I weighed and am 2lb down to 10.10!
Went up to 800 calories yesterday and found that a bit easier. Will do the same tomorrow.
Doing a 16 hour fast today as I need to eat and digest before running club:
Protein shake, banana, kefir, berries and nuts for breakfast.
Fish gumbo with homemade yoghurt flatbreads and dark chocolate for an early dinner/late lunch.
2 cups of tea with 50ml milk. Around 1600 calories.
Also black coffee, rooibos tea and plenty of water.
Running followed by strength training after work.
24 hour fast then in til tomorrow.
@Smartmove you will find your mojo once you feel a bit better! Horrible when you have a cold and are hungry. Sending a cwtch (Welsh for hug in case you didn't know.)
