Been starving today. Ended on 1300 but very high carbs (prob why starving).

last day tmrw before the eating and drinking begins. So I really need to focus and not keep eating chocolate!
tmrw plan
eggs
puriton bar
salmon and veg
900 cals and very low carbs. Hoping that pushes me more firmly into 10.7s…will weigh tmrw and will need to be low 10.8 to achievere that

Good check ins

I weighed this morning at 10:8:4 which I'm pretty pleased with. Have a feeling that may be the lowest now until new year which is fine.

I had my soup for lunch yesterday and then just a plate of veg (cabbage, Brussels and cauliflower) with parsley sauce for dinner.

I have been working my way through a dairy milk bar this week though.

Festive lunch on the agenda today and whole chicken for dinner which I'm not sure what I'll do with it yet.

Last day at work today too! Phew, I cannot wait for some time off!

I’m 10.8.2 today so hopefully 10.7.5 tmrw on my low cal low carb day! Fingers tightly crossed

Well after my festive afternoon tea and half bottle of Prosecco and then some cheese I’m up at 10.9 today. I’m going to stay on plan today and not drink despite seeing family and having a dinner planned
no brekkie
poached eggs and mushrooms lunch
dim sum at the Chinese tonight. No noodles etc
no alcohol. No sweet treats.

tmrw and Xmas day will be off plan!

been the most indulgent few days and my jeans are def tight
damage will be reported in morning too!!
im then indulging on 30/31 and then back on plan till I get to goal which has to happen soon!!!

Morning hope you've had a good Christmas. It has been very much enjoyed this end. Mountain of Christmas dinner with leftovers made into a pie the next day. Loads of bread, cheese, crackers, salmon, a whole array of chocolates and nibble bits. Not as much alcohol as I thought but still had a drink most days I've the last week!

The fridge is still full and I'm not back at work until next week so I'm not properly back on plan until Monday.

I have been out for walks though which has been nice and I'm thinking about going to the gym today so I think the next few days will be a hybrid between Christmas indulgence and prep for being back on it next week.

I'll weigh shortly and report back.

That's not too bad I don't think. A mix of the walks we've been on, not drinking much alcohol as I thought I would and trying to be mindful when eating and full.

But I have indulged and enjoyed my food.

Back on it Monday but will ease myself in over next few days.

If I set 10:10:00 as my 2024 starting weight I would say I'd like to lose 7lb and get to 10:3:00.

my goal is also 10.3.

totally easing in today. ESP as still have my cold. Just going to be a bit mindful and careful with the carbs. Then from 1st Jan will go into full force being good!

I haven't felt the best the last couple of days so it has kind of enticed no alcohol and little appetite.

Annoyed with it though as was hoping for a little blow out before getting back on. Never mind.

I'll weight tomorrow and see where I am at - don't feel any lighter, in fact the opposite.

I haven't had much movement either so that could be why I'm feeling a bit rubbish. Sorry I'm not more upbeat for the new year - I'll get there as soon as I feel better!

Going to pick up on some vitamin supplements and berocca tomorrow

Helloooooooo I have thought about you all a lot in the last 10 days but coming on here would make me accountable for my Xmas habits!

I'm back and ready to go!

I didn't fast
I ate chocolate a lot
I ate bread a lot
I didn't drink alcohol
I munched late at night watching TV

AND I LOVED IT

But I'm ready to cleanse now and get back to it (just typing this is making me feel better)

I've done 3 x HIITS and an 8k run this week though so there has been a bit of movement!

Plan

Back to 16:8 fasting this week with a view to up it next week
Lots of protein
Put down the processed foods
Lots of water

How are you all? X

i did too! A bit too much! I am feeling guilty now though as my scales are through the roof. Hoping it will come off quickly!

I ate and drank and am now 13.4, so 7 pounds up! Hoping most of it is bloating.
Going to try and ease back into it today as I think I’ve stretched my stomach so feeling more hungry than normal 😂
