Morning. Don’t work @hollyblueivy it will be ur weekend water weight and be off asap.

I feel like holiday mode is gone , tummy not shouting for sugar and af out of way so I’m fully back on the wagon. I’ve sadly still got 3 pounds of holiday weight to loose but from today I’m logging on here every am and hoping that keeps me accountable. Was good at weekend with no alcohol and I did excercise but I kept nibbling on the kids left over which means I didn’t loose this weekend but STS. Anyways let’s go. (@hollyblueivy let’s make it a good week!)

Looks like a good plan @Smartmove I do find the accountability on here does seem to make a difference or at the very least shorten the time off track.

10:9:9 today - phew that weekend bloat went quickly- I did eat really light yesterday was hungry before bed but managed to push through.

stuck to plan yest except a bit of yoghurt and fruit in evening as was starving. Came in at 1100 and 25g carbs. Plan today

Thai chicken curry with lots of green veg

got 2 pounds of holiday bloat still to loose. I’d like that off by Friday latest.

Hope today is a better day for you @Smartmove and your cold doesn't last.

10:9:0 today - had omelette, beans and salad for lunch and dinner so did well to stay away from bread and got loads of water in.

Also worked out yesterday and hoping to get another in today even if it's just a short one.

If I can keep focussed I should be able to get the 10:8:5 by Friday. No plans this weekend either so would be good if I can maintain over the weekend. Better not look too far ahead though.

10:8:6 really chipping away at it this week with diet being my primary focus.

Had soup yesterday and then prawn stir fry for dinner. I can't believe I haven't had bread this week, so far.

Oh I did have a small chocolate bar yesterday too and some yogurt with banana and grapes.

No exercise but will try to get a workout in today.

Wouldn't be surprised if omelette features again today, without bread I'm struggling to think of lunch ideas.

Hope everyone is doing alright.

Shocked to see 10:7:5 on the scales this morning.

Shocked to see what I am capable of when I put my mind to it, which I don't think I've done for a single week this year.

Shocked I didn't have to actually make too many changes to get results.

I broadly stuck to my list of intentions set out on Monday.

Let's see what the weekend brings and I may try to do similar from Monday next week.

Aim for the next Friday is just to maintain the 10:7:5 as I'm half expecting this to be a blip.

Would love to hear from you all.

sorry not posted I’m in some weird plateau which is quite frankly upsetting me!!!! I’m stuck at 10.12 . I’ve not done any excercise as been undert the weather but I’ve been sticking to under 1000 cals and eating whole foods. I got to 10.11 went up a pound due to off track day. And am stuck there. So I’m going to start moving more and really focus on steps and pelaton which has stopped this last week . I feel well enough to get back on

so just to depress me further I’ll weight update

Hello all! Well done @hollyblueivy , that’s a good loss.
My scales have broken so I don’t know what I am but suspect I’m the same. I’ve been focusing on healthy eating in the hope that I lose weight and lower my set point but it doesn’t seem to be working. The book (why we eat too much) says it might take months to work which I’m not sure I have the patience for!
Fast 800 is the only thing that really worked and I need to get myself in the mindset to do it for a solid week or two.

I'm 10:9 today so expected increase as the weekend but hoping I don't do too much more damage today so I'm not chasing my tail all week.

10:7:5 aim for next Friday which is a maintain on this week.

@hollyblueivy wheh u fasted that time how did u do it? I last ate at 430 last night so if I wait till 430 it’s a 24 hours fast….dont think I’ll manage! But even then I had a look and a pub roast is like 1500 cals ! I’m not drinking at least….

I ate my dinner by about 6pm and then missed breakfast and lunch the following day, having an early dinner the next day - I think I stopped the fast a bit early as I was hungry but that was the intention.

10:10:4 today

Monday weigh is the worst.

I want 10:7:5 by Friday so need to do all the good things I did last week to get 3lb off in essentially 4 days as I weigh in the morning.

I need to not indulge so much on the weekends as this is a vicious cycle that I'm getting so fed up with!

expected a rise as was good all of yest - didn’t fast but then had a full on roast and pudding I totally enjoyed it and was worth it! I also did a 30 min pelaton which absolutely killed me. So I think 0.6 rise isn’t awful but I’m still not getting closer quickly!

anyways no plans now till
mothers day aim to get to 10.9 at least by then.

Oh just a small win for me yest. I usually if I’m going out I go “f it I’ll just eat anything and everything all day”. But I didnt - I didn’t cal count but I ate sensibly till I got to dinner where I really fancied the full on Sunday roast
i had yoghurt and fruit and avacado and seed salad in the day…and did my HIT

im hoping this sort of thing means I don’t go crazy on my nights off…

922 plus about 5 cups of tea with milk. I did go swimming though so hopefully that gets me near 800 😂

@Chunkymonkey123 thanks for the book advice I’m listening to it. Super interesting. Def can relate to some of it esp set Point. I think the main thing I’ve taken away is less upf which I knew and how excercise helps - not just for burning calories. Def will keep me focussed!

im on 900 but working 8-now and so exercise. Will do a session tmrw.
