I've over indulged this weekend - no fruit or veg and feeling bloated and heavy. Will see out the bank holiday weekend and weigh early next week - getting back on track.

Need to work on getting to goal to focus on maintenance.

salmon avacado and then have a gig tonight I’m driving no drinking.

should be 850 cals but not gonna lie dark choc on my mind!

tmrw big challenge - Sunday roast. Def no alcohol. Hoping no pudding but may have to see how I feel! I’m def just doing that was my only meal of day so will be nice long fast

Cereal
Two course dinner
Some chicken filled churros
Half a bottle of wine and a pint

Felt stuffed all day. Thinking of not drinking tomorrow to try to pull it back a bit. One max.

10.6.5 today
a reflection of how much I ate last week before I started behaving again! And also my Thursday threw me back
I will def get to 10.5 mid next week but I really want to be 10.4 by next weekend (I had wanted 10.3 but seems unlikely)

wish me luck for OMAD roast today, just coffee either side

@hollyblueivy doesn’t sound bad at all. Hopefully a slightly lighter day today will help with the bloated feeling.

Yesterday was pretty bad, had lots of chocolate, biscuits and popcorn. Good today. Might just have a yogurt for dinner and no dark chocolate.
I think as I’m kind of in maintenance, I’m letting my weekends go a bit. But it’s too extreme, so I need to work on having 4 chocolates and not 14. Will weigh tomorrow. Definitely over 10 I reckon!
I’ve got a night away with dh next sat so I’ll try being mindful but not all or nothing. Should be a good week just need a better approach to the weekends.

Checking in to keep on track and update!

so good things -
30 min workout done
roast - no wine no Yorkshire or roastie. No pudding (but a lattee)

not as good things but still ok for a weekend
didnt manage to stay no food till 12! Had 1 slice sourdough with butter and a handful of nuts

need to not eat anymore today

then tmrw back to 800 cals.

i may have a slight up tmrw as roast was very salty and my sourdough carby but if I stay on focus I should see 10.5 again soon and then keep powering down before Xmas! . Need to keep at it!

@Bubbles44 we could both keep checking in as I have a family bday next weekend and so will lots of food and cake and drink and also hoping to have some moderation!

Well I don't think I will ever quite master the art of balance on weekends, but I will keep trying.

I'm going to wait until tomorrow to weigh.

I did batch cook some soup so think I'll try for a soup lunch 3-4 times this week.

Gym, water, coffee, tea and no snacking all the same as last week.

How is everyone's determination this week? I'd say mine is not as high as it was last week. As I lose as such a slow rate I really need to start trying to shave it off now before Christmas otherwise it just won't happen.

3 on! Yesterday wasn’t quite as good a planned! I know @hollyblueivy, I’m getting so fed up of my lack of discipline. 2 weeks in a row and I have eaten rubbish 3 days over the weekend. Not even for social, just because! maybe need to throw in a longer fast in a Saturday?!
Monday again. Feel determined. Need to work out runs etc. Argh so frustrating!!
Hopefully today’s long fast will help get my mind back into things! Would love a sugar free couple of weeks but not sure I have it in me!

in 10.7.5 so one on from yest. I had some choc last night!!!!!!! DH was eating it and I was hungry. Ffs!

thats 3.5 off I need before Friday - unlikely. Gonna be a very low cal day today ideally 800 and then 900 rest of week. Feeling very determined and getting upsets it’s been 10 days since I saw 10.5 on the scale!!!!

Hope you're feeling better @Bubbles44 - always so much going around at this time of year.

12.5k steps Monday and Tuesday, will try to get to the gym today. We have a sprinkle of bright days forecast so I'll try to run or walk to get out in the nicer weather too.

10:10:8 today so right direction but big ask to get to 10:8:5 by Friday. That goal may need to roll over to next week to give me more time, with a weekend more controlled than last.

@hollyblueivy its the weekends isn’t it! It’s very hard to behave during them but I think for me anyways it’s what’s needed to drop the last few pounds

am 10.6.2 today which is good but means I need a pound off the next 2 days to be 10.4 so no snacking or slacking over here!

need to work out how to control myself as there will be a lot of cake in the house this weekend!

I’m also then setting myself a goal of a pound off every Friday I weigh until I’m where I want to be which I think is 10 stone and really I’ve bounced about 10.5 all summer so shouldn’t be impossible but appears I keep sabotaging myself!

I have a lot in the next few weekends including a trip away but I’m just going to have to remain focussed when away!

Sadly lost him yesterday, it was awful! Been a horrible week! Think I’m run down with it all.

Determined to get up for my run tomorrow. Think a run will help me feel better. I think drop in weight is due to the stressful week so need to be mindful of it going up when I eat some normal meals. I’m really into chia pudding at the moment.

How did you get on @SmartmoveStop at one chocolate bar?
