I weigh daily and I wish I didn't but I can't stop.

I monitor it every day and use Friday as my formal weigh day, so check where I was the last Friday, the current Friday and when I want to be for the next Friday, all whilst checking every day that I am on track.

@jelly79 think it’s very personal. I’m in habit of doing it and I like to see up and down but then last week I was in awful mood coz it wouldn’t shift even though I was being good…

I take my lowest in the week as my weight that week coz that makes me happiest (haha!)

ive only just lost my holiday weight I realised taken me 4 weeks - that’s terrible isn’t it! This was my weight pre holiday !

will I make it to 10.9 tmrw?

going to be on plan very carefully! If I do will be a pound weight loss this week - I had Sunday off totally and sat dinner partly off. I think I’m gonna make sure next weekend I stay 100 percent on plan so I can get 2 off

imnout tmrw night and it’s a big night! Agh!!!! I hope I don’t eat hangover carbs on Sunday!

It's hard to get the balance when you're wanting to lose or not undo your hard work and actually living life.

I'm 10:10:4 today which is 2lb on based on my Friday last week. (Although had a heavy Mother's Day weekend and put 4lb on over the weekend so kind of 2lb off since Monday). I'm trying to take a positive!

Only worked out twice this week so will try to get another in today or over the weekend.

I'll be as mindful as I can be over this weekend and try to make some good choices so my weight doesn't go up (too much) over the weekend. Ideally not at all but not sure that is possible.

It’s hard @hollyblueivy think we have similar weekend issues! Next weekend I have zero plans so hoping having that time will push my loss along.

well done getting some of the bloat off!

plan tmrw - drink a glass of water for every glass of wine. I’ve only had 1 drink last month so I’ll be a light weight. Long HiT tmrw pre lunch….and eat low carb in day

Sunday - try limit the carbs but have no plans!

I’ve been ok today. I wasn’t hungry so I skipped tea which was meant to be salmon only to be hungry when DH ate his stir fry noodles I made him and I ended up having some! Which was carb heavy (and lots of veg) and also lots of olive oil. Should have just had the salmon! Going to be cross tmrw if it’s not dropped!

I worked out yesterday and today and didn't have any alcohol last night and going to try not to drink today.

I had a heavy dinner last night so just hoping that once that passes my weight settles a bit as I feel like I don't deserve to be this heavy!

i go again tmrw! But with no plans next weekend so fingers crossed for a decent loss. Not looking fwd to the scales tmrw.

How is everyone after the weekend?

I managed to only have alcohol yesterday and had a few drinks at home in the afternoon.

Starting the week at 10:10:8 which is more or less where I left off on Friday although the drinks from yesterday may catch up with me.

AIM is 10:8:5 by Friday

10.10.8 this morning. I went to the gym 3 times last week and have been today so focusing on that as a positive even though I haven’t lost any weight!
Need to stop eating in the evenings!

10:11:2 assume this is the increase from Sunday drinks as only had lunch and dinner yesterday.

Will try to get some water in today as not really been drinking aside from coffee.

Right I’m back on it. Yest was prob still hangover eating! Feeling a bit stressed at the weight this am but hopefully means I’ll behave. How have I put on 5 pounds in 3 days!!!!!!!!!
10.13.5 stone! Was 10.8.5 on Friday?!

I know @hollyblueivy im drinking water like my life depends on it atm ha!
will excercise too! Also so glad I have nothing on this weekend . Easter weekend we have friends coming but I’ve decided I won’t drink (and they not heavy drinkers which make it easier too!)

I also find it hard that the mindset is so fragile from on to off.

The weekend was silly!
Yesterday fast till 2 and done a 4K run and a 3k walk.
Had some home made soup at 2pm and then ate silly stuff till 6 then fasted

Today I exercised at 6:15am (cardio and kettle bells)
Hungry at 9:30 so had salmon and eggs with 2 coffees
Really want something sweet now

AF due in 3 days but I need to battle on x

kitchen firmly shut (did have 100 cals of dark choc) will try avoid that tmrw!
no excercise done though!
