I’ve done this before during lockdown and got down to a decent weight but slowly gone back up. I keep starting and then doing well and then self sabtogage and gain it all. It’s such a problem. So I’m taking it 1 week at a time. And writing on here to keep me on straight and narrow

weight 11.6 . Bmi 25.5
goal weight 10.8

this is post 4 days of self sabotage so should come off very quickly I was 11.1 4 days ago so should be water. And then will start slowing down

today plan
brocolli and Stilton soup at 11ish
feta stuffed chicken with a side salad of leaves and avacado at 4ish

I can do this. I usually eat 3 small meals but I ate so much last night I’m not hungry!

I popped it into calorie counter for u and looks about 100 cals per portion of u made 3/4. I didn’t put in any oil or butter I presume u didn’t use any. So well
guessed - see photo

850 amazing. I count my veg/salad/tomatoes for some reason I’m going to stop as I shouldn’t be as it so good for u. I think prob 50 cals of mine are veg. I’ll count fruit as it’s got more/sugars

ur chicken may be less? Breast is about 100g for 100 cals. Thigh and drumstick more.

I'm 10:9:3 this morning so still around 2.5lb to lose by Thursday, basically 2 days so unlikely but I'll keep trying.

I'll have three coffees with milk today including a caramel latte - est. 150 cals

Soup for lunch (100) pitta (140) cheese (100)

That's 490 and I'll aim to have around 500 for dinner so around 1000 cals total.

Walk or weights is the planned exercise today.

my dd decided to not sleep all night I feel like dying. Hope o don’t reach for the sugar! Trying a clean fast today so no milk in tea till 9am

Oh and did a fully clean 16 hour fast. No drops of milk or even flavoured tea etc. just black coffee.

I have been pretty good although not tracking! Swimming, running and HIIT this week!

Are sensibly today and was due to walk, fell asleep with a migraine and woke up for weetabix and Nutella on toast ☺️ I am due o. So listening to what I need :)

Hoping for 10.5 on Friday x

@jelly79 im not going to lie I don’t feel any diff haha! But it’s only day 2…but it does seem to be keeping me more focussed on what I eat in my eating hours. Let’s see! I’m restarting my HIT tmrw…I have no hopes atm re target this week. I just want to get back to pre holiday weight asap and then will set myself a mini goal!

A couple of my friends do 24-36 hour fasts which seems tough!

Well done to you both, great focus and keep going!

I think my dinner was around 500 - but then I had some ice cream.

Did a short run but think I'll need to just walk tomorrow as feeling a bit achy.

Bloat is going down - hope it shows on scales tomorrow.

am 10.11.2 today so another half to get back to pre holiday weight which I’m hoping for tmrw. And takes me to 10.10.8

I’m wondering if I may make 10.10 for sat? That’s 1.2 off…….will keep focus

You're on a roll and should be able to make 10:10 by Sat - certainly close enough for date night with hubby.

10:9 for me today - no way I'll be 10:7 by tomorrow so that goal will roll over to next Thursday as I have some socialising over the weekend so probably end up on a similar cycle to this week. 10:7 will be the goal until I get there!

Just wanted to say thank you for this thread - it helps me keep my head in the game and I know it's a constant battle, but think I'd be gaining more if it wasn't for this thread!

2-3 pints water

Think I'll do some weights today as tend to go for mostly cardio but need to start getting involved with the weights a bit more.

@hollyblueivy well done for 10.9 u may drop half overnight but good idea to keep that goal for next week.

I agree I usually stop and give up and go back to my old ways but having u all is keeping me focus (despite having lost my way occasionally ) I keep coming back. Hopefully we al reach our goals and then maybe a maintence thread!!!

Hi all! 10,9 this morning so 1.5 off from Sunday. I would love to be 10.7 by next Monday. Bit of a stressful day yesterday and had nothing batch cooked or defrosted for late dinner that my children would eat so we all had frozen pizza which was very disappointing and not worth it!

I’ve had 250 so far, going to have homemade soup for lunch and then veggie curry which I saw on a menu on Monday and haven’t stopped thinking about 😂 might batch cook it as it’s low calorie and low carb if I don’t have rice.

I need to get back in to meal planning as I make bad choices when I’m hungry and end up eating snacks straight from the fridge!

@Smartmove I can’t believe how quickly you’ve lost your holiday weight, great work!
@hollyblueivy you are doing so well with your exercise, my levels are non existent at the moment

added in a keto cereal bar
ending on 1200 and 40g carbs. Not bad . Not amazing either . Hopefully still have a drop tmrw

You should still see a drop tomorrow. Do you take on extra water when doing a clean fast? That could help with the hunger.

I never clean fast as I like milk in my coffee but it keeps me going sufficiently until lunch.

Had leftover soup at lunch and tinned tomato soup with dinner. Both with cheese and one with a pitta and the other with a handful of pasta to bulk it out.

Few coffees and few pints. 2m run. Didn't end up doing the weight - must get going on this soon though.

Hope I drop a bit more tomorrow.

I drink a lot of water and herbal tea but I’m just always hungry!!!!! It’s def worse pre af so that’s prob why as I’m due on soon. I suspect it makes very little diff but I wanted to see if it sped up my weight loss and I wasn’t being as strict with my fast and letting bits of food slip in

met a friend and watched her eating and just had a sparkling water :)

deserve a loss just for that!

I'm 10:8:4 today - not the 10:7 I'd hoped for but not done a bad job so happy with that.

Aim is 10:7 by next Thursday

Absolutely and completely fallen off the wagon! Af always brings this as my husband says I should just give in to it every month!
so far I have consumed

youghurt fruit
Mozarella salad consumed at 11am
sandwhich at meeting
slice of cake
pizza planned for dinner

dreading weigh in tmrw! How do u all feel about having Thursday or Friday as an interim summar weight to see our progress and stalls? Could have some starting current and goal weights? Can start tmrw (or next week!)

Not sure what info you was thinking for the Friday weigh.

Start weight: 12st 3.5
Today weight: 10:7:3
Goal weight: 10:3:5
Aim weight for next Friday: 10:7

I know I'm close to the 10:7 this morning but it's the weekend, I have socials and meals with family so expect an increase and want to be realistic.
