Didn’t weigh. Feels so weird!!! Would like to see 10.10 tmrw but also anything below 10.12 will have to do. I think I’m back in zone so hopefully I’ll get to goal one day!!!

today
Arla protein yog and pumpkin seeds
feta olive avacado salad
eggs for dinner as no time for anything else
no hit or steps as long day at work and then solo parenting till DH gets in from a long shift

its coming in at 980 and 25g carbs. Must not have little sneaky bits and push these up!

Well done @Smartmove I might try to weigh less as I don't think it's healthy to weigh everyday. But I just can't help myself.

Your food sounds good and hope you manage to get through the day as intended.

I was 10:8:6 today so if I really try there is a chance to see 10:8 by tomorrow. Not massively fussed either way as overall think I've done well and that's not a bad post Christmas weight.

I should be 100% better by Monday so next week will be my first proper week of both food and exercise together. I'll see what I am tomorrow and set my target for next week.

Well done @Itsholly . That’s great weight and basically where u left off pre Xmas.
ive found it hard too to not weigh
ive put the scales in the kids bathroom so in the morning I don’t do it for habit. I’m going to try just weigh on Friday . I think once I get to an okish weight I think it’s ok to start snacking and eating bits and then I gain / STS. I have a big and special holiday in Feb and I would like to be closer to 10.7 for that so it’s motivating me but also have lots of celebrations end of the month so not sure I’ll do it!
I’ll also check tmrw weight and then set a target for next week.

I was 10,11 today so no loss but really struggling to get back on it! The Christmas chocolate still in the cupboard is not helping and I’m just really hungry!!

@Chunkymonkey123 thats not bad! Don’t be hard on urself! It’s so hard to get back on ive also struggled. Well done for checking in wondering how u were doing. Suspect I’ll be about the same tmrw when I weigh

kitchen closed as I’m typing any 1090 and 33g of carbs. I couldn’t resist some frozen chocolate covered strawberries which have been in freezer calling my name!

I was 10:9:3 this morning so thing that is pretty much a maintain on last week.

I'll set 10:7:5 as a goal for next week which is about 2lb.

I want to have a really good week and prove to myself that I can do it when I set my mind to it.

Likely to be out for lunch over the weekend but will try to stay away from the alcohol.

@Itsholly me too. I’m going to to have 2 small glasses wine only. The salmon and salad for main and fruit salad for pudding (it’s not got any sugar or honey on it either).

then I’m ramping it up next week. Lots of fish will feature on menu coz I find that fills me up well too. I’m going to have to keep my cals 1000 and below if I want 2 off

this is so hard :( I’m feeling a bit defeated I didn’t know the Xmas weight would take so long to come off

I’ve just gone through the keto fast 800 book to make some new things and keep me inspired focussed and give good loss this week.

creamy kale harrisa and eggs
one pan cabbage walnut and Gorgonzola
kale goats cheese bacon salad

will feature next week.

Weighed at 10s7 which is pretty static

Went for a 8k run today and started listening to fast like a girl.

Was thinking 'not bad to maintain when eating 2 chocolate bars a day!' And also thinking 'that could of been a good loss without all that chocolate'

I think I need to eat more and abstain completely from chocolate. I am going to get it all out the cupboard by Monday as the mindless grazing when I'm working is the trouble!

I think for me stopping completely is easier than moderation. I do it with alcohol so now it's chocolate (this feels hard though!)

I'd love to see 10s 5 this week

I am still fasting, I don't work Fridays so it's quite easy when I'm not working! I'm actually thinking about doing a full weekend fast one time. All the temptation comes at a weekend when I am busier so easier to fast and distract myself!

Morning all. Had my night out. I chose the side salad not rice. And had fruit not pudding. But then had icecream on way home!!! And 2 glasses of wine. Anyway it could have been worse…..and I enjoyed myself. What I did do it fast till 12…so that was a 4pm to 12 fast (had 10mls of milk).

I’ve never been able to skip brekkie before so I’m going to try do same again. Eat 12-5 2 meals and try a week of very low cals to get this last few Xmas pounds off.

plan today

sausages avacado at 12 (I ate at 8pm last night so shouldn’t be an issue)
monkfish yellow curry home made with cauliflower rice.
it comes in at 800 cals.

wow @jelly79 i know ur longest fasts always help shift ur pounds - so this will def do it! Good luck.

Oh @Smartmove your monkfish sounds incredible!

I'm going out for a walk this morning! Debating eating eggs and avocado before we go or to fast longer but run the risk of post walk pastries in the coffee shop (which is what I want)

I'll cook tonight just need to decide what!!

Fasting the until tea time Sunday and tempted to do 36 hour fast until Tuesday afternoon!

I had a cheeky weigh in as I think I was a bit bunged up yest (apologies!) and I was 10.10 this am which is better! ESP given I ate out yest though reserved it was still extra calories.
so far today on track but had a small piece of dark choc after lunch. If I stay focussed will be on 1000 and 18g of carbs at end of day

Closing on 1000 and 20g carbs. Want to keep eating but I’m done. My monkfish curry was amazing if I may say so!
HIT 20 mins done ( said 180 cals burned prob not quite right but must be least 100) and also 8000 steps today.

@Itsholly it's hard on a weekend lovely!

I had a sausage sandwich about 11 before my walk to fend off the snacky urges. But ended up at a bakery that I have been dying to go to and shared and chocolate pastry. It was well worth the calories!

Having pork, salt and pepper potatoes and veg for tea!

Morning girls
ended up having 100 or so extra cals year at 6pm. Not even hungry just coz was serving up DH meal which was same as mine and I just ate some veg and coconut milk coz it was staring at me! Anyways prob was 1100 yest

today plan . Fast till 11am (17 hour fast)
coconut yoghurt passion fruit raspberries walnuts
kale goats cheese bacon salad (can’t wait for this)

im not going not to pick at kids food or eat mindlessly . Ends up consuming 100 extra cals for no reason that way!

@Smartmove you are so good with tracking and counting! It's so easy for the extras to sneak in with mindless picking! I tracked out of interest last week and my god my spooning PB on a banana is a habit I need to curb!

Fasting till 4 when I have family over
Chicken lasange, rockets salad, garlic bread
Brownies and icecream

This week:
NO CHOCOLATES
At least 1 24 hour fast (may push this longer)
4 HIIT
3 runs ( 20km total)
Fatty coffees and all the protein
Much more water required!

Determined to see 10s 5 on Friday x
