Hope you get back in the 10's quickly @Smartmove

I'm 10:11:7 today - the heaviest I've been since about July last year.

It's so hard to lose but much easier to put back on!

I'm going to try to do a little reset this week.

Eat light today but I know I'll be hungry. I may try to finish my food by 6pm today and then do a 24hr fast until 6pm tomorrow to give me a kickstart.

Will need to exercise at least three times this week.

I want to be 10:8:0 by Friday.

Had a big lunch and now wondering whether to skip dinner and do the fast from lunch today until lunch tomorrow.

Average steps this month is 7.5k so an improvement on last month but not the 8k I'm aiming for. Will see if I can increase it over the next week.

Drank loads of water today.

I am! Thank you for the tag, it's just flashed up on my phone.

Sorry I have been in a world of half term, work, study and carbs. I feel disgusting to be honest and need to get back in the right frame of mind x

It seems like we're all having the same kind of slump. I'll be posting on here regularly as I need to snap out of it.

I've decided against the fast. I'm too hungry from eating more over the last week and need the energy to get the exercise in. I did eat really light plate of salmon and veg for dinner last night though.

10:9:9 today. All the water I drank yesterday helped I think.

7 thousand steps and pelaton work out

(a lot of dark choc eaten due to boredom eating!)
should be 1200 which usually is fine for me if I’ve exercised

@Smartmove I had a good few days away thanks. Back up to 10.11.4 after being good at the weekend. This is a pound heavier than this time last year 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
Only thing to do is to carry on. No chocolate and no wine this week. Trying to stop eating at 7pm.

@Chunkymonkey123 dont worry we will do it. We all going up and down but we keep showing up. I’m making this the year I do it!

I really should be eating 1000 cals coz I like the weight off fast but boredom eating means I’m coming in 1200 most days but am doing HIT to compensate hopefully. Should be back in tens tmrw fingers crossed!

Didn't manage any exercise yesterday. Had seconds for dinner and pudding. On day 2! Try again today.

My weigh didn't save but think it was about the same as yesterday. Would like 10:8:5 by Friday if I can but will need a really good couple of days to get that.

10:10:4 and not surprised as I haven't really been trying if I'm honest with myself. I'm giving in too easily and allowing myself treats. Eating more at dinner even though I'm full. All the bad habits.

No way I'll be 10:8:5 for tomorrow.

Need to take it a day at a time. Will try for a good day today and have exercise planned in too.

Any tips on getting back on track?

I think it’s all in the mind. I don’t know where it sometimes comes from and then goes! Sometimes I just accept defeat take a break and then I feel more focussed once I get back on track? Or do u have something u can aim for?

I’ve been good today . 1100 but no excercise as working all day. Aim to do similar tmrw . Period arrived so explains last night sugar cravings!

1100 is good well done.

Today has been fine. Has soup for lunch and egg and beans on toast for dinner with a decent workout. Did have 120cals of chocolate but I'm fine with that.

Next few days include socials so will just try to make good choices outside of that.

So sorry for silence. The switch has gone off for me and I think I was overthinking food.

I am going for a big run tomorrow and to do the food shop so I'll get my head back in the game

10.11.4 today so the same as Monday. I’ve been swimming twice though which has been good! I’ve given up chocolate for lent but the cravings mean I eat other stuff instead 😂

tmrw friends over but making dinner from fast 800 and they don’t drink so Whoopy I can stick to plan. Will also HIT

10:9:3 yesterday and today - not bad considering the socials so could be a delayed increase in next couple of days .

Aim is 10:8:5 by next Friday.

No alcohol until at least next Friday and may go no alcohol until my next social on 9th but will see.

I knew I wouldn't get away with it that easily so gain expected and deserved.

This is a reset week, I need to be on it. This means things like:

No sugar in coffee
Increase water intake
Exercise at least three times
No snacking (only fruit if necessary)
No puddings / chocolate
Try to reduce bread
Increase fruit / veg / salad
Try to maintain eating window between 12pm-8pm only

Aim is 10:8:5 by Friday so want to lose 3lb
