I've over indulged this weekend - no fruit or veg and feeling bloated and heavy. Will see out the bank holiday weekend and weigh early next week - getting back on track.

Need to work on getting to goal to focus on maintenance.

I was so hungry yesterday, I had breakfast, lunch at 10, cereals early afternoon and chicken roast dinner followed by dark chocolate.

I weighed after getting dressed so not classing that today and seriously thinking about not weighing for a few days after tomorrow as it's annoying me. I seem to do better when I take the pressure off and the moment I set a goal, it all goes to pot.

Barely worked out this week again. Need to sort myself out.

@hollyblueivy sorry it’s been a tougher week, annoying when you’ve been in a good place with it all and then it gets harder. Hope it clicks for you today.
I’m still 9.12. Good week. Feel in a good place. Fully aware a bad day would push it back up. So keep going!

@hollyblueivy sorry ur annoyed. Sometimes ur head just isn’t in the zone and it’s so hard! I think ur right re the pressure. Just eat healthy and see what happens. It’s amazes me how hard it is to keep steady and even harder to loose

I’ve totally lost the plot! I do this sometimes. I basically need a break from cal counting and being borderline hungry all day! I’m also going away for the night on Friday with a tasting menu and so think I’ve gone into f it mode! Plan is to forget about it all eat as I wish and then Sunday weigh myself - will have a huge gain given what I’m eating and haven’t really been not track all week. Then buckle down

so @hollyblueivy if u fancy joining me on Sunday I’m planning on really buckling down and want to have Oct see me drop to 10.2 at least!

@Smartmove it's strange how the consistent approach goes on a wobble from time to time and I'm definitely in that zone at the moment which is a shame as I felt like I was going so well. I can't commit to getting on it on Sunday as I think I need to take the pressure completely off and naturally see what happens.

I weighed today at 10:10:8 which clearly isn't the 10:9:5 I was hoping for. I wanted to lose half a pound per week so I am still going to aim for 10:9:0 by next Friday but I am going tit try to avoid the scales (or as much as possible) until then. I'm not too sure what my plan is to lose 1.8lb over the next week but I'll take a day at a time and do my best each day which could easily vary wildly.

Weighed 10s13.5 yesterday
Ate buffet food, a glass of wine and brownie today. Skipped tea but I'm hungry now and going go to go to bed to avoid toast / crisp.

Aargh I was thinking about writing on here earlier and it's so hard when you know what to do but keep falling in to the same patterns!

You are still under 11 @jelly79 ! Weekends are hardest for sure

i had a lovely weekend with a lot of food

and I go again today! 30 mins work out today
strict 16 hour fasting restarts maybe aim for 17 by end of week
yoghurt fruit. Salmon salad . Dinner not planned yet will check what’s in freezer I think maybe a prawn stir fry?

I had all the food I wanted Friday night and yesterday. Still walked/ran loads so not beating myself up today. But definitely looking forward to a healthy day today. Will be hard because of all the sugar I had!!

I guess a win for me this weekend is that I haven't had any alcohol.

Hoping I wake up tomorrow with a renewed sense of determination.

@Smartmove what will your eating window be? Will you do the long fasts every day?

work out done. Prob on 1200 today carbs a bit high but easing myself in a bit! Best go make my stir fry!

I'm here to start with you! I'm starting with a 24 hour fast so will be coffee and water until at least 6pm tonight!

Need to clean up my diet literally!!!

First goal is to see 10.10 on the scales soon!!!

I actually need to go buy clothes and dont feel any excitement to do so that's my aim!

Yes let's reset. I am ready. 10:11:9 for me today which is about 4lb on since 21 Sep. My tummy feels it's too and I don't like it.

I want to be 10:9:00 by Friday so that is my next target to work towards. If I don't get it by Friday then I'll keep going until I do and then work on the next half a pound. But I know I feel my best at 10:9 or lower.

Plan is much the same as usual but I'll write it anyway:

No breakfast - Fast until lunch but still have coffee
Light lunch - focus on protein and light on carbs
Normal / healthy dinner - protein with veg
Try to have half my coffees with no sugar to ween myself off it again.
Try to get water in but really struggling with this now weather has changed.
Try to eat 12-7 give or take half an hour
Workout - 3x per week hour (at least) workout mix of cardio and full body strength during every session.

Running outside is a definite no now but will do this on treadmill in intervals.

Let's go.

Right girls We all feeling the same!!!! It’s nearly going to be Xmas so we need to nip this in bud ow we will enter 2025 being heaviest we been!!!

we have done this before and can get back into zone!!!

it’s going to take me a good longggg week to get back to 10.5 im so bloated!!!! Will check in here for lots of hand holding…

drinking my water - 800mls drunk so far!
sipping my Puriton shake.
tuna salad lunch with olives
eggs avacado and 1 slice low carb bread

under 1000 cals is my aim all week. Have a roast with friends on Sunday but not drinking and no pudding.

not going to weigh till Sunday am so I don’t self sabotage. I know this works so just need to stick to it!

then I need to work out how to not go up and down all the bloddy timeb

Sounds like you've both had a good start to the week. I'm also pleased with the day so far.

Soup for lunch and didn't have any bread or put any cheese in it.

Hour workout and it felt so good to be back into it.

Water intake has been good but haven't managed to ditch the sugar from my coffee. I'll work on that tomorrow.

Not sure what I'm eating for dinner yet but it will be good with no pudding. Then the fast will start ready to go into tomorrow.

Motivation is high.

Good day!!

20 minute cardio
20 minutes leg weights

Fasted until 5pm (roughly 24 hours)
Tea - chicken curry, rice and broccoli

No cravings or hunger now but may have Greek yoghurt and protein powder later if I need to :)

I'm here! Just tootling in- nothing new or exciting. I love upped my calories to 1000 mon- thur and then 2000 at the weekends. Not weighed myself for weeks so who knows!

I do read/ catch up regularly and pleased we’ve all been getting in ok (with the occasional up and down!)

10:10:8 today - love it when I have a good day and seemingly lose a pound overnight. Wish that could happen more!

Slept wonderfully after that workout too.

Plan today
Alternate coffee and tea as can easily drink tea with no sugar
Aim at least 1.5L water (squash as it's easier)
Lunch - Mackerel on one slice toast
Dinner - Garlic chicken with mash and veg
Workout - strength and cardio at least one hour
No pudding / snacks

Eating window approx 12:30-7/30

Great shout having different targets for the weekends - that's when the wheels come off for me :)

I have exercised this morning and fasting till mid afternoon when I need to eat as I am at college 5-9 tonight so need to fuel before then!

I'll have lots of chicken, maybe sweet potato and rocket

Illl pack Greek yoghurt and choc protein to avoid my weekly boost in the canteen
