Right so I got down to 13 stone 3 last year, and now am 14 stone 5. So annoyed with myself.

I am away on a holiday 24th April and want to lose a stone in 4 weeks through Fast800. I know I can do it but need that kick up the bum to start.

So am going to weigh in and post everyday for 4 weeks.

CW: 14 stone 5
GW: 13stone 5

Today I will have -
Black coffee x 2
1 cup of Bovril - 22 calories
1 Babybel - 50 calories
1:30pm - 2 eggs 2 slices bacon = 240 calories
Prawn curry, cauliflower rice, green bean, broccoli and cauli = 500 calories

And we're off!

Meal plan today -

2 black coffees
Chicken and small stir fry - 200
100g Fage 100
Flaxseed 60
30g pecans 218
100g ham 112
2 Babybels 120

2/3 litres of very weak juice
Total - 800

Aiming for 8000 steps too

I know it is hard but dont berate yourself. It is a tough time of year with so many goodies - just keep moving forward and know that a couple of HC buns won't defeat your goal 👊

Well I'm starting as I mean to go on 👊

Got back from hols and would normally go for a takeaway but instead I've made a reasonably healthy (5% fat) bolognese and I'm having mine with courgetti and carroti. (No idea what the actual term is for carrot spirals 🤷‍♀️).

Will be eating my last piece of garlic bread for a while so I will savour it and enjoy it instead of snaffling it down as per usual.

Not looking forward to tomorrow am weigh in but the time is right to do this!

I also fell in a hot cross bun shaped hole. I had been on a run and it looked at me lovingly as I came in. Usually I would think that’s it, I messed up already so will stuff my face but I’ve put it in the fuck it bucket and moved on.

I have done just over 9500 steps (including the run), drank almost 2 litres of water and have eaten 1046 calories (only 29 g of protein) so going forward I need more protein, more steps and less calories.

I’ve packed a selection of herbal teas in my luggage for my trip. Tempted to take my running stuff but a bit nervous to run somewhere that I don’t know so maybe not. I could do some workouts in my room.

Water weight and a drop in the ocean at that, but I will take it!

no loss today, not surprised as it was 2lb loss yesterday and I think my body went into shock 😂

Aiming for 8000k steps today, not sure of food yet, I've got some creamy chicken to finish so that will be for tea 😋not feeling any hunger pains this morning for the first time. Hoping that means ketosis may have started but my body usually resists it as much as possible and jumps out of it at the first chance!!

Completely forgot to weigh in and have had a cup of tea and on a dog walk 😆

Oh well starting weight will be tomorrow but I am actually starting properly today

OH has just had a latte and sausage roll from Greggs which I thought would be torturous but I dont actually want any when I consider the calorie intake.

Am aiming for 15k steps daily, with a minimum of 12k (if I'm under I will make it up on the treadmill)

Also need to dust my exercise bike off and find a long running series to get into.

@MrJollyLivesNextDoor 15000 steps a day! Wow, well done. Think I would be laying in a darkened room after even 1 day doing that 😁

Today's food has been hard to calculate - I had to finish off the creamy chicken (not a chore!) so I am saying that was 600cals as quite a large portion.
Half a cauliflower 25 cals
100g fage 100cals
100g frozen fruits 44 cals
Flaxseed 80 cals

1 cup of Bovril 22 cals
2 x black coffees
2 litres of juice

Total - approx 875 calories and should end up on 8000 steps

My day started well in the gym but have only managed 7000 steps as driving all day. Once at the destination I’ve also not been able to eat that well as they don’t cater for my needs. You are not allowed to be gluten free if you are vegetarian apparently! So peas and potatoes were my only options. Tomorrow I’m going shopping if I get time.

At least peas are high in protein @HurryupHenry !! Sounds like you have done the best you can, this is a tough WOE I imagine when you are reliant on others. Hope tomorrow goes better for you 😊

With this kind of diet you will definitely get it back again all the weights. Half a stone in 4weeks more beneficial because it will last.

Before anyone bashing me just want to let you know and i lost 11 stone in 18 months so i know what i’m talking about.

For health reasons -cholesterol and blood sugar not great according to recent checks - plus I feel uncomfortable.

No idea about steps - I will put my phone in my pocket for one day when I go back to work next week. I too have a dusty exercise bike!

Im at 907 today which I guess is better than the thousands I must have been previously consuming.

Not so many steps today, had only done around 5000 by the time I finished work so I went on the treadmill until 12000 odd but ugh that was a long old slog
