Well done for keeping going @Smartmove you must be due a drop soon so stick with it.

10:8:4 today so a pound on from last week.

I'll take that considering the treats I've had this week.

Social weekend incoming which I'm going to enjoy guilt free. Will see what Monday brings and maybe do a reset week.

I’m thinking of doing a 24 hour fast on Monday I managed 20 hours yest with a hope it would move my scales but it didn’t!

im ovulating atm so hoping that’s not helping I usually notice it freeze around then / also 10.10 is my barrier that’s hard for me to push through. In the past I’ve managed only for a holiday or Xmas to come….this time I can keep going. Fingers crossed

But I am back tomorrow! I need to be before 7lbs turns to 14lbs!

I'll join in a 24 hour fast....???

Check in here daily!
HIIT at 6am

@Smartmove weekends are so hard.

I've had a good weekend though so don't want to feel guilty. I am feeling very full though and bloated so I'm sure the scales will remind me what kind of weekend I've had in the morning.

My aim will be to get to 10:7:5-10:8:5 by Friday.

Plan to get there similar to the last few weeks:

No alcohol during the week
Take on plenty of water
Try not to have sugar in coffee
No breakfast, just lunch and dinner
Try not to snack between meals - fruit or veg sticks if needed
Exercise three times (try for Monday Tuesday and Wednesday to get it done)

@hollyblueivy weekends are the downfall I always feel like I want to 'treat myself!'

HIIT ✔️ But I already feel really hungry!

The weather seems really mild so I'll be out for a walk today! Try get out of 'sloth mode!'

Great work getting the HIIT done and dusted. Are you still half marathon training?

I was 10:12:6 this morning - 4lb on since Friday!

If I can get that 4lb off this week I'll be happy but if I can get 5 lb off then I'll be really happy.

Seriously considering having an alcohol free weekend this weekend. Need a break in the cycle and want to prioritise my diet.

I am half marathon training but it's going really slow and not much at all in the last 2 weeks! This week I need to walk and run so much more!

Alcohol free weekends are so much easier to keep in check but I am guilty of rewarding myself with desserts! And pastries

Hello all! I was 10,11 this morning so nowhere near the loss I wanted! I did go to the gym 4 times last week and feeling fitter so need to focus on that.
my main aim is to get rid of my back fat folds! Eating healthily today and going to the gym later.

I was 10.12 today whoops. But I had a 3 course Indian meal yest with wine so thinking that 2 pounds will be off in a day or two. I also snuck a pack of mini eggs in!

I have a slightly ambitious goal to be 10.9 by sat and break past my 10.10 plateau I was in the entire of last week…..I’m being very very strict and having 1000 and under cals and doing my HIT and keeping food low carb as I’m keen to just hurry up and get to goal now!

I then want 1.5 off every week! Let’s see what tmrw brings! Prob 10.10 AGAIN! Which to be fair is fine given weight today but boring to see it everyday on scale!

Oh no. The colds are still doing the rounds aren't they, so annoying! Hope you're feeling better soon.

I had the two meals yesterday and some carrot sticks. No exercise though but going tonight and to tomorrow so then just need to get one more on to hit three this week.

10:9:9 today. Ate well yesterday and exercised - will do the same again today. I am just having an apple though as woke up a bit peckish.

Only thing on my list I'm not really doing is not having sugar in my coffee. Maybe I'll try one with sugar then one without to cut down a bit.

@hollyblueivy i know it’s not good for u but have u tried a sweetener? And then u could remove that? Or yes reduce the amount slowly. well done on excercise
im still full of cold!

last week i was 10.10 from Monday to Friday…i have a feeling I plateau ovulation week so really hoping i drop again tmrw

I feel huge! Really bloated!

Mine closed today
I was craving choc so I had this Lindt wafer bar which Fy1 was utterly delicious!! Was 110 cals and very satisfying

closed on 1200

eggs avacado
protein bar as driving between meetings. And Lindt wafer!
kale and goats cheese salad

no excercise as at work till now and also feel too ill still!

I overate at dinner and had some chocolate after. I'm sure I'll have a spike on the scales tomorrow.

Hopefully out of my system to have a good day tomorrow and get a decent weigh in on Friday.

@jelly79 Really looks like your mindset is switching back and good luck for your run.

10:9:9 for me today which is the same as yesterday although I was expecting a small increase so pleased with the week so far.

Exercised Tuesday and Wednesday but I can feel my body needs to rest today so I will workout again tomorrow and try to have a really good session.

Do you guys feel weighing daily is best for you? Do you take an average for the week or go with a particular days weigh in?

I feel it can mess with my head a bit x
