@hollyblueivy keep going. Im sure it will drop soon. It’s going in the right direction so im sure you’ll get a bigger drop soon.
@jelly79 amazing. Great when you get an unexpected low weight. Really spurs me on. 18K run is amazing. Do you find running makes you hungry?

I had a hungry day today. I don’t know if was psychological coz I had an unexpected woosh and want to self sabotage?? Or just coincidence I was hungry?!

anyways I’ve ended a bit later at 6pm today on 1400 which is fine but the carbs are triple to last 3/4 days. Hopefully I’m STS tmrw.
i ate a whole punnet of strawberries and a yoghurt and a small bowl of low cal icecream all 3 were not in plan. Everything. Else was in plan though and it really could have been a lot worse and fasting now begins!

oh also zero steps as long day at work and sat allll day long.

tmrw I must not go into holiday mode and stay focussed

@jelly79 That's a great result well done and good to hear you're switched on.

I've had a bit of a fail today. Popcorn and chocolate for snacks. Mackerel on toast for lunch with cheese. Dinner was chicken curry with rice naan and poppadom. Less than 5k steps.

Feeling bloated.

New day tomorrow.

Thinking about weighing every day from now until Monday and then trying to not weigh for a week. Would be super hard for me as I haven't not weighed in so long and curiosity gets the better of me. But was listening to one of the ESG podcasts and she gets her clients to not weigh for 30 days. That's too long for me so hope to try for a week.

@hollyblueivy mackerel and chicken are great proteins!

I'm the opposite with scales and can go weeks without weighing. Because the numbers play with my mind too much!

No exercise apart from a walk.
Sunshine gave me motivation as summer will be here soon and another 7-10 lbs would be great

Fasted until 1pm
Baratta, cabbage, pepper, herbs, seed, tomato
Ham barm
Greek yoghurt, protein, granola

9.12! It was flicking between 9.11 and 9.12 so that was a bit of a win! Good day yesterday. Not even thought about treats. Really need to keep the momentum going so I can be a little lighter next weekend.Feeling ok about weekend. I’m just maybe going to have one sweet treat on Saturday. I just worry that will flip the switch. The anticipation of weigh in on Monday will save me I hope!

Hope you guys get a good pre weekend weigh in. Let’s try and be as sensible as we can! Definitely easier said than done. We can do it!

whooopy! Did a little dance this am. Technically 2 from goal but I hardly look slim so will reasses when there maybe once I add in excercise I’ll feel better?

I did lots of comments yest re weight loss at work and I put on my skinny trousers and felt smug . I’m clearly not slim but this is slim for me and I feel quite good atm :)

holiday today . Will not eat crap in travel. Salad and nuts in car on way ! It is a mini celebration trip so there will be champagne and nice food but I’m hoping the damage will be minimal

@Smartmove Do you think you may see yourself differently to how others see you? If I lost half a stone I'd be about the same as you and think I would feel slim. Have an awesome weekend celebrating 🎉

10:12:6 for me today, which is a maintain on yesterday. I just looked and I was 10:13:00 last Friday so last weekend has definitely hindered my progress.

Not feeling defeated though, I am going to plough on. Whilst I'd like to fast today I'm a bit scared of getting hungry and bingeing so instead I will eat (12-7) but keep it really light, low cals and low carbs and high protein.

I think I'm going to have to say no alcohol today or tomorrow and see how light I can get by Sunday morning.

Planning a decent workout today as may struggle to fit it in over weekend.

I was last this low 14 years ago…

I’ve spent all my 30s at 11 stone - sometimes a bit more and 10.10 was my lowest a few years ago. Then I had my daughter and I put on 1.5 stone which is what I spent last year loosing and now pushing down

40s are coming and it’s going to be different!

@hollyblueivy i don’t know really? I def feel better but I have a tummy and my legs r quite chunky. I’m also a DD boobs which isn’t shifting - so I’m curvy even though I’m about to approach bmi 23. I think once my PT and excercise kicks off next week I will start feeling more toned and less rolly?! I’m def fitting into my clothes etc…

Well done @hollyblueivy down on last week so that’s great progress! Sounds like you’re in a great mindset too which is the biggest challenge.
Wow that’s great @Smartmove you must feel wonderful going into the weekend, great getting to a new low. I feel like I’ve found the magic formula with fasting etc. never dreamed I’d ever get in the 9’s. Wish I’d known what I know now in my 20’s!

I got down to 9’7 last year! Which is the first time in adulthood I think! Bounced around late10’s and 11’s before that! I turned 40 last year and it made me want to get stronger and healthier!

Sounds good ! I was ok yest but I did get hungry travelling and added an apple come cheese and a naked bar to my food
cane in at 1600 which is roughly my maintence calories so hopefully little damage done
hotel breakfast - need to stay strong! Wine tonight - need to stay strong! I will be having some but going to keep to my rules

so no sugar at brekkie is the first one. Wish me luck :)

Morning, really hope you get a loss today @hollyblueivy sounds like a good day yesterday.
All ok here, had some ice cream yesterday but everything else was fine. Was very strong when everyone was eating chocolate,I knew one bite would want me having it all. Have skipped breakfast this morning, will eat about 1ish. Can imagine I’ll go over a bit today as eating out but I won’t go crazy and try not have chocolate. We can have fun and be sensible!
Sounds like a good day @Smartmove for it being a holiday and a Friday. Well done hope it goes well today!

Meal out today so quite a lot of calories.

Yest started well

egg white omelette and a yoghurt at brekkie.

but then lunch was a glass of wine and a slice of pizza

and dinner was a 3 course with Prosecco

swam but not enough to counteract dinner

Today will try drink less!

@Smartmove I don't think that sounds too bad for first day of being away. I'd be pleased with that!

10:11:9 for me today. Can't believe how hard it has been to lose pretty much 2lb! I feel like I've been relatively consistent this week and done well to keep it going to this point.

Today is an anything goes day though for food and drinks. It's all about balance right?!

Tomorrow likely to be a 50/50 day and then Tuesday I will be back on it again.

Hope everyone is having a good weekend! I had a bad day yesterday! I Knew it would be as no healthy options but I had fun and don’t feel deprived. I’ve been for a run this morning and home now, feeling back on it. Fasted until 4 today. Just having last cup of tea then I’ll close. Not sure I’ll weigh tomorrow or not. See how I feel.

Hi everyone

well yest went well at brekkie. Well at lunch (had grilled chicken and plain salad) but then half a bottle of wine and 3 course meal consumed agaun

and this am I went a bit all out at brekkie. Will skip lunch and just have a healthy meal. I’m back tonight so back on it tmrw.

will weigh myself in Wednesday so have one day to settle back into it all. I left at 10.5 suspect I’ll be 10.9 at least sadly if not more…..

I did swim for 45 mins and walk ten thousand steps yest but that prob just cancelled out the wine I drank!
