I've put a pound on, 10.12! I have eaten at maintenance for 2 days but didn't think i would put on.

I have been running and walking and biking so not happy 🙄

Can't let it get me down though going to have a 500 calorie day today and Thursday and OMAD tomorrow. Hopefully will be reporting a small loss Friday.

Today will black coffee, lots of water and a 500 calorie super smoothie 😋

Good running @jelly79! I got a 10k in Sunday and am going again tonight.

Sorry @Snappyfaceohwell. these things happen some weeks despite our best efforts. Just keep going and you will have a drop soon. Your also not far from goal so its going to be tricky - most of us on this thread are in the same position!

im got an awful cold and want to sit in bed with biscuits! But instead having a black coffee and trying to not think about food

Sorry it’s been a hard one @Smartmove . We all have days like that. Frustrating when you start the day with good intentions. I’m sure it will click back into place in the next couple of days!

I found todays fast hard. But managed to get through it. I think being out of the house all day is what gets me through it. And lots of black coffee!

Feeding a cold! It happens don't be hard on yourself, I've been the same! 2 toasted cinnamon bagels with butter for breakfast set the tone!
Then I had 4 slices of cheese on toast for tea. Then crisp and chocolate for supper

Tomorrow is a new day - let's boss it together x

@Smartmove it doesn't help that you're feeling unwell. Go easy on yourself, you've been doing really well and you'll bounce back soon enough. What's the rest of your week looking like?

Im 10:13:7 again today. Thought I may have seen a drop. Did my workout, had omelette at lunch and mash and beans with the sea bass. Not a bad day.

I'm hungry this morning though so just having a protein quark style yogurt thing, it's 90 calories and 18g protein- banoffee flavour and quite tasty.

Sandwich for lunch and chicken pasta for dinner - need to try and keep the pasta portion light otherwise it will be a gain tomorrow. Workout planned again today.

It’s a new day, hope it’s a better day for everyone 🤞🤞strange how some days are so easy and others so hard!

9.12 again today. Was hoping for a drop after 24 hour fast and a really active day. I need to not blow it as I get annoyed when it doesn’t go the way I want. Hopefully tomorrow will be lower! Just need to stay focused! This group is definitely helping! Didn’t get up in time for my run, not the best start. Will do lots of steps though and won’t eat until 4.30.

I weighed and am 2lb down to 10.10!

Went up to 800 calories yesterday and found that a bit easier. Will do the same tomorrow.

Doing a 16 hour fast today as I need to eat and digest before running club:

Protein shake, banana, kefir, berries and nuts for breakfast.

Fish gumbo with homemade yoghurt flatbreads and dark chocolate for an early dinner/late lunch.

2 cups of tea with 50ml milk. Around 1600 calories.

Also black coffee, rooibos tea and plenty of water.

Running followed by strength training after work.

24 hour fast then in til tomorrow.

@Smartmove you will find your mojo once you feel a bit better! Horrible when you have a cold and are hungry. Sending a cwtch (Welsh for hug in case you didn't know.)

I got home at bit earlier today, so a slightly shorter fast. Feel like I’ve eaten a bit more than I should have. I keep eating too many nuts, need to get better at portion control! Managed to steer clear of sugar. Was so tempted by biscuits earlier!
One more cup of tea and I’ll close for a 24 hour fast! Hope I can have a good weigh in on Friday.

I found it again! Been 5 days off plan and I feel gross and didn’t weigh today. But managed to stick to 1150 calories and will get a 17 hour fast in. Need to not nibble tonight but feeling strong 💪🏻

left over chicken arribiata and broccoli
a lattee to stop be binging when I got hungry !

@hollyblueivy well done for the excercise you doing fab there. The scales will move keep going!

I’ll weigh tmrw. Reckon will take me a good few days to get back to 10.7!

@Smartmove Sounds like you've had a better day today, stick with it.

Had planned meals and a workout. However, going to eat some cake for pudding which wasn't in the plan. I can only manage maximum two good days in a row at the moment before doing something silly. I won't have a big portion but coupled with the pasta I am prepared to see a gain tomorrow.

@hollyblueivy I’m so like this too. A couple of good days then a few bad. It like a cycle I can’t get out the of. All or nothing mentality 🤦‍♀️.

I’m 9.11 today! Will eat at 5ish! Lots of black coffee and water to get me through.

@jelly79 just been through that. Ate and ate and ate. Like I had ants in my tummy. It finally stopped after 5 days. For me the afternooon tea carb binge set me off.
last 2 days I’ve felt full but have totally stayed away from sugar and carbs.

lots of protein lots of fat. Minimal carbs no sugar. Hoping I can stick to it till my holiday in 2 weeks!

im sadly 10.11 which given my behaviour since last Sat is deserved. I had fun sat and Sunday but there was no need to snowball into the week. Aim to get back to 10.7 soonish but no idea when!

I try to go high protein where I can and lots of water helps. I'm the wrong person to be dishing out advice at the moment though as I've now had three slices of that cake. No more as I'm going into the weekend at 10:13:4 so it's highly likely I'll be in the 11's by Monday.

I need to stay as close to the track as I can this weekend. No wine or beer. Maybe spirit and mixer.

Will try to get a workout in today.

You’ll get back into it @jelly79 Only thing that works for me is a small window of eating time. Less damage can be done. In my eating window I just enjoy eating.

9.12 this morning, which means I haven’t lost since Tuesday. Disappointed and hungry. Not the best combination. But going to try hard to fast until 1pm!

I’m going to be on plan this weekend. Have friends for lunch tmrw but not drinking and got some healthy low cal puddings for me and making a chicken tagine so can stick to the lower carbs .

today I’ve just had a huge egg white omelette at my local cafe and feelin full . Carbs def make me hungry!

@hollyblueivy well done for still checking in and working out - I need to do this

I had a good yesterday. Some temptations but resisted and lots of exercise. Went for a meal last night. It was quite healthy food. Only had a main and just drank water. Gained 2 pounds though. 10 this morning!!!! Can’t believe that!
I’m glad I weighed though as hopefully it will keep me on track over the weekend. Big run today and tomorrow. Going to try and keep busy and get out of the house!

@Bubbles44 I think that's why I tend not to have breakfast, as I don't do strict fasts but at least skipping that meal reduces the number of hours that I'm eating.

I'm 11:0:1 this morning. Had soup and bread for lunch and a big steak dinner with pudding. I got a decent workout in though. Oh and had a couple of drinks. No wonder the scale is up.

I have a social today but no plans tomorrow so think I'll just do whatever today but try to draw the line first thing in the morning to get going on a good week. Sunday-Thursday will be my immediate focus after today.

I think my holiday is spurring me on (it’s just a 3 day mini break) but I had wanted to be at goal for then at start of year which is 10.3

but I think I may make 10.5 but prob not less ?

I think I’ll get back to 10.7 mid next week (as this is all water from my carb overloaded eating) if I continue to be good and then hoping over the weekend next weeken I see 10.6 and then get to 10.5 in the week as I fly on a Friday the 3rd. Going to take some very serious commitment.

Yes hoping it will be off asap. Hoping for 9.12 Monday and 9.10 Friday! I’ll have to be really strict.
Have done over 20K Steps today. Have just broken with berries, nuts, seeds and kefir. Will have some dark chocolate now and then nothing until dinner 🤞🤞. Need to resist the chocolate temptation that dh has just bought into the house!
