I’ve done this before during lockdown and got down to a decent weight but slowly gone back up. I keep starting and then doing well and then self sabtogage and gain it all. It’s such a problem. So I’m taking it 1 week at a time. And writing on here to keep me on straight and narrow

weight 11.6 . Bmi 25.5
goal weight 10.8

this is post 4 days of self sabotage so should come off very quickly I was 11.1 4 days ago so should be water. And then will start slowing down

today plan
brocolli and Stilton soup at 11ish
feta stuffed chicken with a side salad of leaves and avacado at 4ish

I can do this. I usually eat 3 small meals but I ate so much last night I’m not hungry!

start weight 12.8 (post baby)
cw 10.11.2 (unsure how yest didn’t cause a gain!)
gw 10.7 (goal one unsure of final goal)
weight lost this week - will add next week as can’t rem what I was this time last Friday

ain to be 10.9.5 by next Friday .

cancelled dinner date night and now cinema night need to buckle down

The weekends r though!
I think I’ve closed on 1200 but we went out for a curry so have guessed the tandoori prawns and a tablespoon of my mums curry! I’ve been very low in carbs today at least.

I hear you! I've just had Turkey curry and veg! Now justifying in my head going to get treats because it's Friday night!

Your food sounds lovely.

I'm 10:6:6 today which is a surprise as I had some pizza yesterday.

Today and tomorrow will be the usual mix of trying to be good but also having some treats and alcohol.

Haven't exercised since Wednesday. The weather is rubbish so don't fancy a run - might be a good day to get the weights out. Think I'll just plan to do 20 mins so I've made a start / done it.

What are your food plans for the weekend? Any exercise?

I'm hopeful if I don't go too far off I should be able to hit the 10:7 goal by Thurs.

Weigh in a day late but I was 10.8 this morning which is a bit better. I’m on holiday next week but it’s in the UK so will aim to STS. After that it’s two weeks until my foreign holiday and I would love to be 10.5. Ultimate goal is to get back to my ‘normal’ weight of 10stone.

taken 13 days with one day off for pizza wine and brownies!

should make goal of 10.9.5 for Friday.
plan today
we having a bbq so lots of lean meat and veg
and hoping to just have that and graze on it for lunch and dinner. Will try skip brekkie but not sure I’ll make it

I'm 10:7:7 today - had takeaway and couple of drinks yesterday.

No formal exercise in the end but about 11k steps.

More drinks planned today and but not sure what I'm doing about food.

Just to add film was great and so glad I watched it rather than dinner and drinks
also meant that I gave my liver a rest as be 2 weeks off . I did have another cheeky icecream!
nothing social till Friday night so hopefully back in the swing now

We went to the races and had a lovely meal there (I had 2 desserts) and more when I got home 🤣

Weighed at 10s5.6 this morning so would be made up with 10s 4.2 this Friday! But I am away Wednesday - Friday! There will be lots of walking! Will need to Weigh on Saturday I think

Entirely expected increase and could still go up more tomorrow.

Need to be good all week and should be able to as no plans for the week.

Will also try to drink water and exercise every day.

B - toast and banana
L - scrambled egg, chicken, mushrooms and edamame beans in salt and pepper seasoning (this was a quick high protein lunch)
T - chicken stir fry

A - chocolate brownie and strawberries
7.5k run
Lots of water

I feel really bloated and sickly tonight

10:9:7 - that's over 3lb on since Saturday!

2.5lb to lose by Friday to get the 10:7 goal. Not beyond the possibility if I stay focused and do a couple of low calorie days.

I think I need a weekend this weekend where I don't go so overboard- easier said than done.

I also love a curry. But saying that there isn't much I don't love!

I shouldn’t have got rail roadbed on Sunday! My dh is usually very supportive but my Indian and drinks on Sunday

and I’m up 2 pounds 2 !!! So I’m 10.13 again!

might try skip brekkie and do a few 800 cal days to make up. Ahh!

I also am going to restart HIT. I stopped on holiday and fallen out of habit. It starts tmrw as today I have 2 crazy kids alone l day which is Bascially a HIT class alllll dayyyy long!

@hollyblueivy im with u there. I’m just going to have to be insanely strict leading up to it but I can’t see myself getting to 10.9.5 (that’s 3.5 off!)
my issue is I’m out on Friday and I just have no ability to say no when I’m out! Im also out sat!

@hollyblueivy im thinking restarting HIT doing longer sessions Friday and sat ? And also alternating a drink with sparkling water/Diet Coke/something else? And not having pudding? I think that may help me. On Sunday I had a full takeaway and then a LOT of icecream!
