I’ve done this before during lockdown and got down to a decent weight but slowly gone back up. I keep starting and then doing well and then self sabtogage and gain it all. It’s such a problem. So I’m taking it 1 week at a time. And writing on here to keep me on straight and narrow

day 1
weight 11.6 . Bmi 25.5
goal weight 10.8

this is post 4 days of self sabotage so should come off very quickly I was 11.1 4 days ago so should be water. And then will start slowing down

today plan
brocolli and Stilton soup at 11ish
feta stuffed chicken with a side salad of leaves and avacado at 4ish

I can do this. I usually eat 3 small meals but I ate so much last night I’m not hungry!

It's 13 weeks until Christmas- come back and you could have a good half stone off by then!!

I wanted to run this morning but it's hammering down and couldn't really be arsed 😂

Plan this week fasting 6pm - 11am where I can!
4 HIITs and swimming
Clean lunches and evening meals
No processed foods

Just want to maintain the 10s 3.4 I weighed at today (if I can get down by 0.4 that will be a stone!)

Have a good healthy start to the week all x

Kitchen closed very early today! But I find it suits me better as my hunger stops in evenings
stuck to plan and ended on 900cals
should have lost some weekend weight by tmrw.

Fasted till 11
Eggs spinach and avocado
Tangerine
Yoghurt, seeds
Small steak, broccoli and asparagus
I feel really sickly now and craving something sweet

May have a smoothie or strawberries if I need something

I did!! I took DS to football and it hammered down! Was so tempted to get on the couch with toast and chocolates! But I chose a bath and bed! But if I'm honest I feel pretty tired and a bit depleted right now 😂

I will try and fast until 11 tomorrow and with have a big brunch and then a decent meal before I head to college

@jelly79 you are so good well done!!! I’m feeling a bit low in energy too but I need those scales to drop!!!!

I like them coz it stops me thinking about food and it’s an easily measure calorie. And it’s quick when u running about with the kids. I don’t mind having them every now and then. The bars are quite handy too!

my DD is I’ll so tmrw gonna be a longgggg day must not go for the sugar when she’s clinging onto me!

Ahhhh hope she feels better soon! Having a day out of routine can be tough to stay on plan! Having something to just grab will be helpful :)

Still stuck here! Think i need to try one meal for today and hopefully kick start. Do you all experience these frustrating weeks! Well done to you all. You are all doing so well.

@whathappened YES!! It's so normal but so frustrating! I get like that for a few weeks!

Some say that planning maintenance weeks helps your overall progression

Things that may help:
Cut something out completely
Change your fast times
Focus on movement rather than calories for the week
Look at pictures or weight from last year or a few months ago and celebrate your loss so far
Set yourself some mini goals with a little treat to reward
Write down some affirmations and why you are doing this

Be kind to yourself and keep checking in :) x

Great advice there @jelly79 and yes @Smartmove we do all have them - took me about 5 weeks to get from 10:8 to 10:7!!

Hope your daughter gets better quickly.

Yesterday I had

Soup with cheese and one slice bread
Chicken with sweet potato, beans, cheese and salad
Caramel latte

Decent amount of water and good workout

Weighed at 10:7:7 today.

@whathappened dont worry! We have al been there! I was 11.1 for ever and now stuck at 10.10/10.11. I basically maintained over summer rather than loose. Keep going. I found doing a clean and longer fast helped me in past to break plateau. Hence I’m doing 17 hours today so I can be as close to 10.9 on Friday.

and I’m 10.11 today! Again!!! One off from yest at least hopefully 10.10 tmrw and can try get into the 9s for Friday though prob not square on 10.9…..

I broke at 9 ! So did 17 hours

I had lunch at 1pm and going to try not have dinner as I ended up having 2 slices of sourdough with almond butter and in total am on 900 cals . Sipping water like a lunatic :) I’ll eat at 7am tmrw with a lattee I think should manage

Pork and rice salad with cheese
Couple coffees
3 x pints water
Workout

Not a bad day. Will check in tomorrow.

Morning,

10:7:3 today - slowly chipping away at it and thinking even if I don't get 10:6 dead on for Friday, if I lose half a pound more between now and then there will be a 10:6 at the start of the weight.

Aims for today

Coffees x3 - no caramel latte
Omelette and salad for lunch
Soup for dinner one toasted bread and cheese
Workout
Water

Holiday is booked for October half term so that will give me a renewed focus for the next 5 weeks

Stuck to plan today! Having a chill and movie with DS tonight so starting the fast and checking in so I am not tempted to get the munchies!

Great day @jelly79 - I love sea bass, not had it for ages may have to get some at shopping this weekend.

My day went to plan yesterday so feeling quite accomplished today.

Weighed at 10:7 today. I won't be 10:6 by tomorrow but if I'm 10:6 something then I'll be happy and go for 10:6 next week.

Breakfast caramel latte
Lunch protein yogurt
Dinner leftovers from yesterday with a bit of pasta

Workout may just be a walk or something light, I'll see how I feel later.
