I’ve done this before during lockdown and got down to a decent weight but slowly gone back up. I keep starting and then doing well and then self sabtogage and gain it all. It’s such a problem. So I’m taking it 1 week at a time. And writing on here to keep me on straight and narrow

day 1
weight 11.6 . Bmi 25.5
goal weight 10.8

this is post 4 days of self sabotage so should come off very quickly I was 11.1 4 days ago so should be water. And then will start slowing down

today plan
brocolli and Stilton soup at 11ish
feta stuffed chicken with a side salad of leaves and avacado at 4ish

I can do this. I usually eat 3 small meals but I ate so much last night I’m not hungry!

I was 10,6 on Tuesday but back up to 10,7 now for some reason. No weight loss this week which is disappointing but I’ve not been strict and I’m back on carbs so at least it’s not water weight. I’m away this weekend but planning to do Monday-thurs strict next week

We all up and down atm
will all have a big drop for next week I think
I just ate half a pizza for lunch! But did a very intense HIT session to counteract the carbs
will still have calories at 1000 and carbs at 50 with that so should still have a loss I hope!

Madrid sounds lovely, lots of sangria, tapas and it's baking hot at the mo.

Today I've had

2x caramel latte and 1x coffee
2L water - done well on that today!
Lunch - Omelette - 3x egg with cheese spinach and mushroom with side salad
Dinner - Steak potatoes and veg

Feel like I've had a good day. It's Friday and no alcohol or sweet treats. Feeling motivated.

Weather has been grim today so steps low, try again tomorrow.

Check in after weigh in the morning.

10.11.8!!! Not at 10.11 yet but need to up fibre as feeling bunged up (sorry!!) and also not eat pizza for lunch. Hopefully there tmrw really must focus today on those carbs

Ladies - I don't quite know how I've done this but I was 10:13:4 on Monday and I've managed to weigh at 10:9 this morning! That was my target for Thursday. I'll be having a bit of an off plan day today so will keep that goal for Thursday allowing a likely increase over next couple of days.

@Smartmove - maybe some raspberry or avocado or weetabix today get that fibre moving. Last push before your city break!!

I have some catching up to do!
so far I’ve had yoghurt and mango (this is so high carbs vs berries!)
out for lunch went for avacado and eggs on toast calories were written
have space to have a small high protein dinner
Really want wine but @hollyblueivy ur loss has pushed me to keep alchol free till holiday!

Today I've had

Few coffees, 1 x caramel latte, 2L water
Lunch - bacon, egg, beans, mushrooms and tomatoes
Dinner - Fish, sweet potato fries (homemade) with mixed veg

Managed to run 2.5 miles - 12k steps today

Been another good day.

No bloody alcohol!

Yes just a sip of wine but a chocolate landed in my mouth! Luckily only one but prob ruined my IFasting for the night

report tmrw. Sounds like a fab day!!! Alcohol is a problem for me coz then I get the munchies and it all goes wrong. So glad I stayed away!

You'll be able to get to 10:10 in three days. The lovely food and sangria will taste all the better for it.

I'm 10:8:4 today - partly thanks to an upset stomach during the night.

Feel fine today though. Not sure on eating plan, I didn't end up having my off plan day yesterday so if a meal out or take away is suggested today I think I'll go with that. Will try to avoid alcohol though as poor choices come with that and I feel like I'm on a roll at the moment, so want to carry that on to Thursday as best I can.

Will try to get out for a run today if only for a couple of slow miles.

Got to love a non scale victory!

I've stayed on plan again today, proving to myself that I can do it when I really set my mind to it. It has helped that we haven't had any plans this weekend.

Coffee / water
Lunch - weetabix with yogurt and fruit
Dinner - pasta in homemade sauce with salmon

11.5k steps including a 3 mile run.

I know I'm never great at consistency so I will slip soon, but taking the motivation and willpower in whilst I have it!

right time to buckle down these 2 days if I want to drop anything. I think my carbs are creeping up (hidden those choc Brazil nuts!)

A couple of good days and you may see a pound off, even if you stay where you are for now and just don't feel bloated. That's lots of lovely protein in your plan today so hopefully keep you full.

10:7:7 for me today. It's mad what just staying on track on a weekend can do. I must have been going too far off the track on a weekend and I doing all my work during the week. I won't be able to do every weekend like that, but finding a better balance is needed.

A quick check in from me! Full weekend away and it was gorgeous, wedding was so much fun! I done it all completely alcohol free but I had the attitude of 'if I'm not drinking I can eat what I want!' Albeit I ate better than I would of if I had drank!

Weighed this morning at 10s8.4 which felt like a shock. I'm tired and feel a bit run down! The rain is pouring so I need to plan. Some exercise soon!

I'm away with work for 2 days tomorrow which is another little hurdle!

I need to plan the next 5 days properly and realistically!

I'll give it some thought whilst I am fasting this morning (wishing I was eating carbs and sleeping today) x

Hello all! I went out for dinner and (too many) drinks on Saturday night. As a result I ate a massive amount of carbs yesterday and I’m now 3 pound up on last week!!!
so upsetting but I am back on it this week and will hopefully drop it quickly. I really need to stop drinking alcohol during the week and should up my steps.
omelette for brunch and chicken and veg for dinner.
good luck everyone, Monday is always the hardest!

@Chunkymonkey123 you do very low carb like me and honestly one weekend and im
up 3/4 but takes me 1/2 days max to get it down. It’s all water though I know disheartening.
im hoping to do a 900 cal day and 30g day so get that pound off before I fly! (And then put it back on whilst away but going to try minimse that damage!
@jelly79 fab u enjoyed and well done not drinking! Also ur gain be off too. Hard to get back on a Monday i agree!

Today 1800 cals :( 120g protein

B - porridge and blueberries
L. - chicken / egg / veg
T - salmon and spinach wrap
S- choc raisins (loads and these were the overidge!)
Protein coffee.

Thanks for the words of encouragement, I feel like I will probably end up having a blow out this weekend and undo my efforts. I'm keeping my motivation while it lasts but I won't be hard on myself when it decides to slip.

Today
Lunch - soup, cheese and toasted pitta
Dinner - Steak, sweet potato (butter), salad
Afters - ice cream one scoop
Few coffees / water is still going well

12k steps including 2 mile run and half hour bike ride.

We go again tomorrow.
