I've over indulged this weekend - no fruit or veg and feeling bloated and heavy. Will see out the bank holiday weekend and weigh early next week - getting back on track.

Need to work on getting to goal to focus on maintenance.

Ending in about 1400 as couldn’t resit some home made apple crumble.
a bit annoyed as didn’t actually need it hunger wise!! Was all in my head.
hopefully will still have a drop tmrw

Well done @Smartmove sounds a good day for a Sunday. Great plan going forward. Hope it has good results.
Ok day here. I did have a couple of biscuits. Stopped after them so was happy with that. Just want to get into the 9’s this week. Will probably weigh in on Wednesday next! Not a bad weekend at all, but just higher volumes of foods that won’t get me a loss!

Good idea to just see this week as a trial with how to approach week / weekends. Hopefully it will work for you.

I did have one drink yesterday and a snack out, with a beef roast dinner and some dark chocolate.

Felt like I didn't eat very well at all over the weekend and I do feel bloated in my tummy but weighed at 10:10:4 this morning so I'll take that.

I'm going to try not to weigh this week, see how I get on.

10.1. 1 pound on since last week!!!!!!
I’ve had a really good week. Well it’s been over 10 days. Not sure what’s going on. I’m just going to trust the process.Ive had lots of healthy food. Not going to do anything drastic. Just keep going.

time of month? More muscle? Extra carbs ? Are u eating too much when u break fast calorie wise? New set point?

I’ll weigh tmrw still feeling very bloated sadly so will still be up from the food filled weekend!

1200 no workout but ten thousand steps
weigh tmrw was 10.4 on Friday but 10.9 on Sunday!

no idea what’s going on with me. Usually I know how to drop. The main thing is, I’ve eaten really healthy food, good fasts, lots of movement, bmi 21 so it’s not disastrous and lots of positives.
Just need to keep going and remember the number on the scale is just a number. Will probably daily weigh now though!

I suspect once ur bmi is 21 every pound is really hard!!!

I’m def not back to 10.4/5 I can tell
by my tummy bulge! I’m hoping I’m back there on Saturday am but if not need to re work out …my maintenance plan!

@Bubbles44 Yep I’m back on it! I am considering upping my calories from 800 to 1000 as I have a few more stone to lose but I’m freaking out that my hair is really thinning…. I do keep coming back and reading the posts. Just working every hour or every day!!! Xxx

That’s great @Serialcatmum . Glad you’re back at it. I know, I’ve had that when my hair comes out. Never know if it’s fasting or just getting older.zinc and iron supplements have helped a little. It’s calmed now, I hope yours does too.

im wondering if having 3 days off plan is too much to maintain and it needs to be 2 - sat and Sunday ?

will weigh again daily now.

sorry re hair @Serialcatmum . Def take some multivitamins and zinc since like @Bubbles44 . Ur body has a shock it’s lost so much weight but it will grow back

had a round of toast and a kiwi last night ended on 1800 which is over my maintence calories as starving so am surprised with that. Hope doesn’t catch up tmrw !
may make 10.4 back on sat if I really focus!

Eaten rubbish today. Counting it as one of my days off plan today. Had cake toast and a crossiant. Not very healthy!!!! Also had a salad and salmon and avocado to balance it !!!

must behave tmrw but will gain tmrw
wont be 10.4 on sat for sure!!!!!!!! Oops :(
have 1 dinner only this weekend and it’s a non alcohol one as I’m driving so should be able to behave and try get back to 10.4 later on in week

9.13. Good week. Not as much running as I’d like but lots of steps. Not a lot planned this weekend just kid stuff so just need to stay on it and stay in the 9’s next week!

Sheepishly returning if that's ok? I e thought about you all lots but the summer got a bit out of control with no routine and lots of holiday!

I cried when my knickers didn't fit me (although realised I'd bought a size small!)

I've been back in to routine a couple of weeks and although not weighing or tracking have stopped the daily sugar grazing!

im 10.6.5 today waaaaaa. Own fault post carbs and sugar yest. Plan today is low cal low carb clean wholesome food! Won’t make 10.4 tmrw so means this week saw a gain so I need to change tactic…I think I’ve had too many days where I’ve not been mindful. I can prob only get away with 2 days not 4!

Hey hey!! Wow that's a great weight!

I crept up in to the 11s and had a couple of holiday and lots of bread, icecream and some wine!

Plan is simple, no alcohol, healthy balanced meals and limited snacks. I'm not following a diet or a rule book just trying to be better than I have been :)

The last time I weighed I was back in the 10s but only just so I fear weighing again incase it's crept up so may stay away for a little while

Lots of exercise is happening though x

@jelly79 i got to my goal of 10.3
and then have put on 3 over summer which I’m so pissed about!!! Coz it was hard work. And ideally I would like to be 10

ive decided from tmrw I’m going sugar free - my downfall! Any tips girls!!!!!! I’m having food frenzy’s atm and want to eat everything in sight!
