up and down between 10.11 and 10 3 for nearly a year and really had enough

ive read most of this thread and feeling motivated

goal is 10 stone and then ultimately 9.7

starting with 16/8 and no sugar ….lots more water

been good today. No sugar. Insistent on being 10.8 on Friday !

I’m 1600 today and STARVING!! I’ve clearly stretched my stomach and been on a bread and sugar binge. No sugar and no UPF today. Kitchen closed now. Will have to be strong 💪
No sugar or UPF tomorrow and then on Wednesday I will reduce my calories once I’ve got my hunger under control. Listened to a good podcast today, I’ll link it

Just had a lovely fruit salad with kiwi, apple, grape and orange and some 0% fat Greek yogurt

I take it that's allowed with the no sugar

Well I failed!!

I've been in the car about 8/9 hours today. Total waste of time.
The drive home was tough and I was hungry.

Stopped to get something and there was hardly anything left because there had been a power cut near services so it was busy 😤

Cup of tea and 2 brownies!!! FFS!

Tomorrow I shall go again! 6am HIIT ready!

these are all traits and habits we all have. I was tired and travelling last week and also had brownie and choc bar! The fact that we do it less often and generally healthier and moving twds our goals (well u r I’m not really moving!) are positive things. Stay strong today. We know u can do it!!!

will weigh tmrw . Suspect I’m chasing my weekend pizza and wine and donuts! Plan to do 900 cals today and low carb. Let’s go!

@jelly79 I don't think there's anything you could have done in the circumstances especially after all that time in the car. Go easy on yourself, draw a line and go again today.

10:7:9 today - worked out yesterday and may do some more today. Not sure on food plan yet.

Thanks both!! I felt tired and sickly this morning so gave myself a kicking! Normally I am more easy going on myself!

I did drag myself up and HIIT complete. Wanted to run but the weather is relentless here

Ideally I would fast all day today but I feel hungry and flat so

Fast till 12 (ish)

Have no idea on food to be honest 😤

@Chunkymonkey123 glad ur back on! Ur sensible not jumping st to low crazy calories I often do and just fail! I’m impatient though!

I had dd and DH bday this weekend so going to be a drinking and carb fest as have all the family over for a joint bday and also have a date night planed

so far so good today. Will weigh tmrw….suspect I’ll be back to 10.10 I was very bloated after my werkend

ive blocked out next weekend free so I have 2 weeks straight of no drinking or eating out so try speed things along! It’s my social events which ruin my progress

Day 2 no sugar done. Tomorrow will be the tester as 2 days is usually my limit. That's bad isn't it!

I am feeling determined and not missing it so think I'll be fine.

Soup for lunch yesterday and today with bread and cheese. Chicken noodles yesterday and chicken pasta today. Had fruit salad yesterday but feel full enough to not bother with fruit this evening. Might have one last coffee.

Didn't get any exercise done today so will try for a short run tomorrow to stretch the legs.

It’s though @hollyhola I think we at that weight our body is set at again. Got to keep remembering where we were last year and year before that. I feel like I need to tighten up massively over weekend if I want this last half off…ur doing fab keep chipping away!

im 10.10 today. So spent the last few days chasing weekend. Won’t make 10.8 Friday but could do 10.9 if I’m strict

keto bar brekkie
only black coffee
harrisa soup
chicken and broccoli

so this weekend is big celebrations. Then I have 10 clear days zero plan (well I have one meal but I’m just going to behave as it’s mid week) and this includes an entirely free weekend

but then I’m on a big special holiday! And so I’ll end up gaining all this weight!!!!

I’ve kept the rest of Feb totally free so I can really focus on getting to my goal. I just need to tighten up at weekends ow I’ll be 10.10 forever!

I haven't had alcohol in 8 months
Sugar is a whole other ball game!

Still fasting and thinking chicken and noodles tonight!
