Kitchen closed at 950 which I’m happy with! No steps or HIT today though.
tmrw plan

mango chia pudding
bacon and kale stir fry
tuna salad

15 min HIT pre work

Also interested to hear how the fast affected your weight Jelly - may convince me to give it a go.

I bet your first meal tasted great once you broke your fast today!

I've had another good day and worked out.

Hope the scales drop a little tomorrow to encourage me to keep going.

@jelly79 do u feel tired when u have ur meal? That’s what happens to me if I push past 16 hours and then eat - I have a massive slump after? Maybe it’s what I’m eating….

tmrw meal plan has changed to home made chicken curry instead.

Honestly I felt amazing today, really clear and productive.

I felt a bit wired which is odd.

Broke at 1pm for broccoli, prawns and eggs with some chilli and garlic.
Had yoghurt, choc protein powder, strawberries and granola (I had this to stop me naturally reaching for the chocolate) but I don't feel I needed it.

Felt a bit bloated and needed the loo a bit more.

Come about 5 I had toast and PB! I really didn't need it but didn't want to be in college teaching for the snacks.

No snacking or sweet cravings

Fasted from 5 and will aim for 1 or 2 tomorrow

Going to have protein in my yoghurts as my sweet treat - it was lovely x

planning another 1000 cal day and about to do my HIT.
I’m excited for my chia pudding this am
really wanted to see my weight this am but didn’t do it. I think not knowing helps me focus on just being good

I am abstaining at the moment because I have no control if I don't

Missed HIIT this morning but went to yoga later on.
So busy in work so minimal steps

Fasted until 4pm (unintentional) but really tried to not reward myself or awaken the beast

Couple of OliveS, small cheese and 2 oat cakes
Piece of pork (leftover as a snack)
Steak a few new potatoes and broccoli
Greek yoghurt, chocolate protein (which I am substituting for my usual maple syrup) strawberries and a little granola

Closed kitchen at 7

I am travelling tomorrow so need to choose wisely!

Wel done for choosing low cal small bars @Itsholly

I was travelling so went to Starbucks and got a 60 percent choc bar - came in at 260 cals! And I might have also got a mini brownie at 100. (Omitted that!) and had a large glass wine when arrived at destination.

planning an ultra low day tmrw coz weigh in on Friday and I don’t want to be in a grump!!!!

skip brekkie (maybe 1 spoon peanut butter to keep me going)….
salmon lunch
Boiled egg and spinach
god that’s depressing. But ended up on 2000 today!!!! Tmrw is a planned 700 day…not sure ill manage

choc also my vice can give up the rest but not choc/cake.

anyone want to join me on a 7 day no sugar challenge??? Not sure I can last that long I seem to manage 4 days atm..,. (it’s my Dd and DH bday next weekend so will be full of cake/sugar and meals out!)

I weighed yesterday at 10s5 but today at 10s5.4 so I need to be in line today. I'm travelling so not sure what my plan is but I am hoping to get salad or sashimi to keep it low!

I travelled yest was exhausted and hence my ridicolous choices. Anyways it’s done. Weigh in tmrw !

day one sat - sugar will not be consumed
and I’ll do it till next Sat when there will be cake for DD party and afternoon tea! So that’s 6 days

im not going to have any today but tmrw im meeting my friend for a cupcake (oops) in a new place that’s opened near us so can’t start yet.

ok I’m starting sugar free officially on sat . I managed today but having some tmrw so might as well just do it prop from sat….ill last 4 days knowing me

been at a work event so very hard to gauge calories but was good

brekkie - raspberries and pecans
lunch - creamy chicken no potatoes lots of salad no dressing.
dinner - salmon sashimi (250 cals) and 100g strawberrues

im guessing at 1000 cals and 30g carbs but can’t be certain

weigh in tmrw. I think I should be below 10.9 my clothes r fitting better and I’m less bloated for sure…but I had a carb heavy day yest and went over calories so I can’t be sure!!

im out tmrw night and meeting friend for cupcake so suppose tmrw is day off I. Moderation. Not drinking tmrw night going to drive.

will report in am…was 10.11 last friday and 10.10 last sat

For me it’s no choc no cake no biscuits no dark chocs

no sugary drinks ….the choc and dark choc will be hardest for me but I think it will mean 100 cals a day cut out coz I end up nibbling on dark choc most days. I know it’s not bad bad but I would like to drop a few pounds quicker!

I’ve missed the scales!!!! Im not sure I can cope another week without !!!
