I’ve done this before during lockdown and got down to a decent weight but slowly gone back up. I keep starting and then doing well and then self sabtogage and gain it all. It’s such a problem. So I’m taking it 1 week at a time. And writing on here to keep me on straight and narrow

day 1
weight 11.6 . Bmi 25.5
goal weight 10.8

this is post 4 days of self sabotage so should come off very quickly I was 11.1 4 days ago so should be water. And then will start slowing down

today plan
brocolli and Stilton soup at 11ish
feta stuffed chicken with a side salad of leaves and avacado at 4ish

I can do this. I usually eat 3 small meals but I ate so much last night I’m not hungry!

But I'm so hit and miss with his I am doing 16:8 so eating between 10-6 to stop the evening munchies!

Well done on stopping the booze, how are you finding it? I'm trying to just drink 2 days per week fri-sat or Sat-sun usually.

Yesterday I had
Couple of packet caramel lattes
Mackerel pasta
Korma from a jar with white rice, half a naan and 2 poppadoms
And some ice cream

So it's no surprise this morning I'm

I’ve STS again today
having a strict low carb low cal day . I need to get in at 900 cals to loose now I’ve had average 1100 all week so it’s slowing down

plan is
hummous carrots ham cheese tomatoes lunch

chicken and veg

black coffee.

no deviation! No alchol! No sugar!

Welcome @jelly79 I can’t loose on 1500 so it’s great you are! But I don’t move much which is changing next week when I restart excercise

I am all or nothing with booze and find it easier to abstain than moderate! I've lost 7lbs since not drinking - 3 this week (which is huge for me!)

Honestly I find it great when I'm in the zone

1590 calories is tough normally as I am night snacker but this week not eating after 6 has been a game changer!

The weather is suggesting a rose wine is required but I’m not doing it (till tmrw?!)

should end on 900 having my chicken and brocolli at 5 and then closing kitchen! I can do this!!!!

What will your exercise next week look like? I'm trying to spend an hour walking most days but not really doing much else.

Half a fish finger sandwich
Then predictably for me on a Friday - Chinese takeaway
Oh and a small fruit cider

Scales likely to increase again tomorrow.

I’m 10.13.5 I ended up having half a glass of wine while I watched my hubby have a large glass so ended up on 1070. I’m out tonight for dinner and drinks so tmrw will be a rise.
if I could just do 3/4 days of 900 cals I know it will come off quicker but I just like to eat and drink!

Today a write off for me too. Will be up tmrw. But planned my food already for Sunday Monday and Tuesday. Taking it 3 days a time. Promising myself no more than 950 cals the next 3 days.

10:11:9 today which is 0.7lb decrease.

Not what I expected but don't think I ate and drank as much as I thought I would. Also did 17k steps so that's quite an active day for me.

Which watch the scales next couple of days though, it may catch up with me.

No real plan for today, aside from no alcohol but will see what happens with food.

Back in it properly tomorrow.

Well I gained a pound and I prob should have gained more. Polished of a bottle of wine 2 cocktails and 3 course meal. Back on today

Stopped at 980 a bit more than hoped but very low carb day in at 13g so that pesky pound hopefully off tmrw. Aiming for similar tmrw. Time to focus now and get back on track a bit quicker than I have been since back from holiday

I've stuck to my 16:8 this weekend (haven't counted calories but I know I would of eaten much more if I was IF)

Just done some food prep for the next couple of days

Tuna, chickpea, cucumber, peppers, celery and sweet corn with a chilli may
Cauliflower and butter bean curry

I am away with work this week but I need to avoid the hotel breakfasts 🤦‍♀️

@jelly79 i weigh daily coz keeps me on track. But I know it’s not for everyone! I go up and down all week and it’s drives me mad but hoping it’s just down for now!!! I really want to loose 2/3 more quickly as I feel I’ve been stuck here forver!

Yes @jelly79 I'm the same as @Smartmove and weigh every morning.

I like to keep myself on track and understand the fluctuations but loosely use Thursday as my official weigh day.

Im 11 again :( my period has just started though hoping it’s that stopping a decent drop. Feeling frustrated at myself and weight!
