I’ve done this before during lockdown and got down to a decent weight but slowly gone back up. I keep starting and then doing well and then self sabtogage and gain it all. It’s such a problem. So I’m taking it 1 week at a time. And writing on here to keep me on straight and narrow

day 1
weight 11.6 . Bmi 25.5
goal weight 10.8

this is post 4 days of self sabotage so should come off very quickly I was 11.1 4 days ago so should be water. And then will start slowing down

today plan
brocolli and Stilton soup at 11ish
feta stuffed chicken with a side salad of leaves and avacado at 4ish

I can do this. I usually eat 3 small meals but I ate so much last night I’m not hungry!

Just over 1k calories is still super low.

I've had
A few coffees (stayed off the latte today)
Egg and mushroom on toast
Chicken rice and beans (with some cheese)
Few pints squash

so things appear stuck. I’m going to start HIT on Wednesday and hope that kicks start things. I must have the slowest metabolism as I don’t loose unless under 1000 cals and prob also why I’m stuck. Also my bmi is now normal so expect it to slow but it’s frustrating.

Ahhh I get you! I am weighing weekly with a couple of wee checks in between!

I am travelling with work the next couple of days now so avoiding car snacks and hotel breakfasts! Will aim to move my fast a little later so I can have lots of sushi / sashimi for tea whilst I'm in the hotel on my own rather than chocolate and wine 🤔

Coffee / squash
Weetabix with yogurt and fruit (get fibre in)
Mackerel on one slice toast
Gammon and egg

Might have to have an ice cream / lolly depending on how hot it is!

Life will always get in the way, I think it's about learning to get that balance. Enjoying the events as they come in moderation and very quickly drawing a line and getting back on track once it's done.

Much much easier said than done!

@hollyblueivy totally agree . Usually would take me weeks post a holiday to get my act together and then end up heavier than when started but I go st back on. Ok took me 10 days to get back to 11 stone but least I did it. I have time before next week so should get some more off. I’m thinking 1-2 pounds is prob max I can do now I’m at this weight where I haven’t been for about 3 years

I'm away with work so all out of routine!
Fasted till 12 and then had chicken salad and crisp. Lots of water. Then went for tea out on my own! Lots of soda water and sushi / sashimi! Need to eat more protein so had a protein bar and done 20k steps! Felt like my stomach was way too full!

Going to go for a run early in the morning and just have a protein shake and coffee for breakfast!

I’ve just planned my next 3 days and I’m going to do HIT first thing tmrw before work. I’ll have a gain tmrw so prob back to 11 wasaaaa! Only myself to blame!

today STS. Surprised given what was eaten yest. Today staying on track busy day so helps. And starting HIT. Need to shift quicker than this ow I start loosing the will!

STS is a good result for you and hopefully your busyness will keep food off the mind today.

I jogged 2 miles yesterday and got up early to do 3 miles this morning. Walking / jogging or some time of activity really makes a difference for me.

10:11:7 today which is -2lb on yesterday

Has salmon and veg for dinner last night instead of the gammon. Also had dark chocolate instead of ice cream.

I'm really pleased with that.

Todays food will be
Caramel latte
Squash
Fish finger sandwich using sandwich thins
Not sure on dinner yet - maybe fish again otherwise chicken

That could be a carry over from day before yesterday? Are you drinking lots of water?

10:11:2 today so down by 0.4lb

We are at the landmark that is Thursday though heading into the weekend so likely to take a diversion on the scales over next few days.

If I use Thursday as mu formal weigh day, last Thursday I was 10:12:11 so a smidge off from then. (Can't work it out as scales do it for me on a day to day basis)

I think it’s prob the carry over. Maybe the HIT also they say it makes you retain water but not sure I worked out that hard.
here goes another day just got to keep going. Feel so far but so close to goal!

I think this is my new set point I’ve always got to 11.2 and then it gets though but last few months seems 10.13 is my new set point but I just have to push through!

well done on your loss - ur going great! 1.5 in a week is brill. Def motivating me!!!
Looking at mine I’ve only lost 0.8 this week from 11 to 10.13.2.
