I've over indulged this weekend - no fruit or veg and feeling bloated and heavy. Will see out the bank holiday weekend and weigh early next week - getting back on track.

Need to work on getting to goal to focus on maintenance.

I’m hungover full of food and bloated and done zero movement!
back on tmrw will be very heavy!!!!!! Will also wait to weigh later in week and hoping to maintain in the 10.3-10.5 range moving fwd

Another disaster of a weekend. For no reason! So angry at myself. Feel rubbish. Don’t know what’s going on with me at the minute 😩😩 the way I’m going at the moment I’ll be heading back up to 10. Need to really plan the weekend better.

Ok here. Good fast should stick to plan. Just so annoyed with myself! Need to break the weekend fails. I’ll weigh Wednesday. Think I’ll have definitely gained!

Hi All, sounds like some tricky weekends!!! How is everyone feeling this evening?

I had a very very busy weekend. Stuck to plan though and had 1600 cals a day. Back to 800 today and trying to persuade myself to get my butt in the gym!

Been a shitty day at work and I’m tired but know I’ll benefit from exercising…

Well done @Bubbles44 and @Serialcatmum i wouldn’t worry re bubbles I think with bad weekends and good week u will maintain 9.11 least that’s my hope for u!

I think I’ll weigh tmrw as I had a pants day. Carb craving and boxes of chocs and some left over alcohol ooops. Feeling bloated and annoyed I’ve worked so hard and spent 3 days with my nose in sugar and drink! Hoping scale will scare me tmrw. left at 10.3.5 and I figure I’m 10.8 tbh! But hoping most is water weight. I literally have eaten the most I ever have since Xmas this weekend!!! If by Sunday (when I have a bottomless brunch for my bday!!! ) I can be 10.5 and then the week after get back to 10.3 that would be acceptable to me!

Well done @Serialcatmum sounds like you are on a good roll. Good going for a weekend! Hope you made the gym. Hard to go but always feel so much better.

@Smartmove I think a scare is a good thing. I reckon if I’d have had a scare after holiday I’d be back on it now. Not putting too much on made me think I wouldn’t gain as quick and that I could get away with more. I just hate the cycle of feeling rubbish on a Monday because of the guilt and how rubbish all the sugar makes me feel. Hope it goes ok tomorrow and you get to your weight for birthday celebrations!

@hollyblueivy hope your weekend went well and maintenance cals are working well.

I weighed couldn’t help myself. 10. Not seen that in a while! Need to be on it this week. Will definitely be really happy if I get to 9.11 by Saturday! Probably daily weigh in. Am going to be really conscious of cals this week but definitely can’t go into panic mode! Run done!fast until 6.

@Bubbles44 take comfort that you are human and no one can be on it all the time. Not a single person has joined the thread got to goal quickly and left and never returned 😂

also absolute fright this am! 10.8!!!!!!!! That’s a 4.5 gain in 3 days. Am on it. Want a pound of a day until my brunch. I think the first 2/3 will be off quickly and last one may stick around a bit sadly

You’ll get it off this week. 4 good days and you’ll feel lots better. I’m telling myself that too. Will you weigh daily now? Really glad I weighed today. Definitely out of maintenance mindset and concentrate on losing. Think I needed to see that today to me back into it!

Today been ok. The hunger hormones have been a mess and I’ve been starving and wanting carbs. I did have a slice of sourdough and a few bites of a choc crossiant! But otherwise have stuck to plan. I may see if I can force myself into the gym as I was on a roll with that and now it’s been a week no excercise. Hopefully a drop tmrw with less carbs! And tmrw I’ll be properly back on it

Hi all, no massive updates for me. Did a really crappy lazy workout last night and that motivated me to get up at 5 for a proper gym session this morning!

Off to the theatre tomorrow (my usual PT day) so still deciding if I want to get up early to make up for it.. bit know it’ll be a late night so not decided yet!

Feeling hot/ tired and fed up today. Considering having a week off the 800 cal days and y having a week of 1600 cals (the suggested cals for 2 pound a week loss for me but I don’t ever lose if I eat that many) To mix things up a bit.
Im not doing a long fast this week as I have one planned for next Thursday.

@Smartmove its awful she you’re just hungry. Must be a hormones thing surely?! @Bubbles44 maybe it was the shock you needed. But it can’t be real weight can it!!! It’ll be off in no time xx

Well done all for getting the workouts in, I think they really help to feel good, toned and be more mindful about what we eat. I had a week off gym and I am so pleased to be back yesterday for my mind and body.

I used to see exercise as a chore but think there has been a shift to an enjoyable lifestyle habit. How do you all view exercise?

10:12:1 today. I'm ok with that. I can't remember what I said my maintenance bracket would be but I think 10:9-10:12 should be ok.

Plan today
Water / 2-4 teas/coffees
Workout PM
Eggs and mackerel lunch
Chicken and salad dinner
Try to avoid the daily ice cream that has been creeping in since the sun has made an appearance

Well the exercise didn’t happen… but I need to remind myself to not be obsessive about this kinda thing!

My plan today is to drink lots and lots during the day. Had to have a tablet earlier (prescribed anti histamine) and had to break my fast with a small yoghurt so I didn’t get an upset stomach. Will be eating late tonight so will be 26 hours fast. Part of plan is also to enjoy the theatre with a friend!

Not planning on weighting myself till the 1st as not don’t want to obsess whilst I’m at the gig this weekend.

People keep saying heats out them

Average day. Did my work out but ate some choc and some of the kids pasta too. Hopefully will be a drop still tmrw as food was home made less salt etc.
really need to get back to eating maintence cals at least think I’m over today!

Feel so much better today after a better week. Last week was so hard which is maybe why I was so bad at the weekend. Weekend is looking ok. It’s in my hands not to mess up. No social plans that involve food, been here before though!

I wish I was a morning run person! Have you always been like that @Bubbles44 ? I set a little intention to run in the mornings this week and haven't done it once!

@Smartmove check in as much as you need to to stay on track! What do you have planned to eat today, are you going low calorie?

10:11:9 today feel like that's about where I deserve to be.

Aim is to have soup for lunch now it's cooled down a bit, chicken for dinner not sure what with maybe just veg and get to the gym.

In terms of the weekend I only have a social on Saturday which will be off plan but Friday and Sunday should be like a normal day.
