I’ve done this before during lockdown and got down to a decent weight but slowly gone back up. I keep starting and then doing well and then self sabtogage and gain it all. It’s such a problem. So I’m taking it 1 week at a time. And writing on here to keep me on straight and narrow

day 1
weight 11.6 . Bmi 25.5
goal weight 10.8

this is post 4 days of self sabotage so should come off very quickly I was 11.1 4 days ago so should be water. And then will start slowing down

today plan
brocolli and Stilton soup at 11ish
feta stuffed chicken with a side salad of leaves and avacado at 4ish

I can do this. I usually eat 3 small meals but I ate so much last night I’m not hungry!

Yes 10.9 for sat (in out on sat night) but am hoping to see 10.8.5 but think that might not be achievable!

my holiday is giving me a spur it’s 7 days all inclusive waaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!! Will plan with u all how to enjoy but also not gain too much (obv except some gain but don’t want to go crazy!)

Deflated this morning AF has (finally) arrived and I weighed at 10s 4 and have a tough day in work

Will get out for sauna soon if I can and hope to walk later

Fasting till lunch today!
Marinated some chicken thighs and have t thought beyond that yet 🤣

Just wanted to check in as that always helps x

Kitchen closed. Stuck to plan except one Lindt ball in the office! They r my weakness I’m really glad I only had one though :)
ending on 1050 which is fine.

@hollyblueivy and @jelly79 think a 1.5-2 pound gain after a weekend is pretty good going

I really stuck to my guns today as I was debating allowing a day off and eating chocolates because I got AF! But I knew I would sabotage the week!

Fasted till 12
Chicken thighs, baby corn, mangetout, sesame oil, soy sauce, sesame seeds and chilli (big portion)
Banana and peanut butter
Crackers, cucumber and humus
Strawberries and a bit of cream

I'm hungry now but I'll wait till about 11am tomorrow (maybe longer)

Minimal movement Mondays
Jesus - 4600 steps! I need to get a move on tomorrow

i just came on to say I’m thinking about the deliciously Ella balls I have in my cupboard I got for my AF to damage limit my sweet tooth but I want them today. Not doing it! I’m fasting!!!!!

Yes your meal does sound lovely. Do you tend to have a big lunch and then a snack type dinner or is that just today? @jelly79

@Smartmove what's the delicious Ella thing?

My day has been ok but could have been better as I didn't exercise or get any water. (Been a bit stressed today so focus has been away from the usual health/diet/fitness)

Chicken and mango wrap for lunch
Egg and cheesey beans on two slices toast
Latte (shop bought)
Few strawberries

Tomorrow is a new day.

They were on offer (though pricey still) so I stocked up knowing af on way and I need a few extra calories and sweet taste ! They r delicious and better than a choc bar and cake of which I have been known to eat in same day before AF. They are these

I have been having 2 meals or 1 and snacks, not intentional just works for me currently. I like to eat before I do whatever I have planned early evening and then I can just fast

@jelly79 yes but it’s not pre AF yet - is end of week . and I’ve spent 2 hours repeatedly saying noooo u don’t need them to myself!!! Anyways resisted now heading to bed would love to have dropped below 10.10 but prob still at that!

10s 3.6 today and slept in so missed HIIT

Feeling a bit flat and indecisive today. Not sure whether to fast as long as possible or to eat everything 🤣

May aim for 1 meal later today before I head to college

AF arrived.
tmrw another day and hopefully cravings r gone and I’ll do an extra low calorie day! Still inisitent I’ll get to 10.9 by sat but I’ll be 10.11 tmrw I’m sure after today!

AF has a lot to answer for! I am blaming mine for a terrible day!

Missed exercise and hardly any steps

Fasted until 1pm - I wasn't actually hungry but couldn't face college after work and a longer fast

L - chicken satay salad
THEN....
aero balls, mini roll, bueno, peanuts, Pringles and 4 chocolate shortbread!

I felt so sick! I don't know what happened!

I have fasted since 3pm (avoiding offerings of chocolates and nuts at college and the temptation of food on the way home)

This food cravings are entirely normal, but I don't have any tips to combat them I'm afraid. Sometimes you just have to give in!

@hollyblueivy yes I listened to a podcast about it. It’s also to do with high progesterone and ur insulin sensitivity changing.

so it’s not our fault!

my cravings usually gone by day 2 AF so plan is to do a very low cal day today to combat yest melt in the middle pudding of 533 cals!!!!! (The Ella balls didn’t cut it clearly!)

Bet that was a pleasing sight seeing that 9 on the scales - last push for the weekend!

I'm 10:7:5 today a smidge up from yesterday and the 10:6 I wanted for Friday is looking unlikely again.

Going easy this week and wonder if the lack of exercise has stalled a bit. Going to have a good workout after work today - the body and the mind needs it!

Had toast and banana at 11, going to wait till tea for anything else

Got a friend and kids over for dinner but fancy making a nice cod and veg bake keep it light and healthy they fast again

Kitchen closed. Was thought day was starving. Ended up on plan but with a caramel lattee and one Lindt ball. 1050 cals had wanted lower. Hoping I’m a bit less tmrw but my carbs were high today and I suspect yest cake may show tmrw so I’m unsure!

That's not a bad day for calories and hope the scales are kind to you in the morning.

I had my workout, feel loads better for it and will try to have another tomorrow.

Ended up eating three boiled eggs as they were so nice.
Still had leftovers chicken for lunch.
Dinner was hoisin pork but has noodles instead of rice. Added mushroom onion garlic ginger and chilli as I love those flavours and could add them to every meal.

Really fancy something sweet.
