Hello everyone it's good to see you all back.

I was 10:12:1 today and my goal is 10:3:00 so I want to lose 9 pound from where I am today.

Unwell at the moment so no appetite- this could help give me the kick start I need.

Absolutely no socials scheduled yet and don't intend to book anything in for the next few weeks.

Once I'm better I will be back at the gym and that's all I want to do at the moment!

Can I join? I'm 10.3 and want to get to 9.8 (I'm only 5ft.)

My aim is low(ish ) carb (50g or under), 10k steps a day and a 12-16 hr fast (but not the week before my period.) my downfall is wine : that's the thing that sabotages it for me

I darent weigh as I did mid Xmas and it made me feel rubbish and I just went off the rails! So I'm staying away from the scales until I'm back on track!

I think I'm about 10s8 and I want to see the 9's again!

Training for a half marathon and eating healthy! But I know how bloody slow this is.

im already hungry! I’ve decided once I get back into the 10s (hoping that’s on wednesday) im not weighing for a fortnight as I keep self sabotaging once I drop to 10.8ish

Which half marathon are you doing @jelly79 ? How many miles are you up to - your training will torch those calories!

I've done a couple before but not for a few years so I started my training yesterday with an 8k run! I have until mid may to train which really suits me as it will mean I have to run 3 times a week!

I hate wasting food so feel the need to eat whatever we have in (I am currently resisting the ridiculous amount of chocolates and sweets!) I need to break the daily grazing cycle!

Just made a batch of butternut squash soup for lunch! Tea will be steak or salmon to boost some protein! Large portions will be necessary though 🤪

Survived on 1000 cals and fasting begins. 7000 steps only done though. Will restart pelaton HIT on weekend.

I hid all the sweet treats in a box and told my husband to keep them away from me haha!

@jelly79 plenty of time if you're already at 8k. I wanted to do a London half marathon this year but didn't get into the one I applied for. May have to take another look.

I've had soup for lunch and lasagne with veg will be dinner.

A few coffees.

No exercise still feeling awful. Will be back at the gym as soon as I am better.

You're very welcome here and your aims and intentions and set backs we can all relate to!

We tend to check in to note what we plan to eat or have eaten and either daily or weekly confirm our weight, if we've lost and what we would like to do the following week.

I was 10:10:1 this morning and tend to be more of a slave to the scales. Unfortunately I can't help it.

Aim is 10:3 and Friday tends to be my formal weigh day so will see where I am on Friday and set a goal for the following week.

Hope everyone else is settling back in well.

Not back in the 10s yet so daily weighing continues. A bit surprised tbh but clearly eaten a lot! Hopefully tmrw by 10.13

Today I was 10.11.8 so I’ll take that as my starting weight. I want to be be 10.10 for Monday (return to the office!). Ideally 10.8 for my birthday weekend which is in 2.5 weeks time.

yesterday morning was a hit

HIIT ✔️
Fasted till 12 ish
Butternut squash soup (this awoke the beast!)
Steak and egg with rocket
Greek yoghurt and a sprinkle of seeds

Then I went the cinema!!

Had nachos and cheese sauce (stealing from DS)
Dairy milk
Forerro rocher

Came home about 5 and was determined to fast but got frustrated with Lego and blamed it on being hungry so had 3 pieces of marmite toast! FFS.

Will either have steak and veg or veg loaded Bolognese without pasta for tea!

I had two fatty coffees, keto mug bread - half with lunch and half with dinner. Lunch was a hefty slice of Comte with tomatoes and a bit of butter on the keto bread. Dinner was the bread with tiny bit of olive oil, some ham and an egg. I also had blueberries with Greek yoghurt and some dark chocolate drops. Too many calories at 1579 but only 38g carbs

I have fat fasted till 2pm today and then had pasta Bolognese and yoghurt, granola and blueberries

I feel stuffed and likely I will dodge the Chocs.

Missed my class today as I slept in! Went for 3k run and planning a longer run in the morning

If I'm fat fasting I either do butter (better than you'd think!) OR I use an MCT powder that creams up nicely. In both cases you have to use one of those mini whizzers so it emulsifies well.

If I'm not fasting / being strict with fat I'll do 50ml whole milk with collagen powder.
