I’ve done this before during lockdown and got down to a decent weight but slowly gone back up. I keep starting and then doing well and then self sabtogage and gain it all. It’s such a problem. So I’m taking it 1 week at a time. And writing on here to keep me on straight and narrow

day 1
weight 11.6 . Bmi 25.5
goal weight 10.8

this is post 4 days of self sabotage so should come off very quickly I was 11.1 4 days ago so should be water. And then will start slowing down

today plan
brocolli and Stilton soup at 11ish
feta stuffed chicken with a side salad of leaves and avacado at 4ish

I can do this. I usually eat 3 small meals but I ate so much last night I’m not hungry!

Hi guys
no I’m back on sat….

got a huge 3 course meal with family tonight and will be wine involved….in fact I may go to the pay as u go gym down the road now….
ill restart on sat am

plan is to do 900 cals like I did the week before I came away it came off nicely and once I was in swing it was fine. I don’t have anything except 1 social event a week in sept so I should really make some movement this month!!!!

Sit Sa like we're all up for making good progress during September- I've been chasing 10st 7 so long that I think I'll be happy to get to 10:6 by end September!

L chorizo, broccoli, peppers and eggs
T pork steaks, rice, salad, coleslaw
S protein yoghurt and seeds

I am away for the weekend but plan to control. Lots of walking and cooking planned

Sept goals

  • not to eat out (this will be a big help)
  • no chocolate or desserts (I need this to hit my holiday target)

I'm better with abstaining than moderation

@jelly79 i hear u! I’m much better going sugar and alcohol free! Can’t be doing moderation

my head hurts too much wine

so ready to start eating and loosing weight I feel so bloated

@Smartmove that bloated and indulged feeling really makes you motivated for the healthy switch! Hope you are ok!

I am 10s 7.6 and was a bit flat but I hear you with the celebrating the maintaining (ish) over the summer! I feel ready for the 8 week countdown now :)

@jelly79 i know I was 10.11 on 21st July and hit 10.10 and then bounce back up as had lots going on with family.
im back on plan tmrw aim to take 5 days to get back to 10.10 and then one pound off a week! Still don’t know my goal!

I am away for the weekend and day 2 of no desserts / chocolate! I nearly caved before but I need to stick to it!

Fasted till 12
L - protein coffee, prawn summer rolls
D - lamb steak, cous cous, salad, potatoes
S - melon, grapes, yoghurt, carrot sticks

HIIT ✔️
10.5k steps ✔️

Going to get out for a run In The morning and fast till 12 again! Then some walking in the afternoon.
Need to see a loss next Friday! 👊

Right I’m back on. I feel pretty bloated and I’ve not weighed myself as scales in the other bathroom and people asleep .
I drank again yest. And got pudding.
black coffees then a puriton bar for lunch. Eggs and veg dinner. Light simple and back on track!

I thought my goal was 10.8 when I started this thread (see page 1!) but I’m 10.10 and still feel like I have a huge tummy and am chubby! So I’ll asses again at 10.8 and keep going till I’m happy. I may be on this thread till I’m 85 though at this rate!!

going to take me a good 5 -7 days to get back to 10.10. Here we go again!

Welcome back into the wagon!

I'm 10:8:1 today - want to try and not over over indulge this weekend although I know it won't be completely treat and alcohol free. I want to make my bad days less bad.

Just doing a shopping list and going to add loads of fresh fruit veg and salad so no excuse!

Spent the weekend with my Dsis and our kids! Normally it's lots of indulgent food and alcohol. It's been very tame!

Need to plan for the journey back tomorrow! Will fast till 12 and the. Have a healthy lunch before the drive!

We've got this!! Not long before the routine is back and the wagon feels a bit easier

Morning everyone
Yest didn’t go to plan as we got stuck in traffic and I was starving and ate lots of crap at service station. Am not very impressed with myself!
anyways today lots of healthy nourishing food was too scared to weigh myself! Will do it tmrw

skipping brekkie lunch is feta salad
dinner is prawns and broccoli

lots of water. Must be back at 10.10 asap and start dropping

wasn’t hungry due to excess eating all week prob ended on 800 cals

Not great today! Spent most of it travelling

Fasted till 12
L - mezze bits / meats / cheeses / hummus
I should of eaten more because I grazed on the drive home! Grab bag of monster munch were worth it
T - burger and a piece of steak but didn't have loads of other bits to go with it!

No dessert / chocolate
But hardly any steps and no exercise!

I am in bed now ready to get up early for a good week!

Right ladies it's Monday, its September, the schools open this week and we are going to absolutely smash it this week!

I cannot believe how I managed to weigh at 10:8:1 today after the crap I ate and drank yesterday- well aware it could catch up on me.

Feel so ready for health, fitness and good nutrition this week. No alcohol until Saturday!!

@hollyblueivy right here with you! I have a big al inclusive holiday mid October so until then this is going to be a big push to get me to a good weight for then! also not drinking till sat when we have guests over.
plan this month
clean fasts
one day of with alcohol and sugar - not 2/3!
lots of water
healthy nourishing food

didn’t weigh again!!! Will do tmrw but the bloat feels pretty big

try get to 10.7 this week I think u will!

Oooh I love Greece! It will be lovely! I am on holiday count down too - Morocco in October 🎉 it's so good having something to aim for!

Today I haven't moved much because I have been working with DS home!

Fasted till 12 (MCT coffee helps)
L - seeded toast with cheese. Protein yoghurt with seeds and strawberries
T - small tuna pasta salad

No snacks! I am hungry now but I had tea at 5pm so resisting anything else now!

Weighed myself at 10s 8.2 this morning which annoyed me but I feel better than last week. Will weigh tomorrow

Your holiday plans sound great and just the ticket to keep the focus in the weeks ahead.

I'm still looking but would be nice to get something booked in soon.

Yesterday I had salad for lunch and soup for dinner, enough water and a workout.

Jumped up to 10:9 this morning.

Assume its catch up from the weekend so I deserve that.

Aim is 2lb off by Friday, get that elusive 10:7 - if it doesn't come this week I'm confident I'll get it next now normality is setting in.

So good to see the sun shine.

I braved the scales ! Am 11 stone waaaaa
so put on 4 (plus a bit more I’ve lost last 2 days) hopefully all water and off in a few days. Hoping it’s def gone by sat!

Hello all! I’m back from my two week holiday and I weighed 10,13.2 this morning so 13 pounds over target but only 4 put on during the holiday so I’m pretty pleased!

September now, my children are back in school and the new routine starts! I’m aiming to be less than 1200 a day but will count regardless. Exercise routine needs to start as well.
