I’ve done this before during lockdown and got down to a decent weight but slowly gone back up. I keep starting and then doing well and then self sabtogage and gain it all. It’s such a problem. So I’m taking it 1 week at a time. And writing on here to keep me on straight and narrow

day 1
weight 11.6 . Bmi 25.5
goal weight 10.8

this is post 4 days of self sabotage so should come off very quickly I was 11.1 4 days ago so should be water. And then will start slowing down

today plan
brocolli and Stilton soup at 11ish
feta stuffed chicken with a side salad of leaves and avacado at 4ish

I can do this. I usually eat 3 small meals but I ate so much last night I’m not hungry!

I agree if we weren't on this path we would of put 7lbs on by now!! So maintaining isn't the end of the world!

Also I blame the school holiday too! 🤣

I am 10s7.8 still

Sweet potato salad and hummus
Banana
Mini pretzels
Prawn, brocolli and egg stir fry

I am going to my friends with her birthday cake that's been on my desk all day. I will have a slice with some tea 🤣

Well done on your run @jelly79 - I haven't run in quite a few weeks now need to get back into it.

I had soup for lunch with cheese and pitta and a cheese and ham omelette for dinner with salad.

Low steps and no exercise today.

I'm up for having a good week.

Have you tried MCT coffee? Really helps me fast!

Stir fry was literally broccoli and garlic stir fried in a drop of oil, frozen garlic prawns, frozen peas! Once cooked, scrambled a couple of eggs, mixed together and a splash of soy sauce and chilli sauce!

I do enjoy stir fry veg and scrambled eggs for breakfasts with soy sauce! Filling!

I d on well for exercise / steps and my meals. But spoil it with 'treats'

After today I went to my friends, had 2 (small) slices of cakes and a handful (or 2) of chocolates

I was 10:9 today - want 2 off by Friday. Should be achievable.

Stir fry sounds good and low calorie too.

I'll try to think of I have any nice recipes to share.

Plan for today
Mackerel salad for lunch
Lasagne and veg for dinner

Hardly been drinking any water so going for 1.5L today.

Also will get a workout of some sort in today.

puriton bar and milky coffee as am out at local park with kids and I’m not going to eat a crap sandwich
bean and spinach soup from fast 800 with half avacado

will be 900 again

@hollyblueivy i never know wot to with mackerel do u just have it with plain salad or does it go well with anything
maybe I’ll have a go at eating it coz I love fish!

Yes I think it goes with anything, omelette, poached eggs, on toast, with salad.

I get the tins in tomato sauce and cover over a bed of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, beetroot and picked gherkins. Likely to add a sprinkle of cheese to that too.

Great source of protein and omega 3 - tasty and filling.

i miss oats. I don’t have them coz try lower my carbs but once I get to 10.7 I’ll have them every am.

mid I can be 10.10.5 tmrw so half off. Then I have Thursday and Friday to get to 10.10. Fingers crossed ! Good day everyone

Your definitely on track for 10:10, keep going sounds like you're having a good week. Avocado is a good source of fibre too so that will help.

I'm 10:7:3 this morning. Did a workout yesterday. Only managed 800ml water. Didn't have dinner either and just had a bowl of shreddies - probably why I got the drop this morning.

Need to stay focused over the next couple of days to get that 10:7 on Friday - it's within touching distance now!

I know if only had this same willpower daily for a month I would have got to goal about 3 months ago! Anyways

we will get to 10.7 Friday for u (no question on that I reckon only 0.3 to drop)

and 10.10 for me on sat (would love to be less but suspect it won’t be)

That's a good low calorie day. What is your eating window?

I tend to go from lunchtime 12/1 to around 8ish

I've had soup for lunch with cheese and pitta.

Made the mistake of buying some jalapeño sourdough bread and now I've got to have some with my dinner, think I'll do chicken with salad. Wouldn't be surprised if the scales rise again tomorrow but we will see.

i eat weird times ! But basically 930-430ish so 16ish hour fasting

I hope my cals were not more coz I didn’t weigh but just took very small portions and guessed

will report back tmrw

im away sat to sat . Just in uk at my bro. He has scales so I’ll report back daily and my eating window will be more 12-9pm as have dinners planned but hoping I can skip brekkie and will try hit the local pay as u go gym

As expected I went up to 10:8:1

I have had a cookie, bread and pasta today so will not be 10:7 tomorrow - I'll try again for another week. Realistically I think it could be mid September once kids are back at school.

What I'm doing at the moment is preventing me from putting on, so kind of maintaining really.

we keep chipping away though. I’ve planned tmrw for a 900 day and low carb which will remove today bloat! I def won’t be 10.9 something but hopefully 10.10 for sat.

im a bit concerned for next week as away at brothers and have lots of family and friends dinners planned but hoping to skip brekkies. Decent in calorie lunch and dinner to just enjoy - I will def out on 3-5 pounds in 7 days I’m sure. So be back to 11!!!!!!!! Again!!!!!! Ffs!
