing 1400 a day but thinking about 2 x 500 days . Lost all motivation so hoping this thread will make me accountable!

a stone is totally achievable and not a mountain u can do it! Have u worked out ur downfalls / weakness ?

mine are boredom eating at home with toddler
weekends / social events
sugary treats

im trying to work on those but its a work in progress. I hit goal of 9.10 a few months ago but ive put a good few pounds back on over summer so im on the mission to get back down! I’m doing about 1400-1600 cals and working out least 4 times a week . Am feeling motivated and ready to get them off! Hoping end of Sept sees me there. Will weigh tmrw!

Hope this thread helps you keep accountable! Are you fasting or just calorie counting? Sounded very doable your goal, hopefully you've got a good stretch ahead of you with not much on so you can get properly in to it!
My aim is always 9.9. Don't get there often. Hanging around 9.12 usually. But higher at the moment due to holidays so I think we are all buckling down to have a good September!
Good day for me. Will weigh in the morning to see where I'm at!

@Bubbles44@Smartmove thank you. I do 2 weights classes a week (50+ menopausal so doing that to build my core) but I do think menopause makes it trickier to shift the timber 🫣.
my weakness is snacks, and I work from home 2 days a week so the temptation is there. And then weekends it goes to pot and Prosecco usually makes an appearance. So really I need to come at this with deter and will power! I think I’ve had an ok week this week and will weigh tomorrow. Trying to just weigh once a week. X

@whataboutallofthis things I try but sometimes fail!!! Is don’t keep it at home. And keep things like carrot batons / cucumber sticks / rice cakes in so I can munch of those which is better than biscuits and crisps! Dunno if u could add those to ur weekly order

Weight is up slightly today but I spent a long time in the car yesterday and had kfc so that’s probably it. Not worried my trend is generally downward. I weigh daily then sync with happy scale which detects trends so I only weigh for data purposes if that makes sense.

Workout done and was though
prob on 1600 cals but I don’t mind as eaten health delicious food and will do my usual fast. I’m finding higher cals and a treat keeping me on straight and narrow rather than overly being strict and crashing on day 3/4
