I’ve done this before during lockdown and got down to a decent weight but slowly gone back up. I keep starting and then doing well and then self sabtogage and gain it all. It’s such a problem. So I’m taking it 1 week at a time. And writing on here to keep me on straight and narrow

day 1
weight 11.6 . Bmi 25.5
goal weight 10.8

this is post 4 days of self sabotage so should come off very quickly I was 11.1 4 days ago so should be water. And then will start slowing down

today plan
brocolli and Stilton soup at 11ish
feta stuffed chicken with a side salad of leaves and avacado at 4ish

I can do this. I usually eat 3 small meals but I ate so much last night I’m not hungry!

Hi Girls,
You are both doing so well. Was dreading weigh in and was convinced it was going up to11.5 but really happy to report came in at 10.13.6 so not too bad. I did eat well but the Mediterranean way seems to have helped! I hope you two know how helpful and motivating you are! I have tried slimming world and stayed for the talks after but you two are so much better! Next target is under 10.10 and go from there. Would love to get under 10 stone. I have thought about weekly weigh in but think i need the daily one for now. Going to have a really strict one today. Thank you Smart and Hollie

Hey @whathappened love to 'meet' you! Are you back from holiday?

We are cancelling ours and looking for something else! Really need some sun so not sure where to choice end of October! Thinking canaries or Turkey!

My goal was 10.7 (I started 11.3) but I'd like to get to 10.3 for the stone! And then possibly 9.13 to see the 9's but I'll take that as it comes! I'd love that for my holidays x

9.13 would be amazing! I can but dream!
Hope you find something suitable for your holiday. I was worried about overeating but found i felt different after this fasting and although had the odd ice cream and treat still had a littlw voice in the back of my head.

@whathappened Welcome back, hope you had a good holiday. Glad you're finding this thread motivating, I do like the daily check ins to see how we're all getting on.

@jelly79 hope you manage to find something else for your holiday.

I was 10:7:3 today - not bad increase considering social yesterday. Popped to pub today and had some chips but no alcohol.

Shouldn't be too bad today for dinner then ready to get back to business tomorrow. Going to try to do some form of exercise Mon-Fri as that seemed to help last week.

Today was on plan except that 2 biscuits and a scoop of ice cream were consumed!
I did walk 10000 steps and do a HiT
suspect I won’t be back at 10.10 tmrw but hopefully this week!

im finding if I take a week off plan it takes a week and half to get back there…I was away for a week so hopefully be back on wed!

The weekend has been pretty good!

Fasted till 12 today!
L - Turkey sandwich
T - pork, roast potatoes, salad
S - apple, pancakes

Avoided my usual constant weekend snacking! Happy to have been disciplined with fasting!

Fasting from 7 tonight and motivated for a healthy week!

@jelly79 well done on your weekend efforts. Is that due to a forthcoming holiday or are you trying to get better weekend habits?

Although I am still having treats on a weekend I feel there is a bit of a shift in mindset from an absolute blow out to a sense of knowing I'll be chasing my tail all week if I go too far overboard.

I was 10:7:5 this morning which I'm happy with. Aim to be 10:6 by Friday.

I noticed my body fat percentage has reduced to 21.5% from around 25%.

Up for having a great week.

I am motivated by my holiday (which is looking unlikely) but I am trying to change my mindset in general' I have always undone any efforts at the weekend!

I am still alcohol free and now fasting at the weekends and limiting processed foods. But I typically don't exercise at the weekend and snack more!

10s6.8 this morning which is annoying! I saw 1.5 less than that last week and can't understand where that has gone!

Really please to see 10.12.6 this morning so a pound off. Really strict yesterday.
The thing that seems to work well for me is having a small pot of natural yoghurt and honey after lunch and tea. It really fixes my craving for sweet things!

@whathappened oooh this helps me too! I have protein yoghurt with seeds and maple! Really helps!

Fasted till 12 today
L - 2 x chicken breast, salad
S - yoghurt, seeds, raspberries and maple
T - apple and almond butter

Had a doze after work (never do this!) and woke up to inhale 2 pieces of toast and butter! Most of needed the carbs 🤣

Really busy in work so minimal movement!

Yes @whathappened I basically view my weight loss 1 pound at a time. Keep going for that next pound until I get it then move to the next.

10s6 for me and I just can't help feeling disappointed as I saw 5.4 a few weeks ago so seeing less than that is my immediate goal! Maybe Friday!

T - lamb and veggies

Lots of water. Minimal (or no) snacking

Sauna / swim if I can get away from my desk today

Morning all!
am 10.11 today so lost my weekend bloat in a day which is good and shows I didn’t go crazy over weekend-1 pound on over sat /Sunday. Off in a day.

but still not 10.10 so also am annoyed @jelly79 hopeuflly tmrw

yoghurt seeds rasberrues
ready made pea soup as was whoopsef
tuna salad for tea

I really want to be 10.9 on sat as going on my anniversary dinner with DH but not sure if I’ll manage!

Hope you're back level with yourself today @Smartmove - if you're a pound or so away from 10:9 on Saturday, I wouldn't let that spoil your anniversary dinner, just go light during the day.

Yesterday I had
Chicken salad
Soup with cheese and two slices of bread
Bit of cake
Caramel latte

Today I'm 10:8:1 which I think proves that unless I am on it 100% I will put on!!

Wanted 10:6 by Friday but not prepared to starve for two days so it might take a couple of weeks to get there.

Weighed at 10s 5.8 this morning

Fasted till 11 from about 5pm last night

B - grilled cheese on toast
T - Turkey and chorizo pasta
S - apple and PB

Fasted from 6pm

I was 10:7:7 this morning - would be happy to have maintained my 10:7 by tomorrow but would have to eat quite light today to get there. Will see how the day goes but the 10:6 goal will be rolled over to next Friday.

I'm finding I am in the Rhythm with fasting at the moment, having some keto MCT powder in my coffee instead of milk is helping and I am just not snacky!

10s 5.4 this morning which I got to in June and then the summer took over so breaking that barrier will be good for me

(There is always a little milestone to tick isn't there hahaha)

im still 10.11!!!!!! I don’t know why :( I’m not going to be 10.9 or even 10.10 by sat. Have a strict day today (was yest too) but feeling so pissed off

i am ovulating atm - sorry for this info! - I’m very in tune with my body as I took me about 6 years to have my first and 3 to have my second so I know where I am in cycle even if not trying…..and I think in the past I’ve noticed I STS or even gain for a day or two really hoping it’s that. Is that even a thing?? I might look it up….

sigh. Won’t eat all the biscuits ! Will report tmrw
prob the same!
