I’ve done this before during lockdown and got down to a decent weight but slowly gone back up. I keep starting and then doing well and then self sabtogage and gain it all. It’s such a problem. So I’m taking it 1 week at a time. And writing on here to keep me on straight and narrow

weight 11.6 . Bmi 25.5
goal weight 10.8

this is post 4 days of self sabotage so should come off very quickly I was 11.1 4 days ago so should be water. And then will start slowing down

today plan
brocolli and Stilton soup at 11ish
feta stuffed chicken with a side salad of leaves and avacado at 4ish

I can do this. I usually eat 3 small meals but I ate so much last night I’m not hungry!

I've felt rubbish today. Hungover from drinks yesterday. Won't be doing a run today, just resting.

Had soup for lunch, will try to have a healthy dinner.

How to snap back in to it!

I was 10s 6.6 this morning so not too bad

Struggled to fast till 11:30
Chicken salad
Greek yoghurt, little granola
Hob nob (I need to bin them!)
Tuna salad
Skinny bar

(Should of been done)

Then....

Granola and milk And 2 sourdough and jam

Not enough water
No exercise

Tomorrow I shall move move move

ended up not being great but a step in right direction
tmrw i will do better!!!! Weigh in tmrw hopefully something off as def ate less than the weekend!

Hopefully a couple of decent days on it and the scales will start to drop for us all.

These next few days are the 'easiest' for me so just need to keep focus.

10:12:6 today which is a drop of 0.9lb from yesterday.

Think I'll just aim for a maintain this week realistically so 10:10 by Thursday. 10:9 will have to wait till next week now.

@Chunkymonkey123 what kind of eggs do you have for your lunch? I might do a cheese and mushroom omelette for my lunch today.

@hollyblueivy I have eggs everyday in some form when I’m on this diet 😂
I have an omelette with ham and mushrooms or I do mackerel (tinned) and fried eggs. Or I put cherry’s toms, olives, pepper etc in a pan with a bit of passata and crack too eggs in, put a pan lid on and cook. If I have soup I poach the eggs in it for added protein. I sound egg obsessed and have just had scrambled eggs with one piece of brown toast for dinner. 😂

today I think i will be over as I was out with work for lunch and the only healthy option was jacket potato with chicken curry. I had no butter but in total I think I’m 1300ish today. High carb day though.

im struggling to get back on - advice girls! I think it’s coz I had dark choc and woke up my sugar buds and now all I can think about it sugar!!!! I have to go cold turkey after a heavy weekend and then bring back some sugar slowly
but any other tips!!!!!

I used a scoop of salted caramel protein powder, shot of espresso and cold water (I add MCT oil and collagen powder too) serve over ice :)

No way I'll be 10:10 by tomorrow so I'm in for a gain.

Thinking of maybe doing a re-set week from tomorrow to next Thursday to kick start the weight loss and exercise.

struggling re sugar going to try not to touch even dark choc today and see if that helps. I go on holiday in a week!!!
be on plan today @hollyblueivy then least ur close ! Think these weekends r not a good idea anymore. I may just take one day off a week not 2/3 which mine have been recently

I'm with you on that one - just 1 day off per week - and stick to it.

I said it last weekend and it didn't happen but im not going to drink this weekend. I know that is the route of going off track and I want to do a good week to prove to myself I know what im doing.

@hollyblueivy u totally do. We have both some a long way! I started at 12.8 post baby! Ok I’m taking ages about it but we will get there! It’s the summer and social events and holidays etc
i have a clear weekend and 6 days till I fly so hoping to be super good! Yes I think one day easier to get back on too after 2/3 ur mind looses that focus and I know I crave it more

10:11:5 today so 1lb on from last Thursday and feels like a mile away from the goal I set of being 10:9 by today.

10:9 is the goal for next week - will be a decent loss for a week if achieved and something to aim for in my 'reset' week.

0.4lbs off which feels a little disappointing

Away for the weekend now at a wedding! I won't be drinking but I'll be eating what I want within reason

Goal is to be 10.5 next Friday though

Snacking has been my enemy this week

Morning everyone, hope you've all had good week and will have a bit of fun over the weekend.

Your food sounds great the last few days, some tasty meals in there.

The weight is going down too - maybe not at the rate we would like, but it is going in the right direction.

I'm 10:10:1 today, so only 1.1lb is to get off by next Thursday which is absolutely achievable if I focus this weekend.

Less than 2lb by Wednesday is doable, will be worth that extra bit if restriction knowing you can enjoy treats on holiday.

@hollyblueivy im going to Madrid so least there will be walking (but also sangria!) I’m going to try limit the gain / drinking / eating. I’m gone wed to Sunday so will get back on plan on Monday. Yes def knowing holiday coming up is helping. I had set a goal of 10.8 by this trip a few months ago but if I’m 10.10 that will be good enough!
