Kitchen shut 1050 and 20g carbs. Stuck to plan plus 100 cals of dark choc - just can’t stop that !
did a 20 min HIT workout
really feel like icecream but need to ignore ! Am full.
absolutely loved my goats cheese salad !

Why are we shit at weekends? What's the mentality?

Mine is its down time / reward time / enjoy yourself time

Fasting longer and exercising at the weekend is a little change for me so we shall see!

Mine is family time / not in routine / usually eating out / seeing friends….

in the week I don’t really see friends / don’t go out/ I work and then kids to bed and then collapse myself !

even this weekend I was out Friday and had icecream and wine! So I’ve not been on track all weekend! But I ate in moderation instead of going crazy!

I’ve fasted longer too and made sure I did my HIT both days. Need to stay on track all week to get this last bit Xmas weight off

meal plan tmrw
yoghurt passion fruit pumpkin seeds
feta salad
Thai green curry with chicken and mixed veg
half a protein yoghurt

Morning I'm 10:9:9 today so now looking at 2.5lb off if I want to get to 10:7:5 by Friday. It's ambitious but I'll give it a go.

Weekend reasons for me are a mix of

Fuxk it it's the weekend
I deserve a treat
I tend not to go too far off track during the week so save it for the weekend
More likely to end up in a pub on the weekend
Probably more things that cross my mind to convince myself I should have whatever it is that I want

The thing I have got better at is alcohol on a weekend. Before I'd probably drink Friday Saturday and sometimes Sunday without giving it much thought. I'm much more mindful now and tend to only drink one day out of the week and that is only if I ask myself if I really want it.

Plans for this week to get the 2.5lb off

Coffee for breakfast
Lunch to include protein
Dinner to include protein
Meals to include fruit/veg/salad
Try to increase water
Workout 3-4 times (walk. gym or run)
Stay away from the chocolate

Re the weekends, for me, like others, it's being out of routine and having to eat with other people/out of my own space. And wine lowering my determination!

We are all the same with the weekends but I suppose this is living 🤣🥰

I am about 20 hours in to my fast! Not very hungry but want to default to eating because work is doing my head in! Keeping busy and will push threw to tomorrow :)

I'll have another coffee in a bit then maybe just water or a tea.

Ending on 1200 coz my dinner was so tasty I wanted more! Also 50g carbs which is a bit high for me when I’m being very strict but the rice on the side made it tastier!!!

Tmrw I AM sticking to 900 cals
the cals im having over 900 and purely coz I love food or bored. They r not hunger. Tmrw I will not do that!

So I'm in bed and have done 26 hours fast! I'll probably get to about 40 hours by the time I get going tomorrow!

It's actually been relatively easy weirdly and maybe a good reset. Will let you know if I eat well when I break it.

I'll have salmon, eggs and avocado
Pork and broccoli
Yoghurt with seeds and protein powder

(Needed to plan that bit)

10:10:1 today - must be rolled over from the weekend as I was good yesterday.

Will be good again today and get some exercise in and hope for a decent drop in the next day or two.

I'm a few days before my period whixh sometimes leaves me aching for carbs and sugar (exhaustion, headache, brain fog) So hard to stick to a diet when you feel bloated too. Like the weekends, this is another bit that's hard! Ended up in bed at 5pm yesterday after thee slices of sourdough with butter and marmalade and some dark chocolate Blush

@MarshmallowWorld im same pre af. Literally can not fight the carbs. I’ve decided it’s biological and I just have to roll with it then I don’t feel guilty so often!

@Itsholly i hate the up and down. Sure u will drop rest of week.

ive not weighed myself but really want to see what’s going on since sat am when i was 10.10….i really want to be 10.8 on Friday but im not sure if ill make it these pounds r though for me

I listened to fasting podcast where she explained it well
its to do with progesterone and is becoming insulin resistant so that’s a real reason so I’ve surrendered to it now! I try and fail every month

Still fasting. 40 hours in! Just had MCT coffee and electrolytes so may push a little longer.

The energy and concentration levels have been so high today! I'll defo do this again'

i I bet u drop more than 10.5 !!!!

im on track on being on 900 today as long as I stick to my salmon and avacado only!
