I've over indulged this weekend - no fruit or veg and feeling bloated and heavy. Will see out the bank holiday weekend and weigh early next week - getting back on track.

Need to work on getting to goal to focus on maintenance.

Down 3 pounds from yesterday! Tells you how bad my weekend was. Feeling back on it. Just need to figure out the weekends. No idea how to change my mindset!!

Another good day here too.

Lunch as intended and dinner is nearly ready as planned.

45m cardio workout, no strength but fine with that as worked out hard on the treadmill.

Water good and alternating between tea and coffee has worked well.

Two good days feels like a win.

10:9:9 - Need that 0.9 off by Friday so have to keep it going but realise things will slow down.

My tummy is still feeling quite bloated and after having mashed potatoes with dinner last night wasn't sure what the scales would do so really pleased with that.

My last two workouts have been hard effort and as I'm kind of just getting back into it I can feel my body needs a bit of a rest. Might do a walk or some yoga at home today and pick the gym back up tomorrow.

Plan today
More coffee / tea / water (squash)
May go for soup again for lunch
Dinner is chicken stir fry and noodles
If I can manage no pudding / choc / snacks for three days running that will be great.

Is everyone else still feeling motivated and committed this week?

def feeling motivated still
have friend over sat and chosen food I can have and also not having pudding and will do a longer workout
Sunday having a roast with family but will also have no pudding and treat myself to a flat white (usually I drink americano!)

I want to be 10.5 on Sunday but still feeling bloated and huge may weigh myself tmrw . If I can go through weekend with the above plan I should continue to drop below that elusive 10.5!

9.13 Good day yesterday. Although I had a poorly pet so a pretty anxious day. Dropped another 3 pounds but I think that was because of the stress.
Managed an early run today and I will fast until 4!

@hollyblueivy you’ll have that off by Friday. A good couple of days!

Yes @Smartmove your plan for the weekend sounds good. I definitely need a plan. Weekend is looming and I just don’t trust myself to stay strong. Really fed up of the cycle. Not even the weight, Just the all or nothing mentality I always have!

I’ve been hungry today and still am but closing kitchen. Didn’t do a work out as no time only just got home and now making tea for kids etc.
I’ve had
Puriton shake
chicken salad
hummus and red pepper
1 piece of dark choc - this wasn’t meant to happen but I just had one and put it away.

I could do with doing some lower cal days to shift this bloat asap but I just get too hungry!

Food has gone to plan today, had soup and stir fry is on.

Hot drinks been good but no water at all - will have some with dinner.

No workout. Just haven't had time. Only 4k steps and can't get out now so may try to do a you tube type workout at home but if not I'll be well rested for the gym tomorrow.

Wine has been on my mind today. Need to push it back.

Sounds good @hollyblueivy mayhe get some sparkling water or tonic or something in a nice glass and see if it helps. Suspect it won’t make the cut though LOL

i was on 1100 today. Am hungry but gonna ignore it. Day 3/4 hardest then gets easier after a big carb binge so hopefully be less hungry tmrw.

Great work this week everyone, I've enjoyed us all being in the same space wanting to have a good week, it has encouraged me to stay on it.

10:9:5 today. Can I squeeze that last half pound off by tomorrow. I know I will definitely be aiming for 10:8:5 next Friday which is the plan, to lose half a pound per week. (I'll probably put on over the weekend as the call from the wine is getting louder and there is some baked cheese staring at me in the fridge) but I'll be back to work on Monday and won't completely undo the good work over the weekend.

Back to the gym today - strength and cardio
Lunch - scrambled egg on one slice toast
Dinner - spag Bol
Usual with drinks

9.12 think stress is playing a part this week. Need to have a good weekend. Not a lot on so just lots of exercise and good food.

i had a work meeting and there was food about 5cm from my face
after a few hours I caved

had a processed sandwhich
a cookie - large
choc buttons
and some biscuits

I go again. And over weekend will stick to no sugar no alcohol.
also blame arrival of AF.
i have to keep going till im back to 10.5 and then break lower than that. It’s driving me mad!

I've been reasonable balanced this week! I am sat drinking coffee debating a weigh I. (Which I should do) although I feel lighter I've trained a bit this week so may be disappointed!

Conscious life is going to get busy soon, my DD is having a baby so lots of grab and go for a while - I need to plan and get ahead of the game really!

I'm out clothes shopping today and I cannot wait feel like I need everything!

10:9:7 today - I'm actually ok with that, down just over a pound from last Friday. My aim will be to get to 10:8:5 by next Friday. (my back up thought is that if there is any weight with a 10:8something in it then that will be a win, but aim for the 10:8:5 and see what happens)

The weekend will be slightly off plan in places but I will have to deal with the consequences of that next week.

I'm going to have soup every day for lunch next week. May even make some homemade full of lots of goodness rather than my usual tins. Although the tins I get have 13g of protein in so may need to build that into the soup also - never made homemade soup with meat in before, usually just use veg.

i make a lovely minestrone one from fast 800 with chicken thighs flaked in would u like a pic of it?

I’ve not weighed. I’m so annoyed about yest. Gonna do a longer fast today and a very low cal day today and tmrw to make up (aim 850 which I can do but choose to not mostly!) def won’t be 10.5 Sunday!

Well done @hollyblueivy great that you are on track. I think I need to follow how you approach weekends. Allowing for some treats!
9.13 Run done. Not sure how long I’ll fast for as home today. Just try and avoid sugar. If I have a treat this weekend I’ll save it for Saturday evening.

Ok day here. Definitely had more calories than usual and had one slice of toast and some cake. Didn’t go crazy though. Should be a good weekend food wise!

I’m unsure re weighing. I thinking Sunday so I don’t self sabotage tmrw but then don’t want to self sabotage during my roast (I’m going to do OMAD that day like you do and just have the roast and a lattee no pudding!). Won’t weigh tmrw today prob just outdone yest and I still feel very bloated suspect I’m 10.8 !

am feeling very motivated and sick to death of getting to 10.5 and then going back up. This time I’m not doing that!!! I’m going down down down!!!

@Bubbles44 Sounds like you should be ok for this weekend. Enjoy your treat this evening if you have one. What do you class as a treat?

I'm 10:9:9 today - although I weigh daily I think I should stop after Friday weigh and wait until Tuesday as the weekend jump up isn't good for my mind even though it's me that makes it happen. I have already weighed now today but will try to weigh Tuesday-Friday in future.

Gym didn't happen yesterday so probably won't get back there now until Monday. I'm ok with that, I got two decent workouts early in the week and I will try to keep steps high(er) this weekend.

I will be drinking alcohol this weekend. Probably today and tomorrow. Full disclosure.
