@Snappyfaceohwell yes to your long fast! I haven't done any in a while but I am hoping to feel motivated to do it soon!

Today - no exercise because I was working with DS6 at home! But quick cleaning bursts when I felt snacky this week

Broke fast at 12
Chicken sausages with beans (I never have beans)
Hoisin chicken and edamame beans
Greek yoghurt, kefir, chocolate protein and blueberries
Tangerine

No snacking or desire to snack today

4 days no chocolate and DS is currently eating Easter egg next to me!

I am also a chocolate fiend when I start @Bubbles44

@Snappyfaceohwell amazing you managed no food yesterday. Don’t know if I could do a whole day without food 😬

9.13 this morning. I’ve got a tricky weekend ahead. I’m away all weekend so can’t weigh now until Tuesday. I’m hoping it will motivate me not to go crazy knowing I’ll have to report my weight on here. My plan is for long fast today and Monday as travelling. Try as hard as possible to be sensible on Saturday and Sunday. All depends on the cake situation. Will check in on here. Hope you all get good weigh ins this morning. Hope the weekend isn’t too tricky for you all!

I didn't lose any weight after my fast, I am 10:11 still. Disappointed but am telling myself it will come.

Today I am breaking my fast with coffee and cream, then an avocado and cottage cheese to wake up my digestion carefully. Probably a nice veggies omelette for lunch and I am sure some peanut and banana and toast will happen sometime! Out for dinner tonight with friends and I will have a dessert. Love a feast day ❤️

Well done @jelly79 for resisting the Easter eggs!

10.7.5 today . Hopefully back to 10.7 tmrw which was my Monday weigh in. Will let 10.6 goal roll to next week.
@Snappyfaceohwell it will def come. Your eating great food and fasting plus lost so much already. Hopefully have a pleasant surprise soon!
going to have yoghurt and nuts this am.

Fruit / veg for Friday movie night snacks

Determined to not lose control this weekend

I’m sadly going to loose a lot of control! I have a 40th bday party and an afternoon tea this weekend !!! I’m just going to enjoy it and eat sensibly before and after the events. 😖

I'm 10:12:8 today so still on the heavy side. Feel like I've been quite good this week even though the scales haven't dropped.

However the weekend is now upon us, takeaway is on order and I NEED a wine to see the end of this week.

I have things out on both Saturday and Sunday this week so life is getting in the way but I do intend to do a workout tomorrow and possibly Sunday morning too.

It's been great catching up with all the chat on here and hope you're all having a Good Friday

I’m logging off for the weekend. Going to be full of scones wine and calories

I ate more than planned yesterday, also had a protein shake and 4 digestives. That's fine I guess. But in my way home after my 3 courser I went to the shop to get coffee for three morning and got 2 chocolate bars.

I think I was panicking that my feast day was ending. Something I have to work on as there is no point fasting just to undo it all in 1 day.

Anyway hope you all have lovely weekends and enjoy the scones!

I am doing an 18 hour fast then will have my OMAD.

Had a surprisingly good day yesterday. Didn’t give into any treats. Long fast, yogurt, nuts, seeds and dark chocolate
and lots of water!
Today will be a test. Probably some indulgence but will try and stick to a 5 hour eating window!

Fallen at the weekend hurdle here...!

Friday fasted till 2 but I was starving and the ate like someone was taking it off me. Had a huge chicken salad / crackers / cheese / pizza and a little piece of home made rocky road my nephew made me so that broke my chocolate fast :(

Saturday started well as I wanted sausage on toast but I opted for egg and avo. Then went to a family party and grazed on sandwiches, cake and chocolate

So back to it today! I am going to have a banana and then head for a 15k run (much needed and I'm nervous!) then home for a roast and pudding (no point denying myself that!)

Sounds like we're doing the best we can given it's the weekend, it's not easy that's for sure.

Aside from several drinks yesterday my food wasn't as bad as it could have been. I think I had enough to drink yesterday and will try to abstain today.

I had my workout yesterday. My steps for this month are currently averaging around 9.5k which is good compared to the usual 8k ish.

Won't make it to the gym today. Will see how energy levels are later today and may go for a walk, otherwise it's pretty much a rest day today.

@Smartmove Your weekend sounds fun.

I put on 3.3lb from yesterday alone! Weighed at 11:0:8 this morning. I know it's all me but I'm disappointed to see 11 on the scale again. I'm in a vicious cycle at the moment and getting so fed up of it!

The plan is to maintain focus on Monday to Friday this week and not even think beyond that yet. I need to take this is small chunks.

General plan for the week
Breakfast and lunch only
No snacks but fruit or veg if needed
Coffee with sugar in first drink only then none after that
Loads and loads of water
Exercise at least three times

How is everyone else after the weekend and what are your plans to stay or get back on track?

I was too scared to weight! But it won’t have been good will jump on tmrw.

lots of water is key for me. Every time I’m hungry I have a glass try push another but longer.

me today Puriton shake
sausages and veg
halloumi bake
no excercise today
having the AF from hell too! But least it coincided with the carb fest!

Sounds like good weekends were had! Hopefully we can get straight back into it and have a good week!

My weekend went ok, considering we were away. A few sweet treats but meals were ok and fasts were good. Back into routine tomorrow so that will help calm everything down. Just need to have a good day today so the scales aren’t too scary tomorrow. I was 9.11 when the Easter holidays started so it will be interesting to see what tomorrow brings! Would love to get below 9.10 in the next couple of weeks.

16k run yesterday but then had pancakes, roast dinner and pudding. Enjoyed it all though and it felt earned.

Back on it today but I'm off today and eating out tonight! Planning on steak and not a big carbs meal!

So hungry right now though so I need to grab something on the go x

Am absolutely starving after my carb binge!!! Closing soon at 1200 but prefer to be closer to 1000. I need to make sure I don’t keep snacking
will fast till 930 tmrw am and plan tmrws meal later on when kids asleep!
will also weigh tmrw and get a fright no doubt!

I failed last night. Most of fridge was consumed in hunger. Need to drink more water in evenings .

I go today. And I actually go!!!!
weighed in 10.11 so put on 4ish from my lowest last week :(

Today is a new day @Smartmove . If you have a couple of good days you’ll be down again. The battle is so hard isn’t it!

9.12. Quite happy I’m down after a weekend away. Felt bloated and didn’t expect it. I did a lot of walking and long fasts so I think that has helped!
I’ve just done a run and should get a lot of steps today, glad to be back in the routine as it helps so much. Won’t get to eat until 6.30 this evening. Feels a long day but ‘m sure it will go quickly!

Well done on your run @jelly79 that's probably going to increase your appetite.

@Smartmove that's not too bad considering what you said you had over the weekend and the scale weight isn't overly high.

I'm 10:13:7 today.

Had Heinz steak and onion big soup for lunch with one slice bread and chicken with sweet potato jacket and beans for dinner (with butter and cheese.) Kept forgetting not to put sugar in coffee but managed a couple of pints of water / squash.

Plan today
Omelette lunch (chicken and cheese) with a bit of salad
Sea bass dinner but not sure what I'm having with it yet (quite fancy some mash potatoes)
Good workout - weights and cardio at least an hour

It's Tuesday there's loads of the week left to make some progress, let's go.
