I've over indulged this weekend - no fruit or veg and feeling bloated and heavy. Will see out the bank holiday weekend and weigh early next week - getting back on track.

Need to work on getting to goal to focus on maintenance.

10.1 again. Had a really good day yesterday!! In work today so will get a long fast. Off then until next week so need to plan so I don’t go crazy again.

just having my coffee and downing the water

staying away from the scales till next Monday/tuesday. Only have 1 dinner in the next week and it’s far away so I’ll be driving so I’m hoping to get this 3 off and another 1 this week which should be doable

blah! No idea what to do for dinner I’m too tired to cook - may be eggs

9.13 today. no work but busy day with kids so hope I should be ok. Will run and get lots of steps!
1600 is still good @Smartmove I know not the best type of calories but sounds like you didn’t go crazy so that’s a win.
@hollyblueivy sounds a good plan. Soon back to routine.

right ive shaken it off
im doing one more week of this restriction and then im working on not eating shit and not pressuring myself to loose weight.
I just want to get to 10.3!!! I know this is the wrong way around but I’m not very good at being defeated by myself so I just need to do this and then really enter maintence and not calorie count and just eat sensibly!

@Smartmove I know what you mean as you are so close to that maintenance level that you just want to get there now. Hope the short term restriction gets you there so you can settle a bit.

@Serialcatmum Have you got back on the wagon yet or will you wait until you're back to work and in a routine? Hope it's not messing with your mind too much.

9.13. good day yesterday. Nearly cracked last night after kids were in bed. So glad I didn’t!
My plan is just to not have the crazy sugar feasts. I don’t mind when it’s social, but when I have one biscuit and then that turns into a total f it day, it needs to stop. I need to be able to enjoy a treat without it triggering me. Also want to stay comfortably in the 9’s! Both I have to work hard at!
Glad to hear you’re back on it @Smartmove you’ll be back in maintenance in the next few days!

@Bubbles44 im with u! I also want to do that! Just to have 2 biscuits and then stop! And one slice or cake and stop. Instead I go crazy. It’s because I restrict other days but I also don’t know how else to loose weight. Once I’m back at 10.3 this is my main thing to work at.i want to stay below 10.5 always.

gonna go for a low cal day today as just me and my older son who doesn’t drive me to sugar same way as toddler and we have a fun (non food) day poanned

Not even particularly hungry and having 2x peanut butter crumpets. Out today with picnic but mostly treat type foods so gain expected tomorrow. We're getting closer to next week which in my head is going to be a strict diet week to undo whatever happens this week and get me closer to 10:9 again. I think I'll want to indulge a bit in preparation of the restriction - get it out of my system over next few days.

Exercise hasn't really happened this week. Will try to do a bit over next few days but if not I'll be back to 3x next week. (Maybe more for first week back on it.)

Argh!! Was having a great day yesterday. Fasted until 4pm, lots of nice healthy food. 25K steps. Then grazed on rubbish food in the evening. After everything I said yesterday I did the opposite. No excuses, just silly! I started the school holidays at 9.11. See what I am Tuesday when they go back! Tempted to not weigh until then. Dreading the routine of the new term but I need it!

um honestly finding weighing weekly so much better as I’ve no idea what I weigh and I can’t relax and eat more. Or self sabotage and eat more
am tempted to keep going till next Thursday with these low cals and weigh on Friday which will have been 2 weeks since a weigh in and feel like I would be 10.3 if I’m consistent despite my 4 days off

@Bubbles44 I think you're spot on about the risks of daily weighing. I need to start trying to stretch my weighs out again. Need to settle the weight back down again first. Maybe mid September start trying to weekly weigh. What day do you think is a good weigh day?

10:11:2 today.

Ham salad sandwich and chocolate cake for lunch. That's all I've had today but likely to have a curry for dinner, with all the trimmings.

Would like to go alcohol free this weekend, or low alcohol at the very least. (1-2 drinks over whole weekend.)

Need to start getting into the mindset for a good week next week.

@hollyblueivy ive no idea I’ve been a daily weigher too. I think we’d is a good day coz u have settled from ur weekend and mid way through routine. I’m thinking weekly wed weigh in for me in maintence. I’m actually scared to reach that day - I can’t seem to stay steady it’s up and down and then up again……

Aim is to get into the 10:9:00 region by the end of next week. Hopefully by Friday. But will keep restricting Saturday and Sunday if not quite there.

Hello, hope everyone is having a nice weekend. Mines ok food wise. Friday was a good day. Yesterday was fine. At a friend’s in the evening so wasn’t that healthy but didn’t have loads. Should be a good day today and tomorrow and I’ll weigh for Tuesday.
