im 10 stone today so should make 9.13 for Monday . Feeling motivated still! I had quite a lot of choc yest too! 4 more to get back to my goal weight and then need to stay there!

Weight back down again so the blip was obviously the kfc on Thursday. I’m out tonight so I’m going to try to eat sensibly but then I’ll be having some beers later. At least I’ll be motivated to ignore the post beer chip craving tonight 🤣🤣

I’ve eaten too much today. We went for a healthy dinner and I had a salad and chicken but then also some pitta with it. I also had some of the kids toast! And my workout was arms so didn’t burn much….ive also got a sore knee from my weights the other day so not sure what u can do tmrw. I’ve been slowly loosing the holiday bloat on about 1700 but today I’ve had about 1900!

Expecting tmrw to be up . So really need a good day tmrw so I can make 9.13 on Monday!

Hello, yes I've eaten more today too. Not crazy but will have definitely gained as longer eating window and carbs! Pull it back tomorrow and weigh Monday!

Ok day. Wanted a 1300 but ended up having extra dinner and ending on 1650 . Did a short work out. Hardly any steps
hooefully dropped back down tmrw
need to turn the focus on this week and actually not keep nibbling extra!

@whataboutallofthis dont panic! We all struggle with weekends. I do too- even if not social events . Just get back to onto it tmrw. Don’t be overly strict just keep to plan. And then try tackle each weekend as they come.

I had a night on the beer on Saturday then slept in until 2pm on Sunday 😭😭 barely moved. However I’ve weighed myself this morning and my weight has remained stable so I kept my eating under control which is a win. Hoping to drop a little bit when I weigh tomorrow.

Morning oldies and newbies!

I had kind of maintained around 11 stone last week. Managed three runs. Had a massive roast yesterday so going into the week at 11:1.4.

its been a slow start to me getting back into it and although the scales have gone in the wrong direction I had some good habits last week.

Refocus for this week, two meals of lunch and dinner, no snacks or only fruit, loads of water and another three runs by the end of the weekend.

Do you feel hungry on 1450 cals? I could do with trying to have a few consistent days around this calorie mark. Im
just rubbish at tracking them.

@hollyblueivy slightly hungry but super manageable. I think prob I need to do that for a week to see slow weight loss if I go to 1200 I loose quicker but I find I can’t keep it up and have a binge ! So trying this approach.

going for same today . No workout but hopefully lots of steps in park with toddler

Weighed in this morning and I’m down a bit again. Started on the 12/8 and I’m down 8lbs. However this is the weight I’d chunked on over the summer so expecting my loss to slow right down now.

I’m giving myself mini half stone targets rather than the big one of where I want to actually be which is keeping me motivated I think. I’m also finding it quite easy to restrict my food on work days because I don’t have much of a break then plus I don’t want to snack when I get home.

It’s my birthday tomorrow so relaxing a little bit today and tomorrow but not going to go overboard.

One real positive… said to the kids that I don’t want gin or chocolate or candles for my birthday. They’ve taken notice and I got home from work last night to a freshly painted hallway! Love having pretty much grown up kids 💕

9.12.8 - so made it. 3 more to go to my lowest weight. Aim to be 9.12 by end of week / early next today plan

hopefully the slowing down won’t demotivate you. On this thread it has affected me at times but then being consistent eventually pays off!

@Smartmove You have great awareness of what you need to do to get where you want to be. You’re quite accurate at being able to estimate what weight you’re able to achieve by the end of the week too. Keep going!

Tbh part of the mindset is because I’m not wanting to buy new clothes 🤣🤣 also I go to a lot of gigs and need to be relatively fit for standing and dancing. I’m 56 today so it’s not always easy to lose weight so slow and steady makes me happy.

I always used to be between 9 and 9.7 stone but I’m very realistic and if I can get to around 10.7 and stay there I’ll be happy. Would probably like to get to 10 but if I don’t I’m not bothered

Self sabotage yest! Chocolate and cake consumed in large amounts!

time to head back to weekly max twice a week weigh in. prob once a week
i know the 1400-1500 let’s me slowly loose as long as I keep active.

not sure I’ll make it to 9.12 by end of week now! Suspect be early next week.
no plans this weekend so can stay on it!

Hey @SmartmoveWhat do you think prompted the self sabotage? Is it because you weighed and saw you was doing well, so thought you could ‘afford’ to have some treats?

After not really trying during August I am finding it difficult to click back in during September so far. I am hungry and sometimes I can wait to eat but I am still reaching for snacks too. Hopefully a couple more weeks and I’ll be back into the swing of things.

Will try to check in on here too for some accountability for my actions!

Morning happy Friday!

10:13:2 - So happy to get back into the 10’s - it may be short lived but let’s see.

I’ve ran about 20 miles since last Sunday so honestly thought I may have lost more, but it does make you hungry and I have been giving in to the hunger.

woke up hungry so just having a tea and some weetabix.

I am out tomorrow so the weekend will be a bit weekendy but should be able to draw a quick line under it.

How is your weekend looking and how do you like to approach weekends? They are always my nemesis when trying to lose weight!!!
